One of the worst McD experience in Europe: instead of double cheese child get hamburger, cappuchino is cold (don’t ask me how it’s possible!). The worst of all - manager service. She look at me, like I owe her money. No sorry, nothing. Change your managers here asap

Terrible quality, slow service and cafe lady spilled all the coffee when putting on a lid, nearly spilling it on my pregnant wife. The only thing good about this McDonalds was their willingness to fix the order.

Horrible chaos, and there wasn’t many people. Our food took way too much time as the place wasn’t crowded at all. Otherwise, food was as good as it usually is in McDonald’s and the place was clean, I’ll give them that.

Received a burger with a missing bun and also was the wrong size. When we went back to correct it the lady at the window was super aggressive saying she could pull up the video. She didn’t because she knew she was wrong. The manager charged us for the difference (which is fine even with multiple mistakes) and food was not hot

a sundae was missing. i had to go to the counter to ask for it, and i was ignored. twice. another woman was also complaining because her fries were missing. my daughter cried a lot because she didn't get a toy. and this hamburger, it's the worst i've ever seen in my life. the big tasty burger tasted like dry paper, worst I ever had.
