Easily the best burger in Barcelona. The only true smash burger in Barcelona. Will get again before I leave. Perfectly caramelized beef with pink inside. Bun, ingredients, cheese. All top notch. Don't be scared off by their lack of English menu. You can order with your phone using pictures and pay with paypal or credit card. So so good for a quick dinner or lunch. 10/10

Fuimos a recoger nuestra cena ya que su Glovo todavía no llega a nuestra zona y es bastante organizado, ya que desde un QR haces el pedido, pagas y cuando lo tienen te llaman. Fueron rápidos y no tuvimos que esperar demasiado para la gente que había. Además, tienen una mesa larga donde te sientas con otras personas y puedes cenar allí. Sobre la comida, las patatas trufadas estaban buenas pero no las recomiendo para llevar porque la salsa se queda un poco seca. Las patatas normales, están muy buenas tienen un toque especiado y diferente. Las hamburguesas, están muy buenas y para ser “fast food” no fueron nada pesadas y nos sentaron muy bien. Volveremos a repetir sin duda!

Me encanta VICIO! Mi amiga y yo fuimos a recoger un pedido el otro día, y el procedimiento de pedir y pagar vía QR es bastante fácil y el servicio fue rápido. La calidad de las hamburguesas es buena y las patatas también están buenísimas!

Nunca había ido a ningún VICIO y la verdad es que me sorprendió para bien. Tienen un pack menú por unos 16 € que incluye hamburguesa, bebida y patatas, lo cual está muy bien de precio. Recomiendo pedir la hamburguesa Hot si te gusta el picante, está buenísima. El servicio no es a mesa: haces el pedido desde el móvil y te avisan cuando está listo para que lo recojas tú mismo. Lo único negativo de este local en concreto es que había pocas mesas y eran bastante incómodas, de piedra. Así que, en este caso, recomendaría pedir la comida para llevar.

La comida ha estado buenísima. Las patatas, su salsa, la hamburguesa, el pan, el tiramisú de oreo... Todo bestial. Un auténtico descubrimiento. Todo jugoso y lleno de sabor. Sin duda un manjar gastronómico en el mundo de las hamburguesas de comida rápida. El único inconveniente es la distribución del espacio, ya que no se mantienen las distancias de seguridad entre los comensales puesto que se encuentra una mesa enorme para todo aquel que quiera comer en el local; a su vez, no existen separaciones por medio de pantallas de plástico que separen a los comensales por grupo.

Nos gustó mucho! La manera de pedir es un poco confusa porque hay que hacerlo a travez del telefono y agregar datos de la tarjeta, cuando tienes mucha hambre solo quieres pedir. Hay una mesa central en donde se sientan todos, es interesante pero a veces prefieres estar por separado con tu mesa.

Muy buena experiencia. Las hamburguesas están un peldaño por encima. Jugosas, en su punto y con todo lujo de detalles. Las patatas también son originales, desde la versión original a recetas únicas. Se puede pedir a domicilio o comer en el local. Todo se ordena mediante la app al igual que el pago. Personal amable

Hamburguesas increíbles! Pedimos un menú de dos hamburguesas con patatas con parmesano y trufas y estaba todo buenísimo, y nos salió a buen precio. Punto de cocción de la carne perfecta, y la hamburguesa parece pequeña pero es la cantidad perfecta. No pongo un 5 porque dentro no podías comer del calor que hacía… Supongo que mucha gente pide para llevar pero la gente que somos de fuera eso es un punto a mejorar

Las hamburguesas están tan buenas, tal y como dice la gente que lo recomienda, y las patatas también, además, de cantidad es abundante. Hay algunos menús que están muy bien. Lo único que me echa un poco para atrás son los precios y el loca, ya que el local es muy pequeño, hay que esperar bastante tiempo y te sientas con más gente en la mesa que ni conoces lo que me resultó algo incomodo y que tengan el precio que tienen siendo un establecimiento de autoservicio en el que no tienen ni camareros me sorprende. Pero como he dicho de la comida no hay nada que decir, deliciosa.

The fries were really salty, I like salt a lot and it was too much for me, it seems like they don't clean the area where they salt the fries, so it has too much accumulated salt. The hamburger was pretty good, I don't know if it's worth the price of the combo (comparing it with Five Guys, that is their closest competitor, that has more options, free refill and free peanuts). The mobile order system is good, but I see it as limiting thing for more people. Good packaging, cool designs, but the temperature inside could be better, the space is clearly made for orders and takeaways.

I was expecting a lot. It is a very famous place in Barcelona. I choose the VICIO Originals. My experience dine-in: I was alone. They were 3 people in front of me. The waitress said that could sit one person, because the big table works as a Tetris. The queue didn’t take that long but besides me, during my dinner was empty #ashame Since, we order on our phone, I asked if I could order and when I sit I can straight away to eat. The waitress said NO because this means takeaway. The curious that a family sat in front of me and their order were done and separated 🤡 So, next time, should order on the queue.

A stylish, crowded place full of young people. We liked the concept of placing and picking up an order: fast and clear. However, the experience of dining-in was a bit messed up. Although we were initially guided to one table, it turned out to be taken so we had to wait extra 10 minutes to be seated in another place. The burgers were good and of appropriate size to bite. Fries exceeded expectations: moderately salty, crispy, and not too greasy.

The burger is not bad at all, I ordered the Iberian cheeseburger and my boyfriend the chicken one, both were good but I’m not into their fries. They have good marketing and they’re getting a lot of success bc of social media. I do recommend tho, it’s not only about postureo, they actually make good burgers. The only thing that I didn’t like is that I ordered with glovo and it took years to come and it was cold 😕.

El restaurante estaba vacío un Viernes a las 13.00 hs. Hamburguesas hechas que descansan debajo de lámparas de calor. Resultado hamburguesa servida tibia/fría. Hay que mantener el nivel, algo difícil que requiere mucho esfuerzo y excelencia.

El lugar es algo justo con una mesa larga para compartir con comensales y 3 o 4 mesas pequeñas para 2 personas. El Aire Acondicionado esta demasiado bajo y hasta los pingüinos pasarian frio. El servicio genial, muy atentos y rapidos. Local y mesas limpias que es de agradecer. Las hamburguesas estan riquísimas pero no valen lo que cuestan. El concepto Luxury por un combo de Burger, patatas y bebida por 16€ no es para repetir, pero para probar por primera vez sí esta bien. Pero no volveré!

Propiedad de uno de los ganadores de Masterchef, Aleix, se trata de una hamburguesería de carácter desenfadado y moderno, más pensada para el take away que para comer allí. Íbamos con bastante ilusión y la verdad es que nos decepcionó, especialmente por lo grasientas que estaban las hamburguesas. Literalmente, cuando nos las entregaron, una de ellas presentaba abajo un charco de grasa. Una auténtica bomba, excesiva en mi opinión. No creo que vuelva.

I like this restaurant because they offer gluten-free bread. On a scale of 1 to 10, I'd rate the quality of the burger a 6. While it's decent, I've had more delicious burgers elsewhere. As for the atmosphere, I'd give it a 4 because the music is too loud and the red lighting is annoying.the business model is interesting but for people who don't have credit cards...🤷🏽‍♀️

The food is amazing. I loved my vegan burger - and thank you for the vegan options! However, it was quite pricey. Also, the place is not great for neuro divergent people. The music was loud, it felt like I was in a disco, the place was very dark with bright red neon lights. No a great experience atmosphere wise. It really stressed me out.

Vicio has a very interesting business model - focused on delivery and self service. Their website and marketing is simple and fun! You are laughing while making an order, getting a “couple goals pack - no couple included” etc. The burgers are tasty, correct, simple, two smash burger pieces included in a brioche. Nothing outstanding, do not expect a gourmet burger (which like me due to their branding and prices you might actually expect…). The experience of eating inside has been poor. First we were provided cheeseburgers instead of Vicio original which we ordered. Secondly, the cleaning lady has been wiping the floor, throwing all the dirt on us while we were eating … so disrespectful. Overall, VICIO will do the job if you are craving a burger to have at home and ordering it on Glovo, but if you feel like a gourmet quality burger - it’s not the place to go. There are burger places in Barcelona with a better price/ quality ratio. Again congratulations to VICIO for the usability of their website and a creative fun branding.

Tha place was quite small, not many places to sit. The bacon cheeseburger was actually good but the fries tasty like it were burn. As dessert we asked for a nutella cheesecake but was not good and like the fries, tasty like burn.

Sobrevalorado. Para pedir hay que hacerlo desde una única tablet que hay en la entrada o desde tu móvil. La hamburguesa que me comí, la ibérica, no destacaba en nada y no sabía al supuesto jamón que llevaba. Encima las hamburguesas no vienen con patatas. El local tiene sillas incómodas y una gran mesa que no es nada práctica. He probado sitios mucho mejores por el mismo precio. No repetiré.

Soy cliente habitual de Vicio porque me encantaban , pero las últimas tres veces que he pedido Vicio, las Vicios fríes han venido las patatas blandas muy blandas y aceitosas , con un sabor muy simple , inicialmente las vicio fríes tenían un sabor característico muy bueno , ahora no le siento ese sabor; la carne a pesar de pedirla bien hecha (como siempre lo he hecho) vino poca hecha , cosa que decepciono. No bajen la calidad de sus productos y pongan atención a las solicitudes de pedido de los clientes.

Now I know how to spoil potatoes with truffle sauce. For five euro I got overcooked stacked fries inside the bowl with a sauce all over. Seemed like they just heated it up in the micro…it was really bad. At least I hope poor guy downstairs my house liked it.

Pedimos estas hamburguesas porque habíamos oído que era de un máster chef y que tenía éxito. Resulta que pagar más de 55€ por 3 hamburguesas ( quemadas y aceitosas) 3 patatas frías y nada crujientes y 3 Coca-Colas que además vienen con el slogan de navidad ( estando en abril casi ) pues para nosotros decepcionante. No repetiremos. Caro, y calidad deficiente. No lo recomendamos. Lo mejor el reparto de Glovo.

Horrible place, staf was very cold, distent and unfriendly. My take away order was sitting at the front for half an hour and nobody of the staff took my order out. Had to eat a cold burger and fries. Definitely not worth the price.

Ordered glovo and I’m waiting 1h 10mins by now. Driver didn’t pick up. I didn’t want to cook and order foot for chilling. But this is more stressing.

I ordered the vegan burger and on the extras section for the burger I added bacon assuming it would be vegan (since it was an option for the burger). When I got it, it looked like real bacon and after comparing it with my friend’s bacon cheeseburger i realised it was the same. I asked the staff at the restaurant and instead of helping me they stared to laugh saying “el bacon es por la grasa, obviamente es real”. I felt so uncomfortable and had to remove all the bacon, avocado and cheese since it was everywhere. Such a disappointment
