I ordered using the app and went and picked it up. It came out promptly but the food was luke warm at best. This is the 2nd time this has happened. I was there shortly after ordering so time isn't the issue. Do better Sonic. I will go elsewhere next time.

The two stars are for the people making the food, and the car hop girl that brought it out to me. My food was correct, so Zack (the person who took my order) got that right. But his customer service is appalling. He started my transaction by asking in a horrible tone. "What do you want?" No greeting, nothing. When I gave him my order he didn't ask what side I wanted or drink, just kept repeating, "is that it?" Again in a horrible aggressive tone of voice. I know it's Saturday and the holidays and yes, I've worked in a restaurant. People can be horrible, but regardless. You could at least act pleasant towards the people spending their money at your place of business. I hope his manager wasn't around to hear that and allow him to continue speaking that way. As for the carhop, karleigh. Y'all should give her a raise. She was extremely pleasant.

I go here very day and use the app for happy hour. Today the employee Kennedy evidently didn't want to do her job. Instead was very rude, didn't try to assist or help. I had came through once this morning and instead of clearing out the order from earlier (showing that I had picked up) she told me to call someone else cause that wasn't her job. She was rude enough that the person I was on the phone with (through the car speaker) noticed they way she spoke to me. How embarrassing, I will never ever go here again. I guess the Sonic at the loop will get my daily visits.

They never give picante sauce or ketchup. I even asked the car hop if it was in the bag and she said it was. Very disappointed

Stopped in Saturday evening around 7 for two drinks ordered through the app ... One tea extra ice and one coke... Guy comes out with the drinks smelling of a strong odor of cigarettes, says one coke light raisins one RT 44 tea extra pickles... Smh we were like this is not normal behavior... Obviously didn't care about reeking of cigarettes... Tea was awful, started getting phlegm after drinking some... threw drinks away... sore throat and coughing up afterwards... I will never return to this location again, this was the last straw of many bad experiences in Athens. Smell of ciggerettes lingered long down the road.... Clean house and get better management and employees! P

I came through the drive-through ordered a kids wacky pack chicken tenders and then when I got down the road to feed my kids, they had a chicken patty cut in Half and didn’t even bother to mention it or saying hey ran chicken tenders so we replaced most definitely will not be back. They could’ve at least said something.

I ordered the new smash burger and smash fries. The fries were cold and nasty. The burger was supposed to have no onions add mayo. It had a bunch of onions on it so I gave it back. The next burger had 2 bottom parts of the bun and no mayo. Since I was on lunch I didn't have the time to talk to a manager about this. Saying that, any refire in a kitchen should capture a good managers attention.

I used the app to order 1 Rt.44 half Unsweet tea half lemonade. Ordered at 12.04 pm...4 minute drive there....checked in 12.08pm........ten minutes later I pushed the red button and asked about my drink. He ran it out to me then...12:20 another 4 minute drive to work...12:24. Only 6 minutes left for lunch. Second time this has happened. Won't choose Sonic again.

Absolutely terrible! I would drive 15 minutes to Eustace sonic before I came back here! Asked for extra ice there was no ice then charges me 1.18 for a cup of ice! Ask for a double quarter pounder no bread just meat and cheese! No cheese the charges me 3.57 for three pieces of cheese! The guy at the window was absolutely clueless! Visit sonic daily but will never be back to this one!

I love this sonic the people are great but this is the second time I have gotten coffee from here that has stuff floating in it.. this is not okay, this should not be served to people. There should always be a quality check.
