The chicken is no longer any good at this store churches Texas chicken is being misrepresented at this store. My side dishes were filled only half full. Which left me very upset she knows I bought the sides extra hopefully next time if I let there be in next time they'll get it right I don't think I'm coming back here ever again the people are not friendly and they don't seem to care whether they have your business or not

You can’t go inside the lobby let alone eat in there. I think something happened maybe before and so now they don’t allow people in the lobby and sometimes the wait times in the drive-through are crazy. But if you managed to get there when there’s not a long line and when the employees are actually doing their job right, the food is really good.

This branch has to be private owned because the quality is the poorest I’ve ever seen. I thought business is about selling the product. Every time I ask for a pepper she tells me the meal comes with one. Really that’s nice but I want more. The chicken is never fresh always old. Getting a refund was a hassle. I didn’t get my food. I was forced to wait 30 minutes in their parking lot before they give me a refund and for me to get the proper change I had to come up to the window for a third time which caused me to lose my temper because the first time I just wanted a refund this second time you didn’t give me the proper change. I didn’t even get to leave the window fully for you to tell me that you had given me the proper change, didn’t count it back just shoved it in my hand and said thanks. I’m so so sorry. I’m completely disgusted in the employees that you have hired Robert cannot count or manage if that is your manager I’m disgusted I loved church’s and now I never wanna eat here again i’ve never once been that angry, but for me to be treated as rudely as he was treating his customers, I will never eat in another churches establishment again because that is the type of people that you hire. I didn’t even wanna leave one star I had to leave one star to leave a review. That’s a forced star!

Was assisted by a Robert P whose attitude was horrible. He refused to allow my car of 2 people to order two $6 real deals stating only 1 meal deal per car . Which is not on the promotion.Then we had to wait 18 minutes for the second order . The food wasn't even fresh . Fries cold and stale, tenders overcooked and leg and thighs as well. Would not recommend this location.

Holy Macaroni, I thought this place was getting better, but after reading reviews came to know I was right. This place is ran by hungry employees who save food for themselves. Every time I drive up they are out of spicy chicken. I know why !

This is the worst place that I've been to for fast food. I should have read the reviews before going to this business. Like some people have mentioned on the reviews, how are they still in business? I bought a single chicken sandwich for almost $7, I thought I was going to get my money's worth however I was wrong. Instead they gave me a sandwich about the size of a McDouble and the chicken that looked like it had been cooked a couple of times, almost looks like it was a day old too. Had a funky taste to it too. I strongly believe this place re cooks their food just to get it out before they have to toss it out. Theres a reason why they dont let people come inside. You just might see the shady things they do to the food, right. Just goes to show, buyers beware, times have changed, don't expect much out of these places. The sandwich I bought should have been priced at 99 cents. **zero stars

I will never go to this churches chicken again. And it’s not because of the mistake that was made it is simply because once I noticed the mistake the worker proceeded to tell me that that was as fresh as the chicken strips come. I used to be a manager at the churches chicken 🐔in Louisiana and baby…. If I can’t do anything else, I can recognize a piece of food that has been redipped in grease just to make it warm to the touch. I had to play Russian roulette with the pies and hope that I did not have to use my EpiPen. All they had to do was label them with an A or an S. 😩

Chicken wasn't ready when they opened so they had us wait 15 minutes they gave us burnt chicken tasted really old we contacted management and they declined to replace it definitely don't come here unless you want old chicken they use to be good not anymore!!!!!

It is hilarious and getto but freindly at the same time. Employees yelling at eachother, tweeker customers, good food. Fried chicken on Stockton blvd., what do you really expect? Lol Update. They don't even try to used the drive through anymore. It's happed a few times to me now and I just left. It's getting dirtier inside. 👎
