Mark's Pizzeria

We were very happy with our recent experience! Over the weekend we were in town for my sister's wedding. Friday was the rehearsal dinner and about 3 pm they realized they forgot to order food for the 4pm rehersal... we called a few places and no where could accommodate an order that large on such short notice. We called Marks and ordered 10 large pizzas, 150 wings, and a ton of soda. They promptly took the order and delivered it within an hour and completely saved the whole night!!! They even sent cups, extra blue cheese and napkins! The food was hot and exactly what we ordered, the wings were crispy and perfect and even though I'm sure they had to rush to accommodate us, the quality did not depict that. Thank you!!!! Good job to the staff and management !!!

Great service, good pizza. If I'm ordering for myself I go to the fancier places but if I've got company, I can always count on them to deliver a quality meal that satisfies everyone. Recently, Ryan went out of their way to help me fix my own mistake and get the food I needed for my hungry family, and they did it 2 minutes before closing time on a Sunday!

Marks in Avon NY has been my got to pizzeria for at least 15 years. Tonight we tried the Hot Honey Slung Pizza with sweet sauce! It was the best pizza I have had in a long time. It was delicious and the sweet sauce is a must, as it goes well with the best of the honey. It is my favorite pizza by far!

A slice here hits the spot every time. The owner/manager is very friendly and helpful. Just a good spot to stop for a quick lunch.

Always a great spot to stop for dinner and a drink, phenomenal drink selection as well as the fast that you have to try their “New York style” pizza. Josh at the bar is the best!

Mark's Pizzeria of Avon provided quality service for our school function at the Rotary Sunshine Camp. We had four very large orders over four consecutive days, and they delivered delicious pizza on time with a smile. We were anxious about feeding such a large group of kids, but Mark's proved to be very reliable & put us at ease. We will definitely be using them for future events! :)

Been patronizing this location for about 15 years. The Pizza is Always consistent as it’s the only thing we order. Haven’t tried any of the other menu options but they do look good. Dough is house made which makes it a real pie . The owner is Justin and he’s really nice. If you order the pizza no matter the toppings, you won’t be disappointed. Great flavor and filling. Pricing is avg. nothing out of the ordinary and worth it

Been getting pizza here for a number of years at least 10 or 12 years. The pizza is actually pretty good. Crust is pretty good, toppings usually seem fresh. After getting my pizzas tonight I left with a bad taste in my mouth. Not from the pizza but from the way I was charged for my pizza. Apparently, if you get half a specialty pizza here and half anything else they charge you for the full price of an entire specialty pizza. I know in the past this wasn't the case because I remember getting prorated. And it's not even that it's the biggest deal you know it's maybe two or three bucks I guess four at the most depending on size. But I just left feeling insulted like they were kind of ripping me off. I spoke with the guy who cashed me out, and he confirmed that it's the same price and it wasn't some kind of mistake. And now I don't know if I want to go back. Which is sad because we actually do like the pizza. This type of behavior feels insulting. One of the reasons I went to Mark's to begin with was that a couple other pizza places in the area have done this and it made me not want to go there. I was still going to Mark's because I thought they were straight-up. I guess not.

I ordered two subs for Mark's and I'm very disappointed in how they turned out I ordered 30 minutes ahead of time and I got there by the time it said that it should be done and it was not done so I had to wait for them just to be done. I'm not very happy with the results last time it was a lot better this time it was terrible

Ok folks! I am going to be nice here with this review. I love your pizza and generally think it’s good considering the town of Avon has 5 pizza places and not a lot more. I ordered online at 2:30pm for a simple large pizza and wings for a 4:00pm pick up as we had group plans. We arrived at 4:05pm and the lobby was filled with a lot of stressed folks. We asked for our order and they said its in process. We clarified with them and found out it hadn’t even been put into the oven. Omg! 😱. The order wasn’t complete until 4:25 and the wings which sat waiting on the late pizza were now cold. Hot pizza and cold wings sum up the experience. I think it was topped off with no apology to my wife. I think we will give a long break and let my frustration cool off like the cold wings we enjoyed with this wonderful experience.

I hate complaining so I wasnt gonna call and when I did was treated with disrespect. I pay for these extras because we use them. Told me I couldn't count when I had everything right in front of me and it wasnt all there that I ordered. Wanted to argue and be rude to me. I know what I ordered and how to count and we were still missing items. Absolutely rude and wouldn't do anything to help because "I did it myself, count all that you have." I've ordered here SEVERAL times. To just be treated like that.

Order the steak sub told them extra steak was not on there no onions and peppers was on there I don't know how I got charged $20 for that spending 70 bucks to feed the family tonight and everything was not done correctly as crazy

We waited an additional 15minutes while they started making the subs as they seemed surprised of the sub order. Meanwhile the McDonalds food in the car we picked up prior was now cold for our son as a result. The resolve they made was a bottle of soda. A 20 min ready order that turned out to be an hr with lots of waiting should really have been addressed more appropriately than with a free bottle of soda.

Pizza is ok? there subs are disgusting. No flavor. There lettuce and tomatoes are sliced so thin and used so sparingly you can't even taste them. Condamints are the same. 2 subs and a soda 20 Oz. Cost 38$ shame on you!!!
