I've heard about this chain of restaurants for a long time, but finally visited it. Everything was basically delicious, it's a solid 4+, I can recommend this place. The only downside that bothered me was the cleanliness.

I've been a frequent customer at chili's for several years, this location is one of my favorites. I recently came here on November 29,2021 and the server was respectful and welcoming. She remembered my order and the orders of my family members. However, the main meals were served before the appetizers. The main meals were served in portions as opposed to a whole. Which was the first time that I experienced this at chili's. Secondly, we waited more than 20 minutes for the appetizers and the meals. Also , certain customer's meals were served prior to ours and these were customers that entered the restaurant after us. Overall, the experience was good but I would simply recommend better serving, because appetizers are supposed to be served prior to the main meals and meals should be served completely not in portions.

WOW! Please allow these pictures to speak for themselves . If your mouth is watering right now i don’t blame you it’s Def worth it ! It’s been a while since i had the 3for me so this Cajun Chicken Pasta with nothing added but just the Cajuns season was to die for . It wasn’t dry and unappealing it definitely had that sound that we all know and love and it was saucy which I’m so grateful for . If you haven’t before try out the 3 for me Cajun Chicken Pasta plain with just Cajun seasoning you won’t regret it . I was a bit upset about the bread being burnt but surprisingly it did not taste as such not one bit . And you can definitely bet I ate it up .

In for a quick dinner And food was served super quick!! Austin was a very attentive and nice server. I had the chicken salad with a lot of rice... A little tóo much for me didn't eat it all., would've liked more lettuce. But it was tasty and a bit spicy and good size chicken breast piece. My husband liked his ribs with fries .. huge portion of meat and crispy fries.. Huge menu lots of variety

We had a great experience today! We sat in the bar area and Damien was our server. Got 2 beers the triple dipper and the smokehouse chose 3. Half rack if ribs, chicken bacon ranch and brisket quesadillas. Thr brisket quesadillas were spicy which i didn't expect.

Our server forgot to bring us a lot of items like our chips, our drinks took a long while to the point where we were done with our food and the last items we got were the beer and margaritas we'd ordered while still eating. The restaurant was not that full so I think it may just be a speed of service issue but that being said, everything was tasty, our server was really nice and personable and the menu has a lot of great new options since the last time I visited. They have a great array of lunch specials too. This location is just north of Aventura Mall in the plaza with the Total Wine.

Server, Ethan wasn't the best server. My friend paid the bill while I was in the restroom. We walked out, I was unaware of how much he had paid. The server came outside and shouted at us. The tip wasn't included!

I had a good order (picture attached), but the people with me received overcooked and dry ribs and French fries. On the other hand, the sirloin steak with broccoli was excellent. Even though the ribs are a popular item, they weren't fresh. The server was excellent and the staff knew what they were doing, despite being short-staffed. The service was great, but I wish some of the food items were fresher.

Food was mid ! Chili’s use to be enjoyable but it’s lost its spark for me. Our waiter was pleasant. But after ordering our meal I was not happy with the wait for the meal especially since it was nearly an hour wait. Even our children asked mommy where is your food lol and for kids to notice yea that was a long wait.

Chili's food was fun and delicious. It has been a while and unfortunately this time I found the food simply junk, to my regrets. Ribs were bad (reheated probably), crispy chicken was not soft at all, difficult to eat. Could not finish the meal. Sorry.

We went in to the bar for a quick bite, after waiting for the bar tender to finish her conversation with her friend we told her we were in a rush. She walked away, made drinks then came over again and we asked to order we are in a tush, she said "Everyone is", she started to take our order and then asked the person next to us what she wanted, we again said we were in a rush and she laughed, WE LEFT. This was at 8pm on 2/26, if the management cares.

I had a pretty unpleasant experience at Chili’s that honestly made me question their food handling standards. I went with a friend and we ordered an appetizer. The server brought something out, and since it looked fine and we assumed it was ours, we started eating it. About halfway through — after we had already been dipping chips into the chili and sauces — the waitress came back and told us that the appetizer actually wasn’t ours and asked if we wanted to keep it or if she should take it back. We told her she could take it, but that’s when it got really concerning. If they were willing to take back food that had clearly already been eaten from and double-dipped, what were they planning to do with it? Was another table going to get the same dish with just fresh sauces added? The whole situation felt pretty gross and unsanitary. Mistakes happen, but food that’s already been at a table should never even be considered to go back out to someone else. That alone made the experience uncomfortable enough that I wouldn’t recommend this location.
