The food was pretty good. I give a 4. The customer service was amazing. That would be a 5. I am so used to being treated fairly bad at so many fast food drive thru windows but, I was pleasantly shocked by the young man helping me today. He was so nice and respectful. I came through around 230pm today. I hope his supervisor realizes what great customer service he has.

Best jack in the box iv ever been to. customer service was incredible, waited in line for 5-7min and due to the wait they credited my meal for free. Being we were at UC DAVIS FOR MY 2WEEK OLD SON having respiratory problems this made my week and the way they handled it was amazing. I have never had a place take it to this level of customer service I definitely will return to this one whenever I'm near. Highly recommended

I've been going to this particular location for several years now. The food has always been fresh and hot. I, also, have never had a single employee be rude or impatient. They have always been very helpful and courteous.

Okay I'll keep this short. This particular Jack in the Box doesn't have the cleanliness of Outsiders on the inside of it. Lol. However the staff is absolutely amazing and are very quick and efficient with your orders and it's very accurate. The manager Marie what's extremely professional and very helpful. I highly recommend if you're going to eat at this Jack in the Box just use the drive-thru and don't go inside. Once again it's not because of the staff it's because of the people that go inside, they aren't the cleanest and I mean that with the most respect.

Thanks to the Broadway location, Sacramento, doordash driver forgot my food so I reordered and they have me both orders and some dessert for the inconvenience. So sweet it made my day!

Quiet and comfortable, had to call and ask them to open the door though, it was after 6am. Good food and prompt service, overall a pleasurable breakfast.... Except a male employee kept harassing an unhoused individual who was just trying to warm up inside and was obviously very tired from shivering all night so he kept falling asleep. Myself and another customer bought the unhoused man a coffee to help him warm up and justify his presence on the dining room. A little COMPASSION wouldn't hurt these days people, after all it WAS 6am and there were only the three of us in the whole dining room, sheesh!!

Jack in the Box is centrally located, right on the corner of Broadway & Stockton Blvd with plenty of seating, and they always have service with a smile with a variety of meal deals, You can't go wrong with the prices. Yes they have plenty of parking. Five Stars hands down.

My dad and I were at UC Davis Medical center and was going to walk here but decided to drive which I'm glad we did. Only the drive thru is currently open. The drive thru wasn't busy. They were very friendly and our food came to us fast. My chicken burger was very fresh and moist. My dad also really enjoyed his burger and our curly fries were fresh and hot. I always appreciate it when workers like the ones at this JIB take pride in their work because I can taste the quality.

The lobby was unlocked so we walked in at 730. Apparently they arent open in lobby until 8, if so they should keep the door locked. One lady hassled us before the lady actually taking orders helped us anyways.

Front area clean, booth seats feel like they are going to fall apart. Place needs updated. Curly fries were made fresh with order. Tacos were fresh and crunchy. And the spicy chicken was also really good.

Would have been great if there was some place to sit. Right now ordering inside is take out only. They don't even provide you any outside seating. I had to walk across the street and sit at the bus stop to find a place to eat my lunch. But my lunch was pretty good so there was that.

I only grabbed an iced coffee to go while waiting outside for my Lyft. This location is closed for dining in and ridiculously busy via their drive thru. There were five or more cars in line the whole time I watched (over 20 min). But they kept them moving. Lost star? Iced coffee should just be coffee and ice. What I got was... an iced latte? I don't know... I don't even drink tea with that much milk in it...

The service is always on point especially the late night crew. Update 5/8/25 food was hot and fresh right before they closed at 2am they were out of sprite tho.

They let me use the bathroom before I paid, wasn't a long wait to order or receive my food. Lady was happy and polite. Jumbo Jack with cheese meal was decent. Was not crowded in side. Drive through much more popular at that location at that time of day. 1pm?

Person taking walk- in orders was being pulled in three different directions so it was hard for him to focus on customers but I blame that on his manager. She should have done it herself or waited until he had finished with the customer. But the food was good, inside was clean. Bathroom was out of order but I didn't ask since I was a customer if I could use it but I didn't. There is homeless in the area and that might be the reason for the sign. IDK. But would eat there again no problem.

Waited a very long time in drive-thru for chicken nuggets. Had about 5 caes behind me getting mad. They were out of tiny tacos. Which was the main reason we went there.

Since Covid the drive thru is much busier which makes indoor service much slower. Which makes the Bonus Jack less enjoyable. I don't like using the app as that almost ensures the food will arrive cold. Let me add that I have been a JNB fan since 1970.

Some guy with snot all over his beard and mustache, came in and tried to bum money off of us! I told him I didn't have money and he needed to blow his nose! I lost my appetite, and had to leave before I could eat..That was gross!

First time visiting a Jack in the Box. It reminded me of a Taco Bell, Wendy's, Burger King and KFC all rolled into one. Maybe the extensive menu is why nothing really stood out in taste. Ordered breakfast burrito and was shocked that they don't have salsa. Burrito was stuffed with egg and meat though. Tiny tacos were decent - definitely eat with a fork. Carmel iced coffee was liquid diabetes. Lol.

So I'm not exactly an frequent flyer when it comes to jack in the box. The a/c worked well in the lobby ,clean and quick. I will definitely visit again.

I feel employers at this location get irritated or frustrated when I specifically request hot fries not the cold ones but hot ones and I'm willing to wait for them. Jack in the box have one of the best fries but like the others they have to be hot. It's comforting and warm in my mouth when I dip them in my favorite sauce it's a comfort food❤. Drive-thru takes very long time

The drive-thru personnel is always polite. However, the chicken on their sandwiches and the patties on their hamburgers are often overcooked. When they're not overcooked, they're very dry; probably from sitting under a heat lamp too long (I'm not sure). I go maybe once every 6 weeks or so, thinking it will be better than the time before. But it's not. I can't remember the last time I got a normal-textured, juicy sandwich or burger from Jack-in-the-Box.

Reheated food. High price.

the Burger is so so and hard to eat/bite. fries is cold but you come here beecause u don't have other choice....And so many wanderer eat here scare me (they're good guys and smile to me ). the countergirl is friendly indeed.

They went out of their way to avoid us as we sat there for 10 minutes 🥲 It was not busy at all. me, my family and maybe 2 other people were there and they were already eating 😭 But overall they did give us extra ice in our water cups on this hot ahh day so that's a win for me 🤷🏽

Food has always been hot an be fresh but the experience itself, not the most pleasant. All the employees are fantastic I guess it's just not the best geographical place for it. nothing with the restaurant really. So I change to 4 stars

The lights were on and the sign showed open, yet nobody ever came up to the drive thru window. That’d be fine if it weren’t for a nine-car traffic jam that blocked multiple entrances to the lot. On the employee’s side here, but we did all have to take the L.

This particular location seems to always have a show of some sort. Sitting in the drive thru line yesterday, there were two individuals that were standing outside of the pickup window, one of the guys were holding up the line trying to purchase food with an EBT card and the other guy was trying to return his $40+ order because his food didn't look like it did in the pictures. The employees that were working were ignoring them for quite some time before saying anything to them both. Needless to say...this location, like I said, always seems to have a show of some sort.

This particular Jack in the Box location used to be the number one location I would go to but for about a year now they have been completely downhill. I hope they will soon recover I love the spot when they are doing well

For fast food places if you want to cut back on your proportion size then Jack in the box is the way to go because their burgers are smaller than some other places so if you're not trying to eat a burger that's too big for your consumption it's Jack in the box, but I would still go back there because I like the taste of their food

Shake was hard to drink. I needed wait more then 30 minutes to melt it a little bit. Fries wasn't fresh either. I Just threw it away.

They forgot my curly fries for my number 6 order. I spent 31.00 and some change. Hopefully, in the morning, they will honor my lost fry with something. The burger was good, though, and the cheesecake.

The Night shift crew here are terrible! When they are supposed to be open and have a bunch of customers in drive thru they don't even take anyones order, they just ignore you. When you get to the window you can see them all in their and they act like they can't see or hear you. Very disrespectful.

They need to hire English speaking.i ordered food and ordered number 14. The lady gave me my order, tried charging me for sauce . Didn't seem right. Looked at my order and said this not my order and she said yes you ordered number 4. I said no I didn't I said 14. She continues saying no I ordered num 4. I the. Got fed up asking if she understands English then she made my order right with me having to pay another $3 and something. Never going back and they the only local that accepts EBT too so I could feed my son when needed!

I ordered chicken strips they didn’t put in in my bag so I called the lady said to come back the next day and give them my name and they wouldn’t even give me the food or my money back the manager is unprofessional all because I didn’t have a receipt but I gave the employee my name the night before however she didn’t write it in their book so I was left without food or money. I will never go there again and spend my money I used to go all the time

Terrible location and they are never open on time. Just adjust your open time cause you obviously hire incompetent workers. I understand if you need an extra minute or two to open but when you tell me to get out of the drive through cause you can’t get your store together I find that a little extra. It’s not that hard to get there on time to open on time.

I don't go here often but i did today and they effed up my order they were being too fast i would have appreciated them taking the time to get it right but soon as i paid they just handing me bags like ok that's everything. Do not go here. SAVE yourself from here. I saw an employee putting her hand inside the back of her pants and scratching right after handing us our food in the drive thru. The food tasted horrible and we lost our appetite. The drive thru took almost 20 minutes

Ridiculous. I’m stuck in line on my lunch break. It’s been 30 minutes just sitting here and I’m not even getting any food because they say they are only taking door dash and online orders. So half of us are sitting here stuck in the drive through line and can’t get out to go find food somewhere else. They won’t park any of the cars ahead of me so that I’m able to leave. There’s even a Sac PD officer and what looks like nurses or doctors stuck behind me. So now We all will be late returning from our lunch breaks without any food. Maybe be more proactive next time and put up a sign or something and half of us wouldn’t have even gotten in line to begin with.

I ordered 3 egg rolls and sweet and sour sauce and My egg rolls rolls were completely burnt and instead of the sweet and sour sauce they gave me ranch So are you going to make a right redo my order not burn my egg rolls and give me sweet and sour or you just trying to say sorry and that's all it is and I'm just going to have to deal with it and eat the money I lost cuz you said sorry it's not supposed to be like that but you didn't say nothing about replacing my order or making anything right regardless you're sorry ain't going to give me my money back nor is it going to make my food edible

The wait here is shocking and the food is mediocre. I've sat in drive thru for over 15 minutes in the exact same spot. Not because I wanted but because people were behind me so I couldn't leave.

Burgers and fries were cold, put together like nobody cared about what they were doing. I ordered the sourdough melt no onions and certainly didn't look like the picture on the menu board. And it was cold. Very disappointing. We pay good money for Burgers and the wages employees earn please care about our food. This was not anyone's best.

Placed a mobile order and they messed both of my burgers. I asked for 2 Jumbo Jacks with light mayo no onions and instead got 2 plain Jumbo Jacks. I don't see how they messed it up and I didn't even get the free fries the app promised me through redemption. Next time I'll save my money and take my business to McDonald's.

Went over there to get a simple order. 3 taco combo with jalapeno poppers and bottled water. They gave me the worst tacos ever, oil was so burnt and old the tacos tasted terrible and the tacos were stale and cold. Instead of my jalapeno poppers, they gave me chicken nuggets. Tried one and it tasted as if it was cooked in that same burnt old oil. It was terrible. It would give it negative 5 stars if I could. Never going back. 😞

I ordered a "grilled chicken salad" for a low calorie dinner and got the wrong dressing (ranch). It was through the drive-through pick-up so it's not like I could go back and get my money back. Make sure to check your order is right when you get it, even if you have to make the people behind you wait a little longer.

Food was a miss, fries were warm and soggy, tacos were broken and the cheese was not melted. Best part was the Coke-Cola. Didn't have time to go back for a correction. Drive thru was busy, food should have been fresh. Bummer, won't be back anytime soon.

I'm rating the night crew: that being said, they are not the friendliest. I understand that its nighttime, and they would rather be at home, but that is still your place of work. The food is not the greatest, it tastes old. As if they keep it until they no longer can sell it, and it is gross. One can tell the individuals do not care to be there, therefor, they do not care about the preparation of the food.

This is one of the dumbest restaurants I have ever seen who only serves for the doordash at midnight. They mentioned that they will serve till 2am I went to order the food but the order taker said they will serve only for doordash. Before me there was a doordash guy in the drive through and waiting for his order to be delivered. Till that time I was waiting in my car at midnight 1.30am the staff over here are such a dumbo people they don’t even have a common sense to send the door dashers to park in the parking area so that instead of blocking and wasting others time atleast others can leave to find other restaurants.

The service is okay, depending on who takes your order (as some of the employees can be rude). I dont personally eat bere EVER. However, my family has had constant negative experiences, especially with the food. Recently, my mom ate there and got food poisoning. My grandma ate there...BOOM, food poisoning. My mom commented on how the food has a weird aftertaste. I personally would not eat their food, but if you choose to, do it at a different location, please!

I don’t usally do reviews for fast food but this place is a horrible experience and the owner or manager need to see this but I doubt they will care. We came in today to get food and upon arrival there was no one in the drive thru or inside so you would think quick service…. Wrong. we waited 15 minutes till the manager outside came back and had to yell for there employee to finally come up and help use. After getting our food the employees decided it would be a great opportunity to play music with foul language and the N word in it….. we had two kids with us under 5. Also they had someone from corporate doing a inspection and even that person didn’t say anything about the music and I over heard her say that they were doing great at customer service…. Clearly not. This makes me wonder how well jack in the box in general is doing if they have a corporate inspection going and they just let all this go. My hopes for this review is the manager or owner sees this and tries to make some changes for the better of their customers.

This has got to be the worst Jack in the box. $25 for cold greasy tacos, burgers and fries. Waited in the drive thru too long which should have been a red flag. The cashier was struggling to take our order getting it wrong (very simple order) over and over. We ordered 2 jumbo jack meals both with large Curly fries, 2 tacos, and a large iced coffee. When we got the curly fries it was OLD & COLD. I let the drive thru girl know the fries were cold and she looked me straight in the eyes and lied “they just came out of the fryer” of course I used to work in the fast food industry when I was a teenager so I kindly asked her to touch the fries but she rudely turned her back to me and walked away without saying a word! A man came and spoke to me. He said it’ll be a 3 minute wait time. The entire time I could hear this girl talking about her business and cussing loudly in the background. Also they failed to give me my receipt. Probably bc they didn’t want anyone to complete the survey on their nasty attitude/behavior and old, oily gross good. Tried calling the phone number on the window but no answer. Horrible place. Must avoid. Also that girl needs to be replaced asap if this place wants any business.

Just left this location. They are lazy employees. They get my orders wrong almost every visit. Today I ordered two tacos, and Loaded fries with just nacho cheese. They gave me THREE tacos, and Curly fries with Nacho cheese. Not loaded at all. Waste. These employees and this location needs to pay attention to its customers. It’s poor customer service almost every time I visit. This place is just close to my house, but they suck. Doors are NEVER open. Like NEVER. Their workers are ALL rude.
