Muy rica la comida; buena calidad. El servicio de Antonio nos pareció excelente. El ambiente está super a gusto, vista a la laguna, música de fondo, ambientación con muchas luces tenues, integrando la naturaleza como parte de la decoración. Muy recomendable!

El lugar es hermoso, buena comida y una espectacular vista hacia el lago. Sin duda es uno de los mejores lugares que tiene el centro para que puedan ir a echar un vistazo. Échense un chapuzón si tienen calor mientras comen.

Es un lugar muy bonito, abierto y rodeado de naturaleza. Tiene áreas de terraza con techo y otras sólo bajo los arboles. Excelente vista a la laguna desde casi cualquier parte de la terraza. Atención del personal muy buena. Por la tarde un ambiente muy tranquilo y por la nochecita toca un DJ que le da un muy buen ambiente tipo lounge.

Gracias a Omar y a todos los camareros de este restaurante por la calidad del servicio y su amabilidad. El entorno es magnífico (iguanas en los árboles, pájaros, vistas a la laguna). La cocina es muy buena y el menú variado. Y realmente me atendieron muy bien los camareros, que se ocuparon muy bien de mí. Recomiendo encarecidamente este lugar para venir a cenar al atardecer.

En restaurante que si o si tienen que ir a probar, fui en un día de lluvia por la tarde y amablemente nos dijeron que podíamos estar afuera bajo uno de los techos, la mesera que nos tocó fue súper amable y atenta no necesitabamos pedirle nada por qué ella ya sabia lo que nos faltaba estuvo muy pendiente de nuestra mesa. Las instalaciones son muy bonitas y cómodas. Yo fui a cenar y pedí una sopa de tortilla que me pareció "buena". Pero lo que si me pareció una exquisitez fue la pizza de camarón y queso de bola la pedimos combinada. Pero creo que la siguiente vez que regrese iré únicamente por la de quedó de bola.

Great evening at playita ! Burger was excellent (yes, not really Mexican, but had a craving for burger 🤷🏻‍♂️). Place is really great, beach & sand atmosphere, well decorated. And last but not least : SERVICE is excellent !!! Which is really not always the case in Bacalar where “ahorita” and “ratito” are a religion. Really great ratio price / quality ! We recommend.

Here’s what we ordered: Chicken wrap – 8/10: A good option for those who don’t want seafood. Very fresh thanks to the tzatziki. Mahi-mahi fillet – 6/10: Overcooked. Grilled octopus – 8/10: Very good. To make it a 9, it just needed a bit more char—a slightly more golden touch would have made the difference. Chocolate lava cake – 8/10: The dark chocolate was delicious, and the melted center with the cake was very well done. Cocktails: Simply nice—not amazing, but enjoyable.

We had Hell Margarita along with chicken burger and shrimp burger. Everything was delish!! Under the huge Banyan tree looking over the floating pier, atmosphere was just perfect for super chilled Bacalar. It’s not a world famous resort like Cancun or Acapulco but is quaint and quiet. I really like this restaurant and its service. Highly recommended.

El lugar es muy lindo,amplio,muy fresco. Tiene un ambiente cálido,com musica suave,tiene unos grandes árboles que simulan la cubierta principal del restaurante,creando una conexión con la naturaleza. El servicio es amable, tardan un poquito en la entrega de los alimentos,pero la comida es muy rica,tiene un muelle con un camastro para qué admires el lago,tiene flores de loto en el lago lo cuál es muy bello,de día la vista es muy bella y de noche también. Es un lindo lugar para familia o en pareja,se los recomiendo.

Lugar para llegar temprano y ver el atardecer. También tiene un muelle para nadar. El servicio es rápido y la comida es para compartir. Es sabor es bueno pero se enfría muy rápido la comida Pedimos una hamburguesa de pollo buena, un brisket muy bueno, empanadas de espinacas buenas tacos de pescado muy buenos y la ensalada una bastante desabrida y mala. Pongo cuatro estrellas en la calificación general, porque considero que podrían ampliar su menú, y porque en varias ocasiones que he visitado el lugar tienen problemas para cobrar con tarjeta. En general el lugar es un lugar agradable, con una vista muy buena, el ambiente es tranquilo y agradable para platicar y disfrutar la vista. La calidad de los alimentos fue buena, sus baños estaban limpios, el personal fue amable pero considero que aún puede mejorar el servicio al cliente. Los precios me parecen razonables. Aceptan pago con tarjetas visa, Mastercard y American Express.

El lugar es grande y tranquilo. La comida es buena, pedí un smottie que sabía bien y fresco. La pasta sabía bien pero no picaba. El café delicioso. Hay muchos animales paseando por ahí.

This is an absolute stunning location. Even the toilets are beautiful with amazing Oaxacan details. It is pricey, but it is definitely worth a visit when in Bacalar. They have a diverse selection of food and to me all tasted amazing.

Guests can use the lagoon access for swimming. Be sure to bring your swimsuit. Costs The food was reasonably priced. We paid around 350 pesos per person, including drinks. Car Parking The restaurant is located directly on the lagoon road, which is rather narrow and offers hardly any parking for cars. However, it leads directly up a street towards the center, where we found a free parking space. There is also a paid parking space here. Scooters and mopeds can always find a parking space. I deduct one point for all the locations directly on the lagoon because... The lagoon should be freely accessible to everyone, but the entrances to restaurants and tour operators are blocked off and blocked off. This simply shouldn't be allowed. Honestly nothibg out of this world, but still better than other aces in the area. Food was very average. I was sitting at a table in the corner away from sight and thought that the service would be super slow, but the servers were all attentive and came back multiple times to ensure I had what I needed. Price was good. A car joined me for dinner. Also should mention that a cockroach fell on my hand, which made me scream.

The place itself is really beautiful, tucked away in a little jungle-like setting. You can sit right by the water with plenty of shade, which makes it a great spot to relax. The service was fine, nothing to complain about. The food was okay—not amazing, but not bad either. The biggest letdown was the drinks. Our passion fruit mezcal and cantaloupe juice had almost no flavor, which was disappointing. The octopus tacos were decent, though a bit tricky to eat. The beef brisket was good, and the guacamole was actually pretty tasty. Overall, it’s a nice place to hang out and enjoy the atmosphere, but the food and drinks could be better.

I expected more from The shrimp burger, it was 5/10. the chocolate pai was not a pai. It's a slice of cake that tastes really bad. I don't know what they've got in it but I couldn't eat more the 2 bites. 560$ Service was good.

El lugar es bello, la comida muy buena. Lamentablemente al pagar la cuenta y dejar el 15% de propina (a pesar del servicio torpe y desatento) el mesero se agregó 60 pesos más a la propina creyendo que no nos daríamos cuenta, al decirle que habíamos notado lo anterior y q no se nos hacía justo ya que el 15 % de propina es algo aceptable, se limitó a responder que si queríamos nos devolvía los 69 pesos! 🤣 Lástima de lugar.
