Service at 12:05am was immaculate on Halloween. They were incredible and sensational. I bought the T-rex burger simple because a nice man told me to. He was very persuasive. 10/10 would come again at 12:05am.

I stop here frequently. As a Weight Watchers member, Wendy’s is a healthy place to eat on the run. I get the Grilled Chicken Sandwich and a large Chili which is 10 Freestyle points. More often then not I have a coupon for BOGO on the Chicken Sandwich and more often then not they do not have two Grilled Chickens ready. This time one was of those times so I had a short wait. While waiting the manager gave me an ice water to sip on and even offered me a small frosty (sadly I declined because Frostys are too many points LOL). When he brought my food out to me, he gave me a coupon for the inconvienence and said “you handled this better than most, so I can tell it has happened before.” I thanked him and explained that I do not mind waiting at all because they food is good, the deal is good and it is always fresh! I greatly appreciated the gesture. If you have never been to this Wendys, you should really go! The staff is always super friendly and I have never had an issue! Highly recommended!

It was ok. Lots of workplace drama, i learned(while I was waiting to order) that Becky was mad at Gina for telling Casandra to stop talking while she's talking. I was happy that I could live vicariously through their drama so I could forget mine for a few minutes. Thank you Wendy's.

Had a very rude experience today, had a large order which was $40 and ordered it for pick up. They had me pull around for my food which is no problem and they gave me my food quickly. Upon receiving my food I realized a sandwich had a minor error so I went inside and got it fixed; this has happened before but this was once again not a problem. I got the sandwich and got back in my car, and before pulling away, I realized they had also forgotten an entire combo (although I did get the drink). Upon going inside and requesting the item, the two women behind the counter were very rude to me, talked very loudly to themselves while belittling me. It made me feel terrible when all I was trying to do was get the food I ordered.

These customer service guys would not take my order seriously. Asking for glaze on my burger is not a difficult request and shouldn’t have been encountered with hostile attitude regarding the time and effort it would take to glaze it. Unbelievable!

Let me tell you about the culinary coliseum known only as… Geneseo Wendy’s. This isn’t just a fast-food joint — it’s a flavor cathedral, a deep-fried temple of beefy enlightenment, a sanctuary where the Baconator is the high priest and the Frosty is holy water. I pulled into that drive-thru like a tired traveler crawling into an oasis in the middle of a desert made of sadness and soggy gas station sandwiches. I had one mission: consume joy. The moment I ordered, the Wendy’s crew activated what I can only describe as military-level sandwich deployment precision. They moved like seasoned burger samurais. I blinked and BOOM — a tray of golden fries hotter than the center of the sun materialized in my hands, next to a Dave’s Double stacked with so much meat, I could hear cows in the distance saluting me. AND THE SPICY NUGGETS? I bit into one and was instantly transported to a dimension where flavor reigns supreme and calories don’t count. I had a single tear running down my cheek — not from the spice, but from the emotional realization that these nuggets had just rewritten my life’s purpose. The Geneseo Wendy’s staff? ICONIC. The girl at the window handed me my food with the grace of a Broadway star and the accuracy of a NASA engineer. Someone in the back yelled “Frosty’s up!” like it was a code red situation, and it kind of was. Because if that Frosty had been even five seconds later, I might’ve perished from excitement. I dipped my fries into that sweet chocolate swamp and achieved something close to enlightenment. At one point, I swear I heard a Gregorian chant coming from the fryer. In conclusion: Would I drive three hours out of my way just to go to the Geneseo Wendy’s again? Yes. Would I name my firstborn “Junior Bacon Cheeseburger Perkins”? Probably. Would I choose this Wendy’s to cater my wedding? Don’t tempt me. GENESEO WENDY’S: You don’t just eat here. You ascend. 11/10. Michelin stars? Try Michelin galaxies.

I am not one for fast food BUT I do love a frosty. Whats great about this location is you can grab fries from McDonald's which is right next door and then get your frosty at Wendy's! There also a Burger King across the street as well. Wendys is still a favorite in my family though (I dont eat anything but the Frosty lol)

Food service is so tough, but the woman (I wish I remembered her name), was so attentive in drive through. When I had to go in grab one more thing she was so concerned that we didnt get everything. Anyway, even my daughter commented on how awesome she was.

Nice stop for a chicken sandwich and some kids meals on our long trip back from Dansville. Took the drive through which wasn't busy, service was refreshingly pleasant and courteous. Food was made correctly and served quickly.

Woman had her puppy dog in to show her off to other employees behind the counter in the “managers only” cubby hole. I hate dogs and people who treat dogs like people. Decent fast food joint otherwise

Fries were cold when they pulled me to cook fresh fries for the kids meal. I should have had fresh fries all the way around. Rushed me at the speaker. I was trying to decide what i wanted and got asked "can i help you find something?" When i had asked for just a moment. Cashier looked super annoyed at the window. Mediocre experiance at best.

The dining area doesn't open until 4 pm. So if you arrive around lunchtime, they only have the drive-thru open. The food was okay, it's fast food. So no high expectations.

Ths place has become a hit or miss. The staffing is subpar and lacking in training and service and the food is overpriced and depending on day, time and staff its a mystery what you got in your bag and the condition its in. Good luck

Went just to try the new fries and the conclusion was, they are fries 🤷‍♂️ Not great or amazing. They were hot. I saw some skin on them so they looked good. Needed more salt. I ended up adding a dash of pepper trying to bring a little flavor to the party. They were just unremarkable. The facility seemed clean from the outside. The employee assisting us was on the phone the entire time but I overheard that someone was calling out sick for their shift so she was dealing with life.

I had great service, but the food my burger was cold and slopped together, fries were cold. I was so looking forward to eating my Jr. bacon cheese burger. My husband had the Chile and baked potatoe that came out good. My son had the crispy chicken blt sandwich came out good, but fries were cold.

We visited on a Thursday early afternoon. We went through the drive-thu. We were 4th in line. 20 mins later, and 1 person giving up and leaving the line up, we our order was taken. The person taking the order, apologize for the long wait and stating they were short staffed. The wait for the food was short. The food was hot and delicious. So much for fast food. I hope management can solve the staffing issue.

We ate here around 7 pm and weren't happy with this visit. The cashier was nice enough but our fries were ice cold and one of the garbages was overflowing, even though 3 employees came out to use the soda machine.

Some service was wonderful.. however till I got my meal. Realized they gave me a hamburg instead of the double with no cheese. I took it back up and ask for the double no cheese . And showed them the receipt. They young man proceeded and noticed what I gave him wasnt even on the order. And a blonde proceeded to take it from him yelling I gave them everything on the order. They have the baconator Jr ( mind you that wasn't even the problem) and she continued to yell untill I said would you like me to bring the whole order back to you so you can check it... in the end they fixed what I was missing. And then asked about the baconator. I said the other 2 sandwiches had bacon so they are fine. To make trip worse food was barely warm when I got it. Now I've waited and ff sandwiches cold and appetite lost... I didnt want to make a problem just wanted what I paid for. Thank you

As both former fast-food workers, who understand the stress that can accumulate within these positions, as well as frequent customers at this and many other Wendy’s establishments, today’s experience really caught my friend and I off guard. Our order was fairly simple; a few six-piece chicken nuggets, as well as one crispy chicken sandwich. We noticed on the screen that the chicken sandwich rung up for around $6 as opposed to the $2 on the menu. Due to the long line behind us, we did not want to inconvenience the workers or the customers, although our bill went from $12 to almost $20 with tax. When we finally got to the window, I inquired the price of the crispy chicken sandwich, only to be told our cashier had put in the order incorrectly. Again, as former fast food employees, the stress of lunch hour is very familiar and we could easy empathize, however, the response we were given was very inappropriate The cashier proceeded to clasp her hands in a prayer position, begging us to not have her again put the order into the POS system. “Please, please, please don’t.” Confused, I ended up paying $18 for food I did not order, and was not even given the sandwich I originally ordered that was cheaper. After I decided to comply with her request, she “apologized” by saying she added “Extra sauce” for our nuggets. Here we sit, an hour later, with 7 extra unopened sauces. What are we supposed to do with these? I get it, fast food is again stressful, however, this was just all around bizarre.

The place is always sticky, dirty, and the pop machine is always out of ice and some kind of pop. The manager is extremely unprofessional. She was swearing and yelling at an employee in front of all the customers. She then continued to complain about how she would get in trouble for yelling at the employee. I don't care what that person did but you don't treat them like that and you take them to you office to talk to them. Not in front of everyone. Other than that the food was ok and had good prices.

Went through the drive through on 10.18.24 in the evening. Two male workers were by the window one was on headset taking an order, and another person opened the window, looked at me, no smile, no hello. Flat face. Food came pretty quickly. I didn't even know if the transaction was over or not, no thanks or have a nice day or anything. And neither of them were talking to a customer or inputting an order. Very awkward and not welcoming. As a person who used to train ppl in sales, I would be pissed if my guys treated customers like that.

I do grocery delivery in the area and decided to try Wendy’s breakfast since I never had before. I had about 10 minutes till my next order pickup so I place an order in the app before heading to Wendy’s. I arrive at 9:33 (my grocery order was due pickup at 9:45) One driver is pulling away from the speaker as I arrive and the next is about to order. There’s no one else in line infront of these 2 customers. It takes the employees 3 minutes to even talk to the guy ahead of me. Then when I arrive to the speaker another 3 before he speaks to me. I sat behind these 2 cars for another 14 minutes before I get to the window where I wait another 2. There’s no reason I should be waiting 22 minutes for food with 2 cars ahead of me. Ridiculous. So the next day I go back again because the sandwich was really good! I place my order and get to the speaker at just after 7:30am. They say “we aren’t quite open yet” even though the drive thru opens at 6:30… I said well I placed a mobile order. He says “alright let me check” then says okay pull forward where he tells me to pull around and I wait another 8 minutes for my food. Good food, awful slow management and service. Not even worth going, I won’t be going back a 3rd time.

Usually love a Wendy's meal, but 2 regular meals for $30. Only after the purchase at the drive through did they say that we would have to wait out in front of the store. It was dinner time but only 2 customers inside (had to go in to get the order) and 3 cars. Don't mind a wait usually, but I had a tight schedule that night.

I’m not sure if this is a really bad place to work for people but every time I come to this location, the employees are so rude! 100% rude…. Most of them are dumb too! You are rushed and no respect, the food is always cold! One girl name lily said it’s our job to type what a customer wants, and I said no your job is to try to sell items and smile and try to add on items, this place really needs to get their employees some angry management

Iv always given high reviews for Wendy's but not at this location. Their drive through is always a long wait. There food is never fresh. They never get my order rite even if I order one thing. Very disappointing. At least they are nice and friendly.

Worst managed Wendys ever. 12 ppl in line. ONE person taking orders. Mgr asks checkout person to STOP taking orders and go get trays. Food all over carpet. No ice. No napkins. Mgr clueless about customer service and cleanliness.

So I go to Wendy's, in geneseo order a baconator meal, the burger was raw, instead of asking for my money back I took a small drink for my son and paid for 2 Jr bacon cheeseburgers and fries, and guess what got to the table and the cheeseburgers were raw too, I was pissed by this point so I sent my brother over because he was an ex-employee and the response was that the burgers continue to cool down so basically insinuating it was my fault for eating the burger before it was completely cooled as if I spent $9.00 to eat a cold meal, as if people go outside spend $14.00 for cold food. These people will never get my business again.

Had a 9 minute wait in the drive thru and I was the only customer. Then my sandwich was completely wrong. When I told them about it, they said it would be a 7 minute wait for what I wanted. So instead they gave me an old dried out piece of chicken.

Very bad experiance. Have been going to Wendys for over 25 years and it was all ruined in one experiance. Walked in and was discriminated against. Server refused to take our order. He was the shift lead and had rude customer service skills. Spoke out loud in front of the whole restaurant after he was informed I was going to file a report. I do not recommend this location at all. I feel he should lose his job. That is the only way he will learn a lesson. Just saying in todays world he needs to learn early in life especially when you deal with the public. I videotaped it all. This needs to be on youtube to show just how you are treated at Wendy's. What would Dave think?

I’m usually not a rude person but this store really brings it out in people. The staff is extremely lazy, and constantly gets your orders wrong. Then when you go in to explain that your order is wrong, you get attitude. The food is well; it’s fast food it’s what you’d expect. Tastes reheated, and is sloppy as hell. I’d suggest saving your time and going next door to McDonald’s or Burger King. Either or is better than this place. I understand that working in a fast food chain can be stressful and some customers can be nasty but the staff is the same way. It’s a 50/50 if you’ll have someone decent. Hope this saves someone time.

Took more than 45 minutes to get through the drive thru. Charged for 3 extra sour cream, but didn't receive them. Burgers were not even fresh, after the wait. Assumed each order was being made to order, the way they would take 2 orders at a time, serve them before taking the next order. Taking enough time between, to cook each order.

I will drive to Henrietta or Batavia or Erie PA if i get a craving for Wendy's before ever returning to this location again. Apparently I was "out of my mind" for asking for a correction to my order seconds after seeing the error on my receipt. I truly feel bad for the young staff subjected to these horrible lessons in how not to do customer service, the restaurant is an exercise in chaos and the manager on duty, 2/19/2024 @ 7pm is definitely not upholding the Wendy's corporate brand standard with his dirty sagging jeans and untucked shirt with no name tag.

This Wendy's has turned into a joke. Wait and wait for your food and then they get it wrong or they don't put the fries in the bag with the meal you ordered. The workers are rude as rude can get.....I will no longer go to this wendys

At the order window I was asked to wait a few min, no problem. A few min later I ordered a small fry and a frosty, got plain fries (no salt) and a frothy lukewarm milk drink? Idk it was not a frosty. Pretty disappointed.

Horrible service. Burger roll was covered in mustard, dripping out of package. Burger had cheese when ordered without. Went back through drive thru asked for a burger with no cheese, ketchup and mustard. 2nd burger had even more ketchup than the first one had mustard. I completed the survey on the receipt requesting a call for the manager twice in my responses. No call back. Will not waste my money here again.

Girl working drive thru threw my bag of food at me, 'HERE!', and slammed the window shut to keep talking to her coworkers. She was also very annoyed by me when I ordered at the speaker box, dont know what I did. Must've been a rough shift.

It was terrible! Waited 15 min in drive threw. We asked the guy if he could take out order and he said "ugh sure". Was rude and disrespectful. After I pulled to the window one girl was all over her face. touching her nose and then peocced to put french fries into my bag! I asked her to throw them out and she looked dumb founded because I asked her for new fries!

Found a piece of plastic in my salad. I wanted cash returned. They told me their policy was to replace the salad or give me a couple. They had a no money return policy. The manager made the cashier talk to me, rather than her coming over. I was not pleased. When the manager came over she gave me cash back right away. Not impressed. Won't be going there again.

Waited over 15 minutes at the drive thru for someone to answer the machine and tried to call for someone multiple times while waiting. Not to mention this was over an hour and a half before closing and there was no one in line before us. After taking our order we had to wait almost 10 minutes for a small order.

They made my sandwich incorrectly and I brought it to their attention and instead of making a new sandwich they proceeded to just remove the toppings off the one they messed up and tried to hand it back to me!

Got there at 10:29am with breakfast menu still up. She asked if I wanted lunch I said no breakfast and she is walking outside to flip the menu over and says not anymore smiling, says they threw it all out. Drove 15 minutes to try to make it there and I did and get told no. Maybe you guys should wait a couple more minutes before throwing food away.

I went here for dinner tonight and ordered in the drive thru. We ordered a sandwich and a sandwich combo. When we got to the window we paid and realized that they didn't understand that one sandwich was supposed to be a combo. We were fine with this and asked that they add it on and charge us for the combo. The girl turned around and asked another employee what they could do. Has this seriously never happened to them before???? But I didn't care because I figured they would work through it and resolve it. The girl returns to the window and says that because we didn't order the combo (Uhhh, yeah we did!) and already paid they couldn't do anything about it and if we wanted the combo we would have to drive back around the building and order it again..... We were so frustrated that we just left and decided that we didn't want to go through the hassle of reordering the combo. They were so rude to us in the way they handled this and they definitely lost two customers tonight. Having worked in retail previously I could NEVER imagine telling a customer that I couldn't do a simple return/re-purchase but hey, maybe that's just me...

The French fries were not fresh, and they were lukewarm. The chicken sandwich bun was pressed down and flat. The service was so abrupt and not polite at all. We did not get a receipt for what we paid. They did not give us one. We were going to go to Burger King but decided to go to Wendy's, but I will tell you this, I will not be going to Wendy's in Geneseo , N. Y. EVER AGAIN! ONLY BURGER KING OR MCDONALD'S WILL GET MY MONEY!

I can't even rate this place. Food was cold, order was messed up. Called they put name in book went back 2 weeks later refused my free meal as promised. Sat in drve up for 20 minutes while calls were made. Finally did we will give u a sandwich. I said forget it we will go else where. They did give me a meal with cold fries but, not without attitude

After waiting in the drive-thru with only two cars ahead of me for just about 10 minutes (if not longer) I received under cooked fries with no salt on them and a coke that had no syrup in it (so just carbonated water). My chicken sandwich was the only thing that wasn't horrible...

I’ve had enough of this Wendy’s. It’s closed 50% of the time due to “staffing issues,” and when it is open, the employees seem more interested in hanging outside to vape and using foul language in front of children than actually serving customers. The wait times are ridiculously long, and orders are consistently messed up. Blaming staffing issues is a joke—other fast food places in the area manage just fine, so it’s clear this comes down to poor management and likely non-competitive wages. Save your time and money; you’ll get better service elsewhere!

I love Wendy’s food, but I rarely ever go here because it’s always staffed by entitled idiots. The few times I have went in the past few months, the building is staffed entirely by 15yr olds that just stand in groups and whisper talk to each other instead of even attempting to do theirs jobs correctly. They get every single thing in the order wrong every time. They do the opposite of what you ask. I got a cookie the last time and they dumped it upside down in the bag so all I actually got was a handful of crumbs. Can’t even get drinks right. They get sizes wrong all the time. These people cannot do anything right. When you ask them to give you what you actually ordered, they start insulting you. Seriously, do better.

They can't read here and whoever answered the phone had an attitude. Do you want it replaced? No I want it done right the first time. LIKE ITS ORDERED! Fast food industry wants more pay and to charge more but can't even figure out how to do their jobs (or how to read). I wish 0 stars was an option this place has turned into a disgrace.

Drive thru cashier was nasty and argumentative. When we asked for sauces that were paid for and missing, she got defensive. I've never seen someone so rude about an 0.11 cent ranch packet. Grow up and learn some manners.

I go through the drive though to order food and they tell me to pull around and they will bring it out. They never ended up bringing it out after 15 min so I had to come in and get it was just sitting there on the counter. These people are very racist

Twenty minutes after ordering our food, my wife is given cold nuggets, and I’m given the wrong burger. We arrived there 30 minutes before they closed, and every time we talked to someone they mentioned they were closing up. As if we’re inconveniencing them for showing up toward the end of their hours of operation. When I gave them my burger, the shift manager told me that they were closed (15 minutes before their advertised closing time) but that she would fix my order (again… it’s like I’m supposed to thank them for fixing my order and for staying open). She looked very bothered and upset that I had the audacity to ask for what I paid for. Now, almost 30 minutes after my original order, I finally have my food. I’ve had some awful experiences at Wendy’s, but this takes the cake. Oh yeah, the two times we’ve been here since visiting this area of New York, their Frosty machine “was down for the night.” So that’s cool as well. Don’t think I’ll be coming back here.

Placed a mobile order using the app. No sign of life at the drive thru speaker. I get to the window and they ask me to park. Food was brought out to me and they forgot an item. Food was cold and they should just take baked potatoes off the menu because they literally never have them. Really frustrating experience.

The lady at the drive through was so damn rude to me when I went to pick up my DoorDash. I said I was picking up an order and was greeted with a horrible attitude lady saying I needed to specify that it was a door dash rather than just saying it was a pickup (as if I knew the difference in terminology). It was such poor customer service. She kept harping on about it and was almost “giving us a lesson”. Was a needless bit of rudeness to end my day on. Thanks a lot Geneseo Wendy’s 👍

Drive thru, 2 apple pecan salads with 3 chilis. One of the salads wasn’t even half full. As long as it took I could have went in and made our salads. The last time I was here they never put my dressing in and shorted us a chili. This is so freaking wrong. I’ve been screwed out of more money here

The doors were locked during dining hours no one was answering the drive threw. I had to cancel my online e order and go without eating before I started my shift at work. This place has gone way down hill between long waits cold food and inaccurate orders it's a surprise that this location’s even still open. I made a review on the app and was supposed to be contacted about my experience and never was.

Every time I come here, this place messes my order up in one way or another, From forgetting $15 Burgers to Undercooking the food, and everything in between. I'm generally a nice person, never Karen the people handling your food, but this place is out of control, nothing but immature children working, in desperate need of a chaperone...This used to be my favorite spot to eat but it seems like since 2020 (Covid) It has gone down hill...I continue to try to give them the benefit of the doubt, but Ive ordered from here 4 times in the last month and half, and they are 0 for 4...

The food and service was fine. The entire dining area was FILTHY. We asked to speak with the manager and as soon we raised our concern she said "enjoy your meal and have a good day". My husband asked her name and she refused to give it. We will NEVER go to that location again. There's too much competition in Geneseo to be dismissed that way. This happened around 2:00pm on September 2nd at the Geneseo location. There were no other customers in the restaurant.

Against my better judgment, my wife and I stopped a few days ago. The air conditioning didn't seem to be working and none of the ordering system or cash registers were working either, cars were backed up at the drive thru, we waiting behind a guy that just wanted lemonade for his wife in the car. They made him wait, why could've they just take his money! After about 15 minutes they finally took his money and he went to the beverage machine and no lemonade. My wife did get a frosty, but I left without ordering. This is my last time there, why are other Wendy's locations good and this one never is. It seems like all the fast food places in Geneseo have gone to crap since Covid.

This Wendy's sucks. The food is always awful, overcooked, undercooked, cold. Idk if I've gotten anything good here. Service always takes forever, your always waiting 20mins parked for them to bring your food out even if you order ahead of time using the app. The people working there are usually respectful and nice, or high lol. It's either management or the franchise dragging this one down but it's awful.

Just got a phone call from my mother. She visited this location today to pick up a DoorDash order. The manager who was working at the moment heavier set woman with the lack of teeth started making fun of my mom due to a head piece she has to wear do to a surgical procedure she had recently. Not only did she make fun of my mother she then went into the back and broadcasting to other employees about the head piece. Other employees walked out to look and laugh and say oh I could never…… how humiliating that was for my mom like wearing it wasn’t enough. I then decided to call the location and speak to a manager about the situation. A guy answered the phone and I asked to speak to a manager. He said he was one of the managers. I asked what his name was and he stated the “the manager that is my name.” What kind of response is that.? How are you training employees at this location? I then stated my name and the reason for my calling. He stated he has been there all day and he’s sorry if it happened. However he refused to tell me his name. And said he doesn’t give out his name. You are a smart ass. And buddy you won’t last long at a job with that attitude. Grow up. But by the behavior of which my mother spoke of other employees this really does not surprise me at all.

As I sit here in a parking spot in the front of Wendy’s (655 am) waiting on my order from the drive through, I have plenty of time to give this place a 1 star review as I drink my disgustingly flat pop. I’m the ONLY person here, why do I have to drive around and wait for your slow service? I could’ve walked in there and made my own food faster…..and y’all think you deserve 15 an hour? *Edit* 7 hours later I’m extremely nauseous and have been stuck in a porta potty for the last 30 minutes…..NEVER going to this Wendy’s EVER again….and I think corporate should investigate this location and get them back on track…please

The guy that took our order was very unkempt. No personality, no smile no nothing. I ordered a single , no cheese , lettuce mayo and onion. I ordered the meal. My single name with cheese and the fries were cold. We have also stopped and the door was locked. Drive thru open. Staffing issue! It's very sad!! Won't be back!!

I ordered a 4 for 4. I only got 3 nuggets and they looked like this: ........ Burger was stone cold, dry bread, and made wrong Fries were cold as well and there was a literal -stick- in the box with the fries. A stick. Like a piece of hay or something. Honestly, unexplainable..never going here again!
