Good Chinese food down the street from me. Reliable. Dumplings yummy! I’m docking a star only because they messed up my order one time (things happen and it’s not a big deal) but I was a little put off by whoever answered the phone when I called them about it. I had ordered their diet platters which well… the whole point is for it to be plain steamed with no sauce. One of the meals was covered in sauce. Again, it wasn’t a big deal because I knew it was an easy fix but I kept explaining things to the woman and I felt like it took her several minutes to do right by the customer. She sounded annoyed with me. I wasn’t trying to complain, I just wanted the correct replacement. I can’t have the sauce :-( The delivery guy was nice though throughout the whole thing and my food was eventually replaced. Maybe it was just an off night.

The sweet sauce in many of the plates over powers the whole dish all the time. I'd like if this is adjusted to a perfect balance. I ask for less of it and you will see why The ingredients used in the times I've ordered were fresh and not dry And The new redesign is bright and welcoming! I actually like coming here to pick up my food now Or sunrise in broadway, both good places that I cant go wrong with

Ordered vegetables lomein which was delicious. Then ordered 2 orders of chickens wings. We received 2 half cut up chickens. When I called to complain the guy said he repeated 2 half chickens. We specifically said chickens wings which is on the menu. He hung up the phone on us.

Ordered shrimp with lobster sauce with fried rice. The shrimp were not cleaned and were overcooked. Peas and rice were undercooked. I wish I could post a picture. Pretty disgusted. Was a waste of money.

Ordered vegetables lomein which was delicious. Then ordered 2 orders of chickens wings. We received 2 half cut up chickens. When I called to complain the guy said he repeated 2 half chickens. We specifically said chickens wings which is on the menu. He hung up the phone on us.

I normally have great service and rarely order online but today I ordered plain lo mien and got lo mien with tinnie pieces of meat in it. I'm a vegetarian but what if this kind if error cause a food allergy or food poisoning. Plain lo mien does not come with anything mixed in it. And you can clearly see the small pieces of meet. Just highly disappointed. I guess seemed like a new customer being that I rarely order online. It's not like it was done on purpose... but mixing up an order that's plain is pretty noticeable.This is my lifestyle not a diet. Recieved a new lo mien and it still has meat in it. Smh ok no longer my favorite Chinese restaurant. I've been a patron since January and never had this experience before.

The lady is just annoying! She cant communicate. I ordered twice . Waited 2 hours for the food and called several times and she was yelling and hanging up the phone . Always saying the delivery came twice but they never called me or came to my door !

A person can live two lifetimes, resurrect/reincarnate and still not get attended to when trying to order. The wait is ridiculous even with one person in line. Please replace the lady at the counter. For the love of humanity and sanity! Please! She does not acknowledge you when you come in. She acts as if you’re invisible. You have a better chance jumping over the counter and preparing your own order. Worst, worst, WORST service in the history of the food industry.

Today I ordered and my broccoli had a piece of black hair wrapped around it. I know it isn’t my hair because my hair currently is red & it was mixed in with the food. I called the restaurant and the lady was rude & kept wanting to send me a new plate and I said I just wanted my money back lost my appetite. Let’s just say this is the last time I will be eating or ordering from there.

Let me preface this by saying I understand their native language. I've ordered here multiple times and they always try to over charge me. When I point out the discrepancy between the price on the menu and my bill, they always back track and give me the menu price. When the little girl takes my money (the correct amount), I hear her mom telling her daughter in chinese "can't charge this guy extra" along other snide remarks that aren't family friendly. So there is no dispute that they charge customers extra. Disgusting way of doing business. If they want to raise the price, they should just raise it. Not even considering the fact that they are setting a bad example for the kids that work there. With that said, their prices are cheaper than their competitors; the sole reason why I went there. But I've thought about it and I am willing to pay more and go to a legitimate establishment. If they are willing to be dishonest with your bill, who know what else they are doing with your food. Good riddance.

Absolutely horrible. My partner and I had the eggplant with garlic sauce and the general tso’s chicken. His food had hair in it, so we both lost our appetites. He threw up from disgust. Little did I know he was the lucky one to puke immediately because I went to bad a few hours later and couldn’t sleep due to terrible stomach pain/cramps. It lasted the whole night. It is 2:30 pm the following day and I still have the worst food poisoning of my life. They should be ashamed to serve this to people.

Absolutely horrible. My partner and I had the eggplant with garlic sauce and the general tso’s chicken. His food had hair in it, so we both lost our appetites. He threw up from disgust.
