We chose Ciabot for our daughter's baptism. Everyone we invited was really happy with the party we organized. Both for the location and the food. Everything was excellent. A wonderful place, fortunately just a short walk from home, with excellent prices and good value for money. It also has plenty of green space, making it suitable for families with children. I would definitely recommend it.

This was our first time at this "Bagna Cauda Day" event. We were very pleased with the courtesy, helpfulness, kindness, and professionalism of the entire staff. The food was served without long waits; in fact, they were prompt and attentive in managing the table and guests. The portions were generous and well-prepared, all the food was fresh, and the wine was excellent. We'll definitely be returning to this place in the spring to try a different menu.

Il locale è costituito da due sale (p.t. e superiore) propone una cucina tradizionale, con gusto, ma soprattutto, la certezza della cura dell'ospite basata sulla qualità del prodotto. Ottimi gli antipasti, super il brasato al Barolo, un po meno gli agnolotti con poco ripieno, vini e dolci per sentito dire ottimi! Et voilà

Great experience!!!! I ate here during Bagna Cauda Day, so it was a fixed menu. In addition to vegetables and eggs, they brought raw meat (perfect), tagliolini to clean the fujot, and agnolotti in broth. Everything was truly delicious. Service was friendly and quite fast considering the place was busy. Classic Piedmontese desserts were perfectly made. A pleasant discovery, highly recommended.

Nice, authentic place near Calliano. The garlic-free Bagna Cauda is very good. The owners are friendly, and the food and wine are good. We'll be back to try other specialties. Well done!

Nice place, single internal room, a bit noisy when full. Lots of outdoor space for ceremonies. Very friendly and helpful waiter. We had all three appetizers, the best was the one with pumpkin, the worst was the tartar (expert opinion) not marinated very well. Good first courses, I would have preferred the tajarin a bit more al dente, excellent mushroom sauce. Excellent second courses, guancialini. Good desserts. I recommend
