Great hidden gem. We were the only customers here. Service was great. Food was absolutely delicious. Pictures don’t do it justice. Well worth it and all of us enjoyed our meals. Server was attentive and friendly!
This restaurant is a gem. It is so cozy, and warm. The people are wonderful. We have had the same server twice. She remembered us from the first time we came in, and she remembered what we ordered! Unreal. The pizza is PHENOMENAL. I am shocked that everyone we’ve come it is not full with a wait. That is how good the food and service is. We will be back! Oh my gosh and the cheesecake. Ah!
The food, service, and atmosphere were amazing! We had lunch here, and it was so much fun!
Went for an early Saturday dinner and got some old Brick Oven favorites they’ve added to the menu. Chicken rigatoni, Tuscan truffle pizza, spinach artichoke appetizer. Everything was so delicious. It’s so cozy and cute inside and the service was great. This would be a great spot for a date. The building is in the corner and a little hidden so it could be easy to miss I think. The outside patio seemed like such a vibe (was too cold today). Only critique would be to make the pizzas a little bit bigger!
I went here for my birthday because I was missing my home country. The food was good and reasonably priced, which I really appreciated. I just wish they had more classic French desserts on the menu and maybe an Alsacian wine like a Gewurztraminer. The atmosphere was nice, though it got a bit loud inside due to a few noisy tables 🙃
Came here looking for a bite to eat after a haircut and hands down best fresh pasta I’ve eaten!! The sauce of my truffle Alfredo was so creamy and rich yet not too rich that it couldn’t be finished. The waiter gave me a good white wine recommendation as well a little sweet and dry to match the pasta. My Caesar was fresh and well prepared. The bread was to die for!! It was light and airy and wished I asked where or how that made it. Although the server was nice they didn’t check on me often that I was left without a drink most of the time, but other than that this place is amazing!! I wonder why it was so slow this place needs more people in it!
Friday afternoon on our way to Central Market we popped into a farily new Italian restaurant and bar Baretto Bistro. It was late in the afternoon and we decided on cocktails. My Love ordered the Shoal Creek Side Car and Espresso Mocha Martini. Both were good but too sweet for our tastes. Well made drinks just not for us, next visit we are ordering wine. For food we decided on the Lunch Burger on the brioche bun and wagu beef. It was good but not great. The fries were good and dippin sauce was great. Also had the Mista salad with gorgonzola, pears, and toasted almonds. This was very good. So when you find your afternoon open, your most favorite person by your side...stop by Baretto, sit close, hold hands, lots of kisses, share some food, never let them go...I'm not. Love🖤
Great menu. Great food. Great atmosphere.
Great little spot with fabulous food! We had the short ribs and mushroom truffle fettuccine, both were excellent!
We were at a red light, hungry, and just decided we wanted an early dinner. I had the mussels frites and wish they’d given me a spoon because the sauce was outstanding. My partner had the chicken parm, his go-to. He said the chicken was nice and crispy. I tried his pasta and the sauce was tangy and delicious. Damage was about $70 as we had an appetizer too. I forget what they were called but they were little breads with brie, bacon, and a pickled fruit with basalmic vinegar. Also very good.
We enjoyed our late lunch today immensely. The service, food and drinks were superb. We had the mussels and they were delicious. We had another fabulous lunch here today. We highly recommend making reservations.
Wonderful local food and service. Great wine selection.

Wonderful local food and service. Great wine selection.
We enjoyed the charcuterie and wine, on patio. The short ribs were amazing.
The atmosphere, employees and food are truly top notch! So excited to add them to our neighborhood!!
We went here last night and it was amazing. Unfortunately my bf had an accident and we were at the hospital and saw this was just across the way. We went over and noticed he forgot he still had his hospital band on and we quickly removed it. It must have been the owner that noticed and came over and offered a napkin to hide it in so it could be disposed of. We were grateful and a little embarrassed but he was very quiet about it and was very discreet. On top of that our server was on top of everything the entire night. The food was fantastic. It all tasted fresh and homemade. This is NOT your average chain restaurant Italian food. It was so much better. They have a large pizza oven that you could watch the pizzas being placed in and pulled out when done. We didn't order one but will definitely be back to try it. I ordered the chicken parm and he ordered the chicken marsala. While both were great, the marsala was the best. Highly recommend! We will be back soon. Thank you to the kind owner as well.
A friend of mine and I tried this place for lunch, and were delighted with the service and the food. Delicious and well prepared. We had mista salads and an appetizer, and it was plenty. We are looking forward to returning to try the entrees.
Can’t believe I had never been here! Everything was so amazing, very friendly staff. Will be back!!
Service was great! The short-rib sandwich was tender and full of flavor. The dipping sauce was amazing, which was all those leftover bits of the short-rib cook with the juices. Used it as a dipping sauce for the fries and so tasty!
A whole in the wall of peacefulness. Came from across the street immediately I was greeter with great service and the atmosphere was like catching up with close family. This is a cozy place to enjoy a classy meal. Definitely will be going back.
Food was very good. Nice portions and great flavors. Loved the mussels, tomato basil soup, fries and pastas! Highly recommend.
We are regulars here at this point! Food is delicious, solid, consistent! The menu is big enough to keep us interested, but not so big you worry how fresh their food is. Their service is always top notch and friendly. We always feel welcome! Nice indoor and covered outdoor options. Easy parking. Worth a visit!

Great staff, delightful patio, and delicious appetizers (perfect fries and tasty tartine), but the main course (I got shrimp fettuccine and my husband got a salad with chicken) was a bit of a letdown for the price. I'd like to come back and try their pizza, though, which smelled amazing coming out of their outdoor pizza oven.

Nice space, interesting menu, food was all topnotch but every item had something not right about it. The salad was awesome but the pears werent ripe. The risotto was amazing and the salmon maybe the best I've had but the shrimp were "off". Server was nice and making a real effort but was clearly inexperienced and had to be coaxed.
