This is hands down my favorite Applebee’s location. Even though it’s a 20-minute drive, I’d gladly make the trip. The service is consistently great, and I always ask for my go-to waiter, Wilson. He’s phenomenal—always going above and beyond to ensure the meal is perfect. Every dish I’ve tried here has been excellent, and their steaks? Always cooked exactly the way I ask. Whether it’s medium or well done, they get it right every time. Honestly, it’s better than some of the chain restaurants that specialize in steak but still can’t cook it properly. This place is great!

Food is always great, my goto dish is the full rack of ribs with mashed garlic potatoes and green beans and it is always delicious! We also love their toasted pecan blondie with vanilla icecream , it’s served hot and it’s amazing always!

By far the best experience I have had at an Applebee's. Recently moved to Freeport and have been here about 3 times already. The staff is polite and on point with everything. Well, the only thing I had an issue with the 1st time we went was that the waitress did not ask us what order or strips we wanted and put in the 6 pc instead of the one on the 2for20 menu. So just make sure you are clear when it comes to that. Other than that, all of our experiences were great. The food was good. Not a long wait to get seated or get our order taken. Shoutout to Wilson. He was our waiter last time we went and he was great! Greeted us with a smile, didnt seemed bothered by all of our questions and very attentive to all of us. Thank you!

Ordered 2 for 25.00 special. Spinach Dip Appetizer was superb. Burger and Fries were delicious as well. No complaints considering the price which is a blessing in this economy. Great atmosphere and service in Baldwin, NY

Went here with my daughter for our girls night out. It was pretty packed and it took a little while for us to be seated. Our waiter was very nice and attentive. The food came out quick and was actually really good. We had a good time and would definitely come back.

This restaurant is a smaller size AppleBees. The bar is located by the entrance. The food was hot, cooked well, and came out a reasonable time. The drinks came out fast. I ordered the Dracula 's and the strawberry mango swirl slushie each for $5. As for appetizer, the chicken wanton taco for $11.99. Also, I ordered the special: one appetizer and two full-size entrees. For the deal: 2 side salad and 2 of the Bourbon Street Chicken & Shirmp for $32. In total, my receipts came up to $53.21. The salad was fresh and the food was good.

The food was always good at this Apple Bee. I didnt know why I received half a rack of ribs with so much hot sauce, they tasted weird. I was tearing and coughing . Than I realized it was covering up the rot. They disappointed me with some old, hard dried up, over cooked ribs. I was so hungry I ate them. I thank God I didn't get food poisoning. 👎

Went on a Friday night will not go back again. Service was poor, server seemed annoyed we were there, was busy flirting with a female from another table and showed pure disinterest in any of our orders or questions. One of the benches in the booth we were sat in was not well attached, it moved every time someone sat down on the other side. On 2/28 @5pm I patronized this establishment with a friend. The lady that walked us to our table also bought our food us. The plate my food was in was left with a soiled rim. I don’t know what was on it, that should’ve been wiped before being served. My oriental salad was very dry, she asked would we need anything else, I said yes extra dressing. It never came. When our server finally came over to check on us I asked for a to go box and extra dressing again. But by now I’m just ready to go. I’ll never come back here again. I’ve never had this experience at this Applebees and trust I never will again.

To whom it my concern. My family was at Applebee's in Baldwin last night. We have a tradition when hour Grandchildren are done trick or treating we go to your apple bees for dinner, yes the kids eat free but we have 5 adults and our dinner alone is over two hundred dollars. My family got there at 7p.m we ask how long for a table for 8 people, the hostess said about 20 minutes. after 45 minutes we were still not seated and they were seating everyone else that came in afters us. I do understand that smaller parties do come first but this was getting out of hand I seen a table of 5 get seated before us. My wife went up to the girl that was hosting and ask how long will it be, she said about another 45 minutes my wife was like why and the hostess said the kitchen is backed up and none of the big parties had left. We wind up leaving but before we left I spoke with the girl and asked her when we're you going to tells us it was going to be another 45 minute's. You have 3 children 3 adults and an elderly women waiting, it was not like we were far we were sitting right beside her and she saw us there. You team at that location had no empathy On the situation. This is poor. I had my own business and retired from it. My customer always came first. And if I made a mistake I made it up to them. The hamburger on the 2 for 25 was a dried up ice cold. . It was suppose to have lettuce tomato onion. I couldn’t even find the lettuce and tomato. The meat was off the bun because the bun was so small. Dee didn’t mention it to the waiter because I will never go back there unless something changes. I wondered why there was nobody in there! .!It’s a shame.
