Jeremy and the entire team are the best at what they do! I’ve lived at many buildings and I’ve never experienced such incredible customer service like I have at Laurel. 10/10 would reccomend!

Kasey made the leasing process so smooth and easy. Very thorough, communicative, & transparent. As a leasing & property manager myself, I was VERY impressed. The property looks amazing & I can't wait to move-in (was a no-brainer after my tour, especially with the cute Houndstooth Coffee shop onsite!)

I've been at the Laurel for a year and a half, and I literally would not want to live anywhere else in Austin. Since I moved in, management has kindly and promptly responded to all my questions and requests! They even helped me switch units when I was unhappy with one unit due to loud neighbors. I was planning to move at the end of this lease term (at no fault of Laurel! just needed cheaper rent), but because I've had such a wonderful experience and because Jeremy was willing to help me find a cheaper unit in the complex, I'm actually planning to stay! Beyond the exceptional customer service, the complex itself is so nice - the units, the amenities, the events, etc. Absolutely can't go wrong moving into the Laurel.

Laurel is a wonderful place to live - the amenities are beautiful and well maintained, particularly the pool! The property stays very clean, which definitely was not the case at previous places I have lived in Austin. When things do occasionally break, the maintenance team is very prompt to come help. The Service Supervisor Dennis in particular makes sure everything is running super smoothly, and is always quick to respond when issues arise.

My partner and I just moved from Los Angeles to the Laurel. Moving is always stressful but from the moment we applied to the apartment to today Jeremy and Maya have been gone above and beyond to make sure our move goes as smooth as possible. They have checked in with us constantly and are always available to chat. Jeremy actually spoke to our movers and helped us with a tough situation with them, I have never had this type of white glove service from a building manager before. The community itself is gorgeous, very clean, modern and feels very safe. We love the pool and our lawn area where our balcony overlooks. Overall our experience here has been pretty amazing and flawless so far.

I have lived in my apartment complex for over a year now and I couldn't be happier with my experience. The complex is well-maintained, with beautiful landscaping and a clean pool area that is always inviting. The maintenance staff is responsive and friendly, always addressing any issues promptly and efficiently. Shout out to Dennis! Always on top of everything and anything around the community. One thing I love about living here is the sense of community. The residents are diverse and friendly, and there are always events and activities going on to bring everyone together. From holiday parties to community cookouts, there's always something to do and someone to meet. Jeremey, you do so much thank you for putting so much thought on every event and being so amazing! Overall, I would highly recommend this apartment complex to anyone looking for a comfortable, convenient, and community-oriented place to live. It's truly a wonderful place to call home!

My boyfriend and I have lived here for about a year. I work in healthcare FT and he is an engineer. We know apartments & have years of experience living in apartments. We are shocked by the management and how professional they are. They are friendly, polite and go above and beyond for their residents. Communicating is quick and direct. If a standard is made it is followed through. Maintenance has resolved our requests quickly. We’ve never had an issue with bugs. We feel grateful for the cleanliness of the dog park and surrounding areas. Decent gym with 24 hr resident access.

I love living here! I have been here about 3 months now and have had no complaints. The apartments are huge which is a big plus while everyone is working from home. There is also a coffee shop on-site which is nice, along with plenty of other amenities to work in. The community is also very dog friendly which I love - plenty of grass, tons of trails nearby and there is a great little group of dogs that come to the dog park most days after work. The staff has been helpful with getting maintenance done quickly and Jeremy was fantastic in helping me get my lease signed and all moved in. Definitely planning to stay here a while!

I had the pleasure of working with Josh and Paul, the leasing consultants at this apartment complex, and they were absolutely fantastic. From the moment I walked in the door, they made me feel welcome and at home. Paul you were incredibly knowledgeable about the complex and the surrounding area, answering all of my questions and providing valuable insights. Josh thank you for showing me multiple apartments and made sure I found the perfect one that met all of my needs. Throughout the leasing process, they were always available and responsive, making the entire experience stress-free and enjoyable. They truly went above and beyond to ensure that I was happy and satisfied with my new home. In addition to Josh and Paul, the apartment complex itself is wonderful. It's well-maintained and has all of the amenities you could ask for, including a fitness center, pool, and community events. Overall, I would highly recommend this apartment complex to anyone looking for a beautiful and welcoming community to call home. And a special thanks to Josh and Paul for making the leasing process such a positive and memorable experience!

We love living at Laurel. The community is beautifully designed and has easy access to all the bars & restaurants you could want in East Austin. The staff cares and is on top of things to ensure it stays just as nice as day one. Jeremy is an absolute peach! The units are relatively quiet, and the finishes are a cut above the same finishes all other luxury complexes seem to use. Thanks Laurel!

I've been a resident at Laurel Apartments for a few months and I can honestly say that this is the best apartment complex that I've had the opportunity to reside. When I first contacted Laurel apartments, I had privilege of speaking with Jeremy and he went above and beyond to assist with any questions. I completed a cross country move and he was there every step of the way to ensure I possessed everything that was needed for an easy transition to my new apartment, that I love.

Accommodating staff that is always crazy helpful and friendly. That includes maintenance, they will respond usually within the day. It can on occasion get kind of loud at times with certain people, slamming doors, shouting and loud cars. It is a large complex so some of it is to be expected. If it is a bother though, security is patrolling at night. The expressway is fairly loud during the day but at night it is quiet. The apartments themselves are modern and the appliances have been useful and reliable. There's the sidewalk off 183 and also a park nearby for walking. Since my time here, Laurel is a friendly place, catch some people walking with their doggos or grab a coffee at houndstooth next door. Edit: Previously four stars. After more than a year it's crazy but the staff was already great but man, they really keep up with the community's cleanliness and overall vibe here. Since then, there's been less noise at least on my end. First year in Austin and one, at this location you can really get away with skipping a lot of traffic if you try. Two, while not everything is crazy close, there are so many things to do close by when you go exploring. Pros outweigh any cons personally at this place.

My leasing agent Jeremy was amazing! Super patient with me with all of my questions, application process was quick and smooth, I had forgotten to check something with the apartment but he was willing to go back to the apartment with me a second time so that any worries I had were addressed. I was on an apartment hunting trip from out of town, and didn't have my computer with me. He went above and beyond to let me use his laptop. Great customer service!

On top of being a great community, I want to give a shout out to Laurel's maintenance team. In past living situations, my history with requesting maintenance and timely service has been poor. However, at Laurel, this maintenance team is 5 star. Prompt, approachable, and kind. You guys rock!! I am so appreciative.

I've had such a great experience with Laurel! From a welcoming visit and tour, to helping me find my lost item (because that's how I roll); they have been nothing but amazing! I haven't lived here yet, but I know the experience I'll have for the next 15 months will be AMAZING.

I love that there is a coffee shop in the lobby! I love the interior design, how huge the bath tubs are, and how kind the staff is. I also love my particular building and the fact that I have an extended patio that faces the field. I feel like I have one of the best apartments in the best building and I feel so lucky and grateful.

I've lived at Laurel Apartment Homes for 3 years now and have to move for a job. I would be remiss to not leave a review for the best apartment and management team I've experienced to date. I've watched Jeremy and Kasey go above and beyond for the residents here and really just can't say enough about them. I personally had an old dog that started having issues about a year into living here and needed an apt with easy access to outside. They were so understanding and helped me transfer into another apt as soon as it became available. I would see Jeremy on a regular basis attending to the property (saw him planting in the courtyard garden one day) and Kasey was very on top of any safety concerns (ex. she put a stop to teenagers from the neighborhood wandering through the property). I also watched them taking measures to keep the property clean which I really appreciated. Everyone that works here is very attentive (one of the maintenance guys helped me w/ car trouble one day!) and it just made all the difference. Want to leave a word about Spencer too - he's a newer member but have had very positive experiences with him so far! Last thing - I'm a designer and can honestly say they got the finishes right at this complex (interior finishes and landscaping are beautiful)!

I have lived all over Austin, South, North, West. And finally East with Laurel. The place is clean, pet owners are relatively clean as well, they keep up with the property weekly, they are quick to respond to any concerns. Spencer and Jeremy are the best in management here! Its far enough from all the chaos in east side, but close enough for a 8-10 min uber or drive. Great location, the only thing I would love to see fixed is for their to be a gradual blocked out lane when approaching the entrance as people drive really fast here, and it would be easier to enter/exit property.

The property is super clean and well maintained. Spencer from the management team is nice and on top of everything. The gym, pool, and other amenities are kept clean and well taken care of. I love that they have a partnership with houndstooth coffee shop. The workspaces in the lobby are lovely. Any maintenance issues get resolved quickly and the maintenance guys are super nice. The trash valet service is awesome. The complex enforcers a strict trash policy to ensure there are no pests. Laurel is overall a great property and I highly recommend! My only "bad experience" I have had was with a woman I believe she works on the management team. The day I was moving in she treated a tenant extremely rude in front of me, and it seemed racially motivated and I was quite distributed by her actions, attitude and behavior towards a tenant. The tenant was a young African American man and he walked into the lobby with his backpack, he was clearly a college student or someone who worked remotely. As soon as he walked in she was starring at him with a distasteful look. As he began to walk through the building she literally SCREAMED at the TOP of her lungs aggressively, "HEY HEY YOU WHAT ARE YOU DOING EXCUSE ME" and myself and my boyfriend and the boy who walked in were all shocked. She was shouting in a nasty ugly tone with an ugly look on her face, "DO YOU EVEN LIVE HERE WHAT ARE YOU DOING". I was so shocked and stunned I was appalled at her reaction. The poor boy said he did live here and showed her his apartment fob, and she got quiet. I gave her the dirtiest look but left shortly after that. This lady needs to be fired she is clearly racist and rude. You can see in all the comments how many tenants have issues with her.

I have lived at Laurel for about a month and besides my upstairs neighbors stomping, I have really enjoyed this complex. I needed to move QUICK after my last complex fell through due to lack of communication and professionalism. When contacting Kacey here at Laurel and explaining I needed urgency on my move in process, SHE WAS AMAZING! really went above and beyond for me. I absolutely love my unit, and the pool view is really nice! I would say the only downfall is that parking is limited, and the dog park is a little far from my unit, but besides that, loving laurel!

E
Erra

Just want to say that this apartment complex has such a great management team. Spencer, Kasey & Jeremy are always so attentive and helpful with anything I need as a tenant. When I first moved in, did a walk through, and submitted my inventory of my apartment, they sent their maintenance team to immediately take care of any issues I saw in my apt. Everything was fixed for me so quickly with no additional requests or complaints. Anything I inquire about, they are always more than helpful and always go above and beyond. Truly the best complex I’ve lived in.

This property is absolutely amazing. What makes Laurel even better, is the staff. If you want the most incredible touring experience, you need to tour with Kasey Carter! She, hands down, delivers the best tour, as she caters to your needs and makes sure you don't leave with any questions unanswered. Other properties could learn how a true professional operates. They just need to ask for Kasey. Keep up the great work!

Huge shoutout to Spencer, Kasey, Jeremy and the rest of the Laurel team. I've lived at many apartment complexes in Austin but never at one as well-run as this one. In the past, I've dealt with leasing agents who hide important details before you move in, poorly-kept common spaces, and community managers who brush your issues under the rug. That isn't the case at Laurel, and I truly appreciate the hard work this team puts in. Maintenance is also on top of it – they're always quick to respond and resolve issues. I've only been here for about a month, but I'm really enjoying the community so far.

I absolutely loved living here. The buildings are well maintained, the amenities are unbeatable, the proximity to the hike and bike trail. If that isn’t enough, the staff is next level awesome. Jeremy makes sure everyone is well taken care of. I can’t recommend it enough.

I just transitioned from a house to Laurel Apartments and Kasey made it easy for me. I first thought she was the property manager with her level of professionalism and knowledge of the units! I appreciate the care that the maintenance team put into attending the work orders and making sure my unit was ready. I would recommend Laurel to anyone coming to the east side of Austin!

I just moved in this past weekend, and I am already very confident that I made the best decision! Kasey & Jeremy were so helpful throughout the entire leasing process, and since signing they have continued to go above & beyond! They’re both kind, respectful, and show a ton of initiative for keeping this property well-managed & maintained. The area is great, and I love all the nature around here as well! Highly recommend making this your new home :)

I toured the Laurel apts recently since I was recommended East Austin area for the vibe. I was really impressed with the interior halls covering me from Texas heat and so cool to have a coffee shop in the lobby. The highway makes it easy to go North or South since I travel a lot. Kasey in the office is amazing, and she introduced me to Jeremy the manager just to say hi. This place seems to be a great little piece of the East :)

Leasing agent Kasey Carter made this process so easy for me. She listened to all my priorities in finding a new apartment, worked all the specials being offered to get me into an apartment that otherwise would have been out of my budget. She sat on the phone with me to assist in filling out my application (on her day off!!!!) and helped me throughout the whole process. She has made me so excited to move into the Laurel, I already feel so taken care of and I haven't even moved in yet. Thank you Kasey!

I recently moved into the Laurel Apartments way across the country from Boston, MA and I couldn’t be more grateful for the tremendous and attentive service and communication from the leasing team and maintenance. Kasey was absolutely amazing in assisting us find a place to call home. She presented many options for available units and made the application process a breeze! Jeremy has been nothing short of wonderful in assisting me get settled in independently even with a couple curve balls thrown unexpectedly. If you’re looking for quality, comfort and by far the best leasing team I’ve personally experienced, Laurel is your place!

Laurel is the best apartment complex I've lived at! The staff are always friendly and take care of any concerns right away. The amenities and complex are always clean. My apartment is spacious and gets lots of natural light. I feel safe walking my dog at night / early in the morning. I can't say enough good things about this place! I was a bit worried about the location being a bit far from downtown, but now having lived here for 6 months, it doesn't bother me. I can get anywhere I need to go in 10-15 minutes!

Honestly, this was the best move-in experience I have ever had, and I've been renting apartments for 17 years. The customer service from Paul was phenomenal from the moment I called. Paul went above and beyond to help me over the phone, since at that time, I was still living out of state. I had several questions, and he helped me for 1 hour and never once seemed irritated by all of my questions/concerns. Paul was very knowledgeable, patient, and understanding with me. His help is what ultimately made me decide this was the place I wanted to live, in addition to the other good reviews on Google. Kasey was also very instrumental in going above and beyond to help me after I signed my lease. I truly appreciate the office staff and team here in our community. It is very quiet, peaceful, and probably the best apartments I have ever rented from. Keep up the awesome work Paul, Kasey, Management, and the rest of the Laurel team. I have nothing but positive things to say about this property and how well everyone has helped and treated me.

Living at Laurel for the past 2+ years has been one of my favorite places to live. Located right off the Walnut Creek path, I have found a perfect 3.5 mile loop that keeps me on my feet. ' When the weather isn't so nice outside, however, I love to visit the exercise facility. The equipment is well cared for, and I love the ceiling windows that bring in natural light. When the mornings are rushed, as they sometimes are, visiting Houndstooth for some breakfast tacos puts my day right back on track. It's also a beautiful space to sit in and read a book. If any issues come up in the apartment, service requests are completed by the team in an efficient, yet professional manner. Sometimes in less than 24 hours, the team is on it. Thanks to all the Laurel management team for making the last two years so great! We hope to meet again soon.

Living at The Laurel has been an exceptional experience from day one. The community offers top-notch amenities, impeccable maintenance, and a welcoming atmosphere that truly feels like home. One of the highlights of residing here is the stunning clubhouse, where I've had the pleasure of hosting numerous events with friends and family. From birthday celebrations to holiday gatherings, the clubhouse provides the perfect space for memorable moments. The staff is incredibly accommodating and always goes above and beyond to ensure everything runs smoothly. I couldn't imagine a better place to call home. Five stars all around!

Probably the best apartment community I’ve ever lived in, the entire community is well kept, clean, and maintained. The pool is always clean and landscaping always looks amazing. The front office staff are so very nice and helpful and the property manager Jeremy is a delight who goes above and beyond. Maintenance (Dennis & Eli) are friendly, knowledgeable, and very quick to address any issues. The location is ideal for anyone looking to have quick access to east side. Kasey was so incredibly helpful in guiding us in our decision. I haven't experienced that kind of hands on help in looking for an apartment. Pros: Nice grounds, conveniently located next to hiking trails and safe neighborhood for walking. New amenities and furnishings in apartments. Dog friendly and calm, polite neighbors. Houndstooth onsite which is convenient. Cons: Entire apartment flooded 2 weeks into moving in and damage was so bad I had to be moved to a new unit. Staff was helpful with move but multiple people have been flooded recently as well so bare this strong possibility in mind if you decide to move in. Work orders you submit are sometimes marked complete and no one ever showed up. No communication from staff or reason why or apology which leaves a real sour experience when your told non-stop that you are a “valued resident”. If they communicated with residents regarding maintenance and other issues as well as they did about food truck and social events, this probably wouldn’t be a problem. This place could be capable of 5 stars, just some easy communication best practices and improved plumbing management that would make all the difference from what I’ve seen so far.

I would like to express my appreciation to Alexa, the Regional Manager, and Katie, the Manager, for their professionalism and support during my move-out process. They were both very helpful in addressing the challenges I experienced. They made Laurel experience great. Special thanks to Spencer and Jeremy for being part of a great team. And such a great community to be part of. Unfortunately, my interactions with Kasey were not as positive. Despite consistently paying my rent on time and being a respectful resident within the community, I found her approach to be unprofessional, dismissive, and lacking understanding. I believe her behavior was not appropriate given the circumstances. Plus, when you move out get a cleaning team yourself for carpet because they will charge the heck out of you for cleaning.

Walking into Laurel the first time, I was pretty confused on where the leasing office was but that was a good thing! I was surprised to see that they carry a coffee shop next to the office haha! Jeremy was so amazing and sweet guiding me around the apartment complex and showing me the apartments that I instantly feel in love! The maintenance workers were also throughout our tour and they were kind, Jeremy and the maintenance workers also had a strong bond compared to traditional, transactional past companies I had leased with which shows that they are all one team and willing to help each other. EDIT PLEASE READ: 2/5 ⭐️ So it’s the time for me to leave the apartments, I worked with Jeremy on the 60 days notice (was a month early on the 60 but it was honored). I had ask what is the move out process and what I should be expecting as a deduction. I had three different answers from the leasing office on how to repair the wall as I had made holes for my decorations and appliances. One told me as long as I patched the wall it was fine, another told me if I had patched and color matched it would be fine, and the last one told me I had to texturized it to be considered repaired. I had ask for the color code for the wall but I was advised that I didn’t need to paint it (from one of the assistants). So I instead took a part of the wall off and got it color coded myself. While I admit, the texturizing was not the best, the hole was patched and painted with the color code. I was still charged for the damages as if it was a blank hole in the wall. Besides the wall issue, I had spent HOURS cleaning the apartment, swept, mopped, wiped the entire apartment. Wasn’t spotless but you could definitely run a vacuum around for 2 mins and the apartment was considered clean. I got charged for a cleaning fee as well. I was okay with the first two charges as maybe I didn’t do a good job but once I got the carpet charge, I knew this was disappointing. The carpet in the bedroom is right next to the bathroom, why apartments are set up like this I don’t know. I would shower and walk to my bedroom so occasionally, the carpet between the rooms did get wet time from time. Not extremely wet or damaging to the carpet but just mild shower water from my feet. I was advised in my move out sheet that I was going to be charged a $35 cleaning fee which I was okay with and agreed as a cleaning SHOULD be done for the next tenant. I did not eat, drink, had any other liquids in my bedroom. I was charged $400 for a carpet REPLACEMENT! For one, that’s pretty offensive as if it’s made out that I was gross when I vacuumed and even spot checked before I left. Two, if you’re going to charge your tenants for a replacement carpet, then maybe you shouldn't add carpet to the bedrooms. I was charged a late fee, which from the last three charges totaling already around $700 already, I don’t know if this is an actual charge or just another bullshit charge. My last charge was the utilities. To add some context, I had remove all the appliances during the 60 days from the outlets and only used the thermostat at a reasonable temperature for my dog, which was usually around 72. I work overnights so I didn’t use energy between the hours of 6pm to 6am. So I definitely didn’t hit any high peak times. The AC got blown out and I had no AC in the apartment for maybe about a week and some days. So reporting it, everyday their maintenance team would look to see what the problem was but ended up getting a third party to fix it. Side note, maintenance team was quick and responsive, no complaints on that. I was given a small ac unit to stay somewhat cool and while it didn’t work, I made the best of it and showed no anger to the management. I didn’t even ask for a credit or anything. I was charged almost $1000 on utilities that I thought I was paying month to month. Another bullshit charge. While I can continue on, google limits the amount of characters I can write so be warned before moving into a GREYSTAR complex. They are known for tactics like this. Stay away.

I have lived at Laurel for about a year and a half now! My roommate and I took a chance on Laurel while it's essentially still in its "development" period. Since Laurel is within this "development" period there have been a multitude of hiccups! We went one first year where our AC went out a total of 15 times. The appliances are constantly breaking. This ranges from not only our AC but also our dishwasher, sink and fridge and sink again and again! It is deceptively beautiful. The walls are easily damaged and our counters stain almost instantaneously. It is enveloped with cheap/quick appliances and building structures that are prone to breakage. Now, no matter how many times everything breaks there is always maintenance that comes and fixes it.

I was so excited to move into this place but was even more excited to MOVE OUT. Just had a horrible experience here. My water pressure was horrible had called maintenance several times until they pretty much just told me there is nothing that can be done. Also my apartment was loud I would hear wind whirling from the hallways it made an annoying whistling sound and showed the maintenance team a video of the sounds and again was told nothing could be done. My upstairs neighbor was real loud and I called to see if something could be done they told me that maybe I should go talk to them. I was shocked but I tired to go talk to them but they never opened the door for me to talk to them. I think the people that work there were over were nice and friendly but their maintenance team I’m sorry wasn’t very good in my opinion. They also make you use this company called Fetch for package service which wasn’t explained to me very well when I moved in. This is the worst service EVER and you are forced to use and pay for it. They never bring you package when you ask for it I’ve lost several packages from this services And again was told that I had to use it and had to pay for it nothing could be done. So that was very annoying paying for a service every month that I didn’t use. I would have to say that was the most annoying part about moving here.

I spoke with Casie, but she cut me off while I was trying to speak. She said she had no idea why the A3 is listed on their website and that I should already know that “call for details” means it’s not available. She ended the conversation without saying goodbye and was definitely not friendliest.

There's no oversight and they towed my car that has been registered for years because of a glitch in their system. Imagine that your just mom passed away and then you have no car because your own apt complex towed it. The parking rules are insane and they are super aggressive about towing guest cars, despite the fact that there's nothing nearby to park there for.

STAY AWAY. This complex is infested with roaches. We keep an extremely clean apartment, yet find multiple species of roaches multiple times a day. Enjoy the photos. The only positive factor this apartment had going for it was the apartment manager Jeremey, but he has since quit, and things have continued to deteriorate.

I’ve had a recurring ceiling leak issue—twice last year, and now once this year. A few days ago, maintenance opened the ceiling to check it, but after that, bugs started coming in. They were supposed to fix it today, but now it’s delayed until tomorrow. They tried taping it, but the tape didn’t hold, and I had to call twice with no one coming back. I’m pretty frustrated with how slow and messy this whole repair process has been.

Proceed with caution. I applied for an apartment here and was initially told everything was set and ready for move-in. However, I was later informed that their system encountered an error, preventing me from moving in. The agent assured me that all fees associated with the transaction would be refunded due to their system error, but they never followed through. My credit card company had to step in and return the fees. Despite never living in the apartment, I now have a collection on my credit report for move-out fees and have been contacted by collection agencies regarding the issue. This has been a major hassle. Thank you for your response, but it doesn’t align with the facts. I was explicitly told by your office that there was a system error preventing my move-in, and I even came back in person to see if the issue could be fixed, which it could not. At no point was I offered any alternative or conditional approval for moving in after the error occurred. I have documentation proving that your team acknowledged the error and promised to refund all associated fees. Instead, my credit card company had to resolve the situation, and I am now dealing with collections for fees related to an apartment I never lived in. This has been a frustrating and disappointing experience, and I hope your team will address the situation accurately moving forward.

Only lived here 5 months and there are constant problems. I’ve had to put in several maintenance requests. Always issues with hot water.

Kasey is so rude she hung up on me when I called to ask her questions about the community I’m going elsewhere or renewing I’m giving up on my search

Spoke with a lady named Kasey in the front office. Wow, what a rude fidgety lady. Nice apartments but who would want to live there if she treats guest like that.

Kasey was incredibly rude over the phone. I had specific questions about the community and the overall floor plan pricing. As I’m preparing to leave my tax credit housing for my first full adult apartment without any assistance, as I’m financially stable and have a new tech job, I wanted to tour and explore my options. Although I might reconsider for Nexus East, Platform or The Prado for my nearby options here on East Austin

Seems like contracts are more of a suggestion here! I had a parking spot that was sold to another resident due to a staff error (which they admitted in writing was “100% their fault”), and was given no notice per the addendums specifications. Follow ups with management were ignored.

I normally do not leave reviews, but I just had the worst experience when I called to get some information on these lovely apartments that I’ve driven by. Your representative, Kasey, was so rude and unhelpful. It made me feel like my questions were an inconvenience to her. I just wanted more information about the apartments and she told me multiple times they had nothing available or told me I could find it on the website. Excuse me, for calling you at your job. This conversation immediately discouraged me from wanting to live there.
