The best Bagnacauda day I've ever attended. The place is beautiful, the owners are incredibly kind, and the food is truly exquisite, with a variety I've never encountered before. Raw vegetables, cooked vegetables, eggs, raw meat, egg tagliolini, agnolotti in broth, dessert, and coffee... a riot of flavors. Highly recommended, and definitely worth returning to try the other dishes.

I was there recently for a wedding. The location is well-suited for receptions and weddings, with the option of a civil ceremony. The staff were friendly and helpful, the food was delicious, and they catered especially to celiacs and those with food intolerances.
I wasn't a "standard" client, but a wedding guest, and I can confidently say the reception was top-notch: the food, wine, location, and service were truly impeccable; the day was truly memorable. Special mention goes to the precautions taken to repel mosquitoes. Highly recommended.

We were there for a wedding, truly spectacular. The owner was super kind and accommodating to all the bride and groom's requests. The dinner was spectacular; everything was truly delicious, and the waiters were super professional. The location was very simple but well-maintained, with unique details and simple references to viticulture, obviously, and the simple countryside. The organization of the ceremony was meticulously planned, with an aperitif buffet and an open bar after dinner, all excellent quality and delicious. We had a great time, and highly recommended for important ceremonies or large events.
I have been to this location many times during different weddings. The outdoor park is truly beautiful and every year they add something new to embellish it. There are several perfect spots for beautiful photos such as the giant LOVE the giant bench (with a backdrop of vineyards). Also beautiful is the possibility of having the ceremony in a location under a giant tree. The food, what can I say.... I have tried different periods of the year and between truffles and typical dishes you are spoiled for choice. I have always eaten very well. Very numerous young and kind staff as is Maria the owner. Highly recommended.
We chose Ciabot for our daughter's baptism. Everyone we invited was really happy with the party we organized. Both for the location and the food. Everything was excellent. A wonderful place, fortunately just a short walk from home, with excellent prices and good value for money. It also has plenty of green space, making it suitable for families with children. I would definitely recommend it.

Fantastic location! I was here for my cousin's wedding and everything was really good. A wonderful experience. Plus, it's not far from Turin and is completely surrounded by greenery.
Situated in a green setting about 15 km from Asti, with ample outdoor parking. Excellent for events such as baptisms, weddings, and birthdays. The owner is very kind and attentive to guests' needs, always ready to challenge herself with innovation. Choose between two tasting menus (one traditional and one more innovative) or choose an à la carte menu.
Invited by friends, we came to enjoy Piedmontese specialties for bagna cauda day. The restaurant is truly lovely, and the service is meticulous, punctual, and friendly. The quality is very high, and the dishes are truly delicious. Congratulations!
This was our first time at this "Bagna Cauda Day" event. We were very pleased with the courtesy, helpfulness, kindness, and professionalism of the entire staff. The food was served without long waits; in fact, they were prompt and attentive in managing the table and guests. The portions were generous and well-prepared, all the food was fresh, and the wine was excellent. We'll definitely be returning to this place in the spring to try a different menu.

Il locale è costituito da due sale (p.t. e superiore) propone una cucina tradizionale, con gusto, ma soprattutto, la certezza della cura dell'ospite basata sulla qualità del prodotto. Ottimi gli antipasti, super il brasato al Barolo, un po meno gli agnolotti con poco ripieno, vini e dolci per sentito dire ottimi! Et voilà

Great experience!!!! I ate here during Bagna Cauda Day, so it was a fixed menu. In addition to vegetables and eggs, they brought raw meat (perfect), tagliolini to clean the fujot, and agnolotti in broth. Everything was truly delicious. Service was friendly and quite fast considering the place was busy. Classic Piedmontese desserts were perfectly made. A pleasant discovery, highly recommended.
Nice, authentic place near Calliano. The garlic-free Bagna Cauda is very good. The owners are friendly, and the food and wine are good. We'll be back to try other specialties. Well done!

Nice place, single internal room, a bit noisy when full. Lots of outdoor space for ceremonies. Very friendly and helpful waiter. We had all three appetizers, the best was the one with pumpkin, the worst was the tartar (expert opinion) not marinated very well. Good first courses, I would have preferred the tajarin a bit more al dente, excellent mushroom sauce. Excellent second courses, guancialini. Good desserts. I recommend
