Love the combination fried rice it’s spectacular!! The war wonton soup as well, shrimp tampora fire in the hole! The customer service is pleasant they are always nice to me.

I had an overall positive experience here. The pho was a little bland but still enjoyable. The service was very fast and friendly even with a good amount of people in the restaurant. Great portions!

Pho Saigon was excellent. Generous portions of well prepared meats, broth was savory and enhanced he ingredients, the noodles were not overcooked! It was difficult for me to finish the large bowl. The atmosphere is fine, I just had to ding them one star for the sorry state of the men's restroom. Would recommend to all and I'll be back soon!

They're better than Ramen 101 and Ramen 101 has a higher rating, which is crazy to me given that the broth here is tastier! I don't know much about Pho, however this place offers good food at a good price and sometimes that is all you need. Especially in this economy. Who doesn't love pho on a budget that is worth your time and money. Definitely give this place a try and if you do, rate it higher too!

Huge portions. Perhaps the last proper pho dac biet xl in Sacramento. Food quality however was below mediocre as the broth was lukewarm. Excellent service nonetheless.

Very authentic vietnamese meals. They serve you fast. Very delicious. The bathrooms were not very clean and a bit smelly. Otherwise the eating area is clean. The Pho Saigon special was outstanding.

Food was good. But I reserved a table the day before, no one let us know that we had to pay extra for table of more than 6. I feel it is necessary to let people know they have to add more to their order. Customer service definitely could have been better.

I had a large combination pho and beef banh mi. Ingredients were just average quality and pho didn't have enough meat inside. But banh mi had plenty of beef. Taste was pretty good and they got extra points for having the original sriracha sauce. Service was quick and everyone was nice. But place wasn't clean. My spoon had a dried cilantro on and their bathroom smelled pretty bad. I would go back there for banh mi to go so I would eat at home.

The large bowl is huge!!! We ordered the chicken and beef pho bowls and it was really good. The condiments for the pho were really green and fresh. The wait time for the food seems like seconds. The restroom is clean. It is wheelchair accessable. The con: the Viet coffee isn't the best I had.

Very little difference ordering pho extra large to small...only difference sometimes is the bowl size and same amount of soup & pho. Because of our country's current state and inflation...only place worth ordering pho is country of origin...not America.

I love to eat here…. Good food and all. However how are you refusing to take orders for pick up (I live like 3mjn away) at 940pm when you close at 10!?! And my order was just spring rolls! That’s all…. Smh. This is the 3rd time they do this……..

This was embarrassingly bad. I won't order from here ever again. It has the worst honey walnut shrimp I have ever seen from any Asian restaurant and its 17 dollars for the plate. Everything just looked unappetizing after we received out order.

A while ago, I ordered take out(ALL PHO) for my family.... Mind you the pho broth had shreds of softened bean sprouts in it. You can only wonder if it was left over from someone else's broth? Took it back to get a refund and did not get an apology whatsoever. Also received attitude from an employee there. Decided to give this place a 2nd chance.... and it was a bad idea! Can someone tell me why I have strings of chow mein noodles in my chow fun and stir fry? It's as if they use the SAME pan to stir fry my food from someone else's chow mein order? Can a restaurant be this lazy? What have happened to this place?

I order the XL pho with a side of extra meatballs. My total was $55.00 I drove all the way from Elk Grove to patronize this establishment. I’ve been a customer since 2016. The manager that assisted me says that he doesn’t have any honest customers. I did not receive extra meatballs nor did I get my correct order. I’m furious because we drove all the way from Elk Grove to patronize their business dfor him to tell me as a customer that I’m dishonest and want something for free ‼️ was belittling and disrespectful I would never make a false clam on any business establishment especially ones in a community where the less fortunate patronize ‼️ I want my money back and anyone patronizing this business that are locals just know they think your all dishonest people a‼️ you would never get the proper customer service that you are due period ‼️ Don’t patronize this business they don’t like minorities nor do they believe they are honest ppl👨
