I gonna say, this is a very nice McDonalds here is Astoria/Long Island City. It’s a great place to eat for lunch near a subway station!

vibes are amazing and near the staff are quick and efficient and in good spirits we appreciate them so much. You’re to a new year! also the best McDonald’s in Astoria chicken nuggets are always fresh and their fries are always hot!!

The only thing that was inappropriate was the fact that I didn't know that there's a code in the receipt to use the bathroom and if you ask for the code the employee was very rude telling me to look at the receipt. Not everyone is a McDonald's regular customer some of us truly don't know that information. Being polite is a simple task. Be skeptical some people really don't know that.

My resent visit McDonald's and enjoyed a quick and satisfying meal. The service was efficient, the food tasted consistent, and the overall experience was convenient. It's almost becoming a daily routine on my way back from work because my wife doesn't seem to get enough of it.

Not going to lie: the staff at this particular McDonald's were extremely friendly, attentive, and welcoming! That alone made my experience worthwhile, especially since I only came here for an M&Ms McFlurry (which hit the spot btw). 🎶 Ba da ba ba ba im loving it! 🎶

I just found out that you can buy the toys that comes with happy meal. Its 2 dollars plus tax here in NY per toy. We collected all the avenger toys and got the mystery toys!! 6 McDonald's in 2 hours driving around Queens to collect all the Avenger toys. It was so fun!!! Thank you for selling memorable characters like Avengers!!!

This branch got children play place zone and senior stress free area pretty cool, got big parking spot, bathroom well maintained ,clean floor ,food great. Pancakes good, hot ☕ , cashier inviting smiles

Came here for fries at 2am on a Monday night. I had to wait a few mins at the window in the cold, which made me slightly annoyed, then I saw it was because the woman who worked there was actively frying the fries. She salted them generously. When she handed me my bag I asked for ketchup & she had already put it in there. Every fry was crisp, hot, salty, fatty, delicious. I generally don’t have high expectations for micky D’s but damn I was so touched by those 2am fries. Would recommend.

This McDonald's is always clean. I usually try to use the kiosks to order, so don't interact to much with the staff, whom seem to like it that way. The food is what you expect from McDonald's, no surprises there. I walk there, as it is really close to a subway, but they have a drive thru that looks convenient.

This McDonald's serves some of the freshest fries. I have never had to wait a long time for my drive-thru order. They have two lanes in the drive thru to place your order which then merge into one to reach the windows. Due to dietary restrictions, we often have a hard time getting our orders correct, so we either have to get out of the car to get it corrected or go back through the drive through, which is frustrating. Several times I ordered a plain bacon quarter pounder and they excluded the bacon. If I didn't want bacon, I would have just ordered a quarter pounder not a bacon quarter pounder. Customer service is good. Sometimes the staff appears to be overwhelmed, which causes them to forget to include utensils needed for breakfast, but they are always pleasant and attentive. One of my favorite McDonald's locations.

I haven't been to this McDonald's in years and was really surprised by all the changes. They have four self ordering kiosks that you can order your food at. It takes both cash and credit card. And if you dine in it gives you a buzzer that you can place at your table so that they know where to deliver your food to. Genius. The play area/Gymboree has been updated. There are more tables and windows. It makes the whole place feel very bright and big. Plus they have a huge parking lot and it's very near the Broadway stop on the N train.

This has been my go to McDonalds for a long time. Your order comes fast and the drive-thru is the fastest in the area (and they don't mess up your order like others) That being said, the reason I'm giving a 3 star is because I went yesterday to get my son some food. He has celiac so he is gluten intolerant. I have never had a problem ordering a large meal for me (he eats the fries) and a toy on the side for him at any mcdonalds (he lives in pennsylvania so this includes NY/NJ/PA). The woman at the drive-thru window was very polite and professional but the manager came over and yelled at her that I can't order that. He was rude/ dismissive and it was completely uncalled for. The location gets 5 stars but that manager... you don't treat people like that. Respect your employees and give the customer what they order without an attitude. Some people have actual reasons for what they're asking for.

Quarter pounder was extra greasy. Fries were dry. I use the drive thru. There was no one behind me and they still wanted me to move up from the drive thru window. It's so stupid that food has to go out at a certain time from order to window delivery. But it's a false time, i still have to wait. Doesn't the Home Office know of this trick to have "fast drive thru window service".

Some managers good but their needed because most of the staff cant understand questions and will likely mess up order. Always use machine order if you dont plan on using a deal as the machine is liable to mess up on reddeming it and the cashiers do the same.Check orders after you get them their likely to have messed something up. Only get when seriously hungry or want it cause its a mess. Edit. They've gotten better with the orders and the food's still good but your still better off using the self serve if using a deal.

So the Big Macs are as good as they ever were. I especially like the new Coca Cola Freestyle machines. They also got my order very quickly. However, they lose major points for a very feeble (non-existent?) air conditioning system. Perhaps the expectation is that most customers will take their food to go but they do everyone a great disservice by allowing such an unpleasant dining area to exist. Imagine how much more business they might attract if customers could eat there comfortably.

After that had to deal with employees trying to hit on every women even 60 + Year old people. Men was using women bathroom because the men was locked. I've only ever ordered here twice, once was for delivery...I was a few blocks away but I was unable to do pickup, they canceled my order immediately after I tried do mcdelivery on their app and yet the mcd that was further accepted the order, when I tried again, wowie. Second time, I'm not the type to speak up unless someone notices or I'll try to get their attention because they arent busy anyway with minimal effort but,, they forgot my drink when I did a pickup this time. All I saw were a bunch young trainees just staring at me until the trainer had to speak up and tell one of them to help me, twice. Also that day, I ate the nuggets I ordered...they were quite dry, did I get an old batch? It wasn't even warm it was room temp. Anyways, I'll try this place again someday, but not for now. Sorry.

Cashier was friendly but the restaurant itself needs help. My family and I walked in looking for a large table to accommodate all of us but there were none. We saw one guy with no shirt on sitting at a table that was meant for 5-6 people. Luckily we found a booth but there were some guys sitting there and another was telling weird jokes. Honestly if it would have been up to me, I would of walked out.

Store is neat. Price of course reasonable. Parking available. Nice play area for kids. Staff very friendly and courteous except for 1 juvenile assistant manager with no sense of humor, a nervous wreck and very sensitive if you try to correct his wrongdoings or sayings.

They accept EBT/SNAP (You can either use cash assistance or food stamps, doesn’t matter if it’s for hot food either!). It is clean, a bit quiet and spacious. Only problem with this place is that you may be waiting for a while to place an order or even pick up an order. It seems the majority of the staff do not properly understand or speak English. They don’t have children seating and some things may be missing from your order but they are willing to fix the issue.

We come here at least three times a month, for the playground. The table service is also very convenient, especially when your son cant wait for you to order and pick up food when all he wants to do is play. With that said, I was very put off when my food was delivered and I was told that they really don’t do table service in the afternoon and I would have to get my own drinks. No need for pictures because words will say it all. The absolute WORST McDonald's especially the night crew. No one likes to work night shift but honestly you can be waiting for 20-30 minutes in order to just place your order. Not only does it take an eternity to place your order but things are missing and/or cold. For example, tonight I was waiting for someone to answer in the drive through so I can place my order. No one for 20 minutes. No other cars there. I drive up to the last window because the middle one was shut. The young girl rudely said they were busy and that someone was going to get to me but I had to drive back around to get to the order station. So I left. Definitely do not go here.

The kids who work there on the night shift are all stupid and ignore orders coming in because they’re having too much fun. They have ego problems and think they’re too good for this job…..so why don’t they just get hired somewhere else if they’re so amazing? Services very poor. I go on late nights i saw 2 guy working. The first male employee is tall, with fluffy hair. I knocked on the glass and rang the bell to take the order. He ignored me and bent down to pick up something next to the water dispenser. And there was another black male employee with no hair who came to me. I knocked on the glass and called him and rang the bell but he ignored me. The 2 times I tried to call him, he just listened to music from the earphones. Everyone must have heard the doorbell and the knocking on the glass, but all 3 employees did not care at all. When I go to other branches, everyone pays attention, whether it's customers or delivery staff. But this branch, the staff is very bad and looks down on the delivery profession. They act very indifferently. You should train these employees. How should they work in providing services that are suitable for your good organization?

recently had a very disappointing experience on 11/12/24 at 11:00 AM with the employee handling the expo line. The level of disrespect this individual showed was unacceptable. While I chose to handle the situation calmly and walking away, I believe that such behavior reflects poorly on the restaurant. Situations like this contribute to negative perceptions of the industry and create an unwelcoming atmosphere for customers. I hope management takes steps to ensure a better customer experience in the future.

20 minute wait for a burger and fries at 2 am is insane.

20 minute wait for a McChicken, McDouble, Large Fries and unsweetened iced tea. Food tasted old, like it had sat in a warmer awhile. Fries were cold, and undercooked (clearly rushed). Unsweetened tea was sweetened, and after waiting that long for my food I wasn't going to press my luck. Additionally, I ordered the food (via their app) to dine-in, and selected a seat number. After waiting fifteen minutes, I finally got up to the front and waited until they just shouted my number and threw my bag of food at me. For what it's worth, this is entirely on management. For a corporation like McDonald's, who spends millions each year on efficiency - there's no other excuse for a well-oiled machine to be running so poorly.

I was strolling with a sleeping baby on a hot day, went to an EMPTY drive-through to get an icecream cone. I couldn’t get inside, because he would instantly wake up. Was refused in service and was told to leave because they will get in trouble because I’m there with the baby. Come on, it’s an empty drive-through, no one is there, and I’m asking to buy a simple icecream, which will take you 10 seconds to prepare.

Customers who are using the app and are picking up at the counter or ignored and it seems that there is nobody working except the drive-through attendant. Food is quickly made very sloppy and there are never any napkins in the to go bags when you pick up your order. Is there a shortage of napkins that I do not know about?? Do better!

Greetings, It was a cold night. 1:05am. We were hungry teenagers looking for food and knocked on the door, realizing the doors were knocked. Because they couldn’t be bothered all the workers ignored us for a while. We had to repeatedly knock on the door, mind you, their closing time said 2am, until we got someone to shake their head their head at us and say no. And so, we decided to try and go through the drive in. The drive in was incredibly slow and three cars went by in about 15 minutes. However because it is apparently impossible to walk the drive in and get service we had to order on the app. Which is fine. I guess. However, we didn’t ask for much. Only for some food and our order was very small — fries and chicken nuggets and a sundae! We waited and waited in 20° weather outside as we watched them slowly pack our order. We didn’t get our food until 1:42 AM. They had to keep checking they locked the door in fear of three teenage girls would barge in and disrupt them. The food was kinda good. Improve yourselves. We were very polite by the way. Thanks for nothing.

NO STARS . Management was horrible especially a young women named Grisselda I believe. She was acting as if my elderly patient ( 65 years old ) was disturbing her while simply trying to place an order. No decorum, no manners and highly upset. As a business owner I would be appalled by such nasty behavior towards my paying customers. TRULY HORRIBLE !!!!

Manager Veronica rudely ignored me more than 10 times while I was trying to switch out a McDonalds Happy Meal, while being a manager she should have taken action and controlled the floor instead of rudely ignoring me many times. She purposely would pass us and bluntly ignore us. She isn't fit or proper to clearly fit a manager role if she doesn't want take action and handle the situation instead of ignoring me and leaving it for another worker to handle. We asked specifically HER. Very disrespectful and rude, she should get fired. And even more so she spoke to her co-worker in Spanish clearly "They keep asking me to switch their toy but I don't want to, let's not let that happen." Yea once again, fired.

Ammar Lets Get Real

The employees there must have a lot of stocks in this McDonald’s because if you shake the fries once you realize you paid for a large fries but got a medium. I ordered extra Mac sauce, they must of intentionally put less Mac sauce. The lady in the front was also very rude working the night shift. I’ll only go there if it’s last resort. If you don’t like your job find another don’t ruin others day/night because you hate your job.
