Sonic is always good. Their food is amazing, especially their fries, shakes, and blasts. I love to go at least every other week. I can't get enough. There isn't really dining in at this place.

Normally only stop here for a beverage. Go through the drive through. Every time there is a line the will walk my drink out to me. Cut my wait time and those that are behind me to a minimum. Only sonic I've been to that does this. 👍

This is the second visit Stacey has made my day ! She went above and beyond to make sure my Caramel shake was extra thick and my onion rings were extra crunchy .Service with a smile is all we really want . I am so 😊 glad to see the changes in our hometown Sonic I erased my previous opinion I would much rather praise 👏 than complain . Keep up the good work all your staff on the window are very kind ! 👍

Usually I go there for drink orders and most of the time it's not a long wait. Food is pretty good. Staff is friendly and is willing to fix their mistakes with out hassle. But I love sonic drinks and happy hour (1/2 price drinks and slush) is from 2-4.

Edit: I thought they were better until i ordered a Jr frito burrito a few weeks ago. I got severe stomach pains and was sick for a week. Today 12/11/23 my daughter went and got the same thing. I told her not to, she did anyway. Well, now, shes sick. I tried to call them, no working number. Sooo here i am editing my good review to a horrible one.

I Love love love my slushes, Burgers and stator tots. Would definitly recommend especially during this virus. Being in your car is definitly 6 ft away from other cars plus it's outside so it's safer.

Service is crazy! Place needs Remodeling! Speakers need fixed! This Sonic needs a huge upgrade! MANY of the speakers for dine in are broken! We don't have many issues with the food - other than the wait time. Def need friendlier people!

Depends on the one you go to. SWEENY Texas is not the best one to go to. Brazorua Texas might get a 3.5 to 4 start rating because they are very nice here, good service. I just think they reheat any fries or tots at times

I've gone the last two mornings in a row. And my experience has been great! Yesterday I parked and had the nicest, most polite young man serve me. He did a really great job. This morning I used the drive thru. Again, I had great fast service. The man who frequently works the drive thru always has a great smile and seems really happy. My orders on both days were correct. My Dr. Pepper on both days was super awesome! Now, in the past I have had horrible awful dreadful experiences here! I mean ridiculously bad experiences! That's why I gave only 3 stars. I haven't been here at night in a very very very long time and that's usually when I have a horrible experience at Sonic. So ... to make a long story even longer 😜😜 Go in the morning have great service, go in the evening have meh😕 service.

Went to grab something before I had to go to work this morning. I left after sitting 10 minutes. No one answered the button. There was 4 cars in the drive thru and I was the only one in a stall. Grrr...

Everytime i get my food it's always cold, this will be my last time going to this sonic, the kid refused to give me my receipt after paying with card, told me they just ran out of paper, my order seemed to be over charged and I asked to have them look at it he claimed he took the order and it was correct even though my order was up sized they brought me small fries when I ordered onion rings, a sprite when I ordered root beer with no ice, they was all on their phones, well all but one person, could careless about the mask thing but no one had masks and half wasn't even in uniform, seems like the experience gets worse by the visit, use to be really good before the kids took over

I am amending my review. Today my husband found a freaking hair in his foot long cheese coney. The health inspectors needs to fine this place for this or shut it down. It is really sad because the carhop was beyond kind & helpful. Good carhops & irresponsible cooks. Doesn't really make sense does it.

Slow, not friendly, waited in line 13 min, when i got to window to pay, the employee said it would be just a minute , waited 6 more min, noticed 7 people standing doing nothing girl at the window was eating her burger and my 1 breakfast sandwich was still not ready. I hollered at girl to ask how much more longer she couldn't reply because she had food in her mouth. I ended up telling them they are slow and left and told her to give my food away. I had already paid for it. ( There was nobody in front of me either waiting on food.)

The place is hard to rate. I've had to wait at the drive thru when no one would help! Had to bypass the drive thru and go to the drive up window and wait until everyone stopped talking then someone would help you at the window. The food there is good. They're drinks are excellent. Overall the place is good but the employees need to do better waiting on customers or find another type of work!

Pulled into stall #6 at around 20 minutes after 1 O'clock. Pushed the red button to order. Screen said red button activated and someone would take my order soon. Waited. Waited. Waited. Red button turned OFF and screen went back to welcome message and said to push red button to order. I pushed it again. Screen acknowledged my actions, listened to a couple songs playing softly on my radio (had it turned down to order). Waited...red button turned off again. I hear other orders being taken from people who pulled in just a moment ago. See others who arrived when I did now leaving. Pushed red button a final time...y'all I got to order this time! Not too complicated, ordered the new bacon mushroom slinger, a chicken strip dinner, a Sprite, and a small Butterfinger cookie dough blast. Order came out fast but missing the blast. Waited 5 more minutes for that. 40 minutes after arriving I finally pulled away with my lunch. The food was good despite the wait and the order ridiculousness so I rated this visit 2 stars.

I am retired on a small fixed income so fast food to me is a treat . I used to love Sonic , but can’t afford it often . A while back I got a footling . The bun was hard and dog tasted old . Today I got a steak combo . The steak was dry and hard . It seemed like it had been made for a while . I have never been one to complain but I think this place needs your full attention . I was a restaurant manager for years so I know what it’s like . It doesn’t seem like you have the business you used to . Maybe things like this is why . Thank you and God bless .

The food is the only reason I still go here. The service staff in the afternoon/evening are not great. They steal money by not giving out complete change to customers. They don't know how to work the register. And they aren't paying attention to customers because they are inside acting like work is a club.

The atmosphere was okay but it wasn't the best like your machine was frozen up now watch a guy try to get a drink out of he had to push it over and over again half of your machines outside in your area either the weather's been tore them up or they need to be upgraded it's always dead over there seems like a nursing home when I go by and I do DoorDash so I'm everywhere

Tried phoning them twice to ask why my online order wasn't giving the happy hour half-price discount. No answer either time. Plus, the last several times I've ordered online, the food has never been ready within 10 minutes of the promised time - and this is outside busy hours. What is the point of advance ordering and being given a time to go pickup if the time has no meaning? I was at the new El Campo Sonic yesterday. Great fresh food, and friendly enthusiastic staff. What a contrast with Bay City, with neither.

absolutely ridiculous wait time and most of it wasn't even because of the food, but because the employees were either arguing endless or having conversations over taking care of customers, there wasn't even a rush or anything, only 2 other cars besides mine and i didn't leave until nearly 40 or so minutes later, and also there's people who probably dont work here casually hanging out inside the kitchen as if it were a get together spot

I went to get a couple of drinks. That was it. I was there for at least 25 minutes! There was only one person in front of me at the drive thru, and maybe 2 stalls had vehicles. If we hadn't had already paid for the order on the app we would not have waited that long for drinks! One drink was tea and it was gross. Not clean tea at all. This is definitely not the normal for a sonic, as this is not my normal sonic place, and I will never be going back.

This is the third time my order has been wrong. I go for my son but something is always wrong. Tonight I get no fritos but lettuce in my chili, that's not hot and to top it off there is one bean and too many onions. This was after my order had to be taken back... sometimes the food is on point but not tonight. Wish I had some chili... with fritos at least.

Worst customer service. Rude employees. We ordered food and waited for 25 minutes, finally pushed the button to check on my order and they had lost it. They never even made it. When I politely tried to ask why, they wouldn’t reply to me.

The employees were not very happy got my order wrong twice then got an attitude when I said something about it the second time didn't ask if I wanted to up size. The burgers were room temperature the fries were cold. And the place was a mess trash all over the parking lot and in the restroom. By far my worst experience at a sonic won't be going back to this one for awhile

I do not go to Sonic often and I only went to this location as a symbolic memory of my late husband. It took 25 min to only be given the wrong cold bag of food. Needless to say I got a refund after wasting a total of 45 min at this location and I will not be returning ever again.

They answer call in orders with ( sonic please hold ) stayed on the line 25 minutes to call in an order, only get one hour for lunch break, don't take call in orders only when you need the business, do away with call in order all together and you won't dissapoint future maybe customers, a refreshment on how to run a fast food place is highly recommended, come on its just a hamburger joint no education required.

Pretty poor experience. The guy taking my order didn’t know what a master shake was and once I explained that I didn’t want a regular shake they still brought and charged me extra for a regular shake adding a second topping when the shake I wanted was literally on the menu.

This has to be the worst Sonic in the country. I waited over 10 minutes for them to acknowledge that I was here and had to yell out the window to get that. A guy to my order at that time and I have been waiting over 45 minutes and no food. I have pressed the button several times and no answer. I even pulled the up and tried to call the store and it went straight to a voice mailbox that hasn't been set up so I couldn't leave a message.

TERRIBLE SERVICE! Waited 45 min and used 4 different stalls because they didn't work. Then had to go into the drive thru and STILL had to wait another 20 min to get items they didn't give me that I paid for. Run down building, untrained staff, this Sonic either needs a new owner, or just demolish it and open something else.

This sonic is ridiculous!!!! They are always super slow have to wait 15-20 minutes to get just a drink. The carhops never carry cash you have to wait for them to go back and get your change and then while they're in there getting your change they are picking up other orders.

10/21/2017-Apparently-Here we go again-EXACTLY 2 years later! Funny-NOT. Prophetic....maybe. 🤤 I know I "should've known better" but figured I give them 1 more chance considering they are under new management. So, the story is the same-Still live 12 miles out of town, called and complained because they gave me a single meat burger instead of the double meat w/ cheese I had ordered. They also didn't include the 2 marinara's for the cheesesticks. The only resolution they offered was to come back for the right burger or come back for a refund. I opted to drive back for the refund (matter of principal) When I got there they only offered to refund the difference between the 2 burgers. Are you kidding me??? So, $1.50 refund later and 2 gallons of gas lighter/poorer, the issue has been resolved to their liking. Kiss my very unhappy You-now-what Sonic! I'm done. To everyone else who braves it-FYI when I walked in to get said refund the place smelled like spoilt milk. It was neat & orderly but the floors were disgusting AND greasy with puddles of liquids under the fryers, etc "Good Luck!" CALLING THE HEALTH DEPT. THIS TIME. Okay. It's now 10/21/15 and Sonic has screwed up my husbands order. Why he went back I'll never understand. He ordered 2 Super Sonic CB, one EL cheese coney plus add jalepenos and a Chicken strip dinner. He didn't think to check the order to make sure it was right before leaving. (We live 12 mi. outside of town). Got home and had received 2 single meat CB, a coney with no jalapenos, and a strip dinner with 4 "little chickie" strips. I called the store for a full hour complain and their phone must have been off the hook-I couldn't get through. I called corporate and filed another complaint, just like I did last time. I haven't received a call back from the store about this instance. It's been a week. I called back with my reference number today and they are resubmitting my complaint to the store. They said they would annotate that "I was expecting a call back" What did they think I was expecting as a resolution before? This Sonic has been steadily been going downhill for approximately 10 years. When are the owners going to get a clue? How do I get corporate to get involved?Why do I even care? Previous post (11 months prior)-Well, "Big Surprise"-My order was screwed up AGAIN. I am thoroughly tired of this place and am not sure how they stay in business. Their ordering equipment is falling apart to the point if it is still working they tie wrap/tape it to keep it together. They never put together a quality product. Half the time its cold or just old stuff that's been sitting around. They constantly mess up orders. Either by adding another item to your bill that you never ordered, by forgetting to put an item you did order in your bag or on your sandwich. I've personally had it---And if you take my advice---Just go somewhere else. You'll be much happier.

I ordered a snickers blast. It came out with little to no snickers in it. All vanilla ice cream. Total waste of my money. Very disappointed. It was my daughters birthday and it was a very upsetting end to her special day. It wasn't very special to you Sonic.

I visited this location on Tuesday Dec.26th, 2017 at 10:12pm. for a cheesecake shake add cherry. When I pulled in there was only 1 car at the drive thru window. I came around to the drive thru speaker box and waited for someone to come over the intercom and take my order. I sat there for 5 minutes and no one has taken my order so I thought maybe they have one of those systems that rings when you drive over so I backed up and pulled forward to the speaker box again. Waited another 5 minuted and still no one has come over the intercom. Im growing impatient now. I leave the drive thru and pull up to one of the park and order stalls, press the red button to place my order. From this stall I can see into the store and all I see is 1 person and he's sweeping. By now the car that was at the window has now driven off and 2 more cars have pulled into their stalls. I press the red button again but with a little more force as I am getting angry now. Finally the guy comes over the intercom to take my order. "One large cheesecake shake add cherry" I said. The sonic employee replies, "did you say add cherry?" I say, "yes, c-h-e-r-r-y". "okay, that will be $5.12". Now, back to the waiting game. It seems like an eternity and then the screen tells me that my car hop is on their way with my order. He comes to my window and gives me a cheesecake shake WITH NO ADDED CHERRY. My patience wore thin and if the shake was for me I would have just taken it and left but it was for my mom and I'm not bringing her back something she didn't order. Again, back to the waiting game. I look at my phone for the time, 10:34pm! It's taking forever....how long does it take to add some cherry flavoring and bring it back? He finally returned with the correct order and I leave very unsatisfied. I look again at the time as I'm puling out of the lot and it's 10:40pm. I have spent 28 minutes at Sonic in Bay City, Tx for just ONE cheesecake shake. TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE.

NOPE it’s gone downhill due to the attitude of the workers there, the place has gotten so ghettofied I don’t even wanna drive past it.! Always have to get a sharp tongue or make a smart add remark there just isn’t worth eating there because if you can’t communicate normally how would I trust that person to handle my food.!?? Place needs to be micromanaged ASAP

Went there last night 9/10/21 @9:30 to get 2 drinks and was there almost 30 minutes, that's unheard of. The vehicle parked next to me left because it took soo long. Now the problem I witness was that the restaurant was full of kids running the place. They were walking around on their phones instead of handling business.

The Sonic in Bay City Texas should be closed and completely gutted. The servers were very dirty in their appearance and the establishment was nasty. You could see flies in the window inside because the door was propped open.

The evening/night people are very rude and argumentative. I was patient waited up to 30 min the drinks were wrong. Things were missing from our order. The guy running the drive thru argued with me about it before correcting it. I love sonic but they need to get it together.

Terrible service. Understaffed during Happy Hour. Most of the menu boards are broken. I will only go through the drive-thru now because I get ignored in the parking spots. I'm eagerly awaiting a remodel at this location because it's a total dump (with really nice landscaping??). Why in the world does Wharton have slick new menu boards and Bay City is stuck with broken down nonsense? Because that's how BC rolls. For a place that's famous for drinks, this location's Dr Pepper is always watery. My husband has had meatless burgers on occasion. They frequently get our order wrong. Perhaps new management is in order.

Ordering food here was a disaster. We had an order for 4 people. Not a complicated one. We sat there for a good 10 min trying to find out if they got our whole order or even what the total was. We pushed button several times to try and contact the worker to finish order... order was messed up. Parts missing a few things. My grandma is in her 70s and is diabetic her sugar was low. We should have left, my grandma's blood pressure went thru the roof with the stress of having to deal with the service. The car hop was the only thing good about that place, its a damn shame the cashier and cooks are practically stealing money from this poor young man with the service they and quality they provide. We had to take about 2 hours to get my grandma calmed back down. In the future I do not see us returning ever.

Close it down if you can't staff it. One employee inside on their phone, and no one responded to the speakers, I essentially waited for a long time and got nothing. This place doesn't deserve an "open" sign.

This is the slowest fast food place i went too. A minute turned into 45 minutes as I waited in the stall. They need to demo this place and put in an gas station. Horrible customer service!!!!!

When I pulled into Sonic I was the only vehicle in the whole entire parking lot. The intercom service was very un warming as if I was bothering them and they never said thank you at all. It took them 15 minutes to deliver my food and the screen said carhop is delivering my food but took 10 more minutes. A car pulled up complaining why is it taking so long at the ordering window and why she had to pull up to window just to order. Its always a bad situation at the Bay City location. When I finally got my food I asked what took them so long when I was the only car in the beginning and she said cooks had problems in the kitchen. I sure don't want to go back there.

I’m not one to write complaints but service was slow and awful. Employees too worried about tending to their friends and servicing them with food ( mind you they drove up after us yet got their food well before us) employee from inside keep Calling workers to come in as they continued to visited with their friends! Our order was wrong and very cold ... I come to sonic for their consistent good food .. they were short staffed which we understood and was ok to wait but to see employees outside tending to friends who probably didn’t even pay for their food and theirs was probably hot is unacceptable..

Sat in the order area half an hour pressing the order button every 10 minutes(after which it would reset, and forget i had pressed it) no customers were there when i arrived. And yet at least 5 or 6 vehicles came, ordered and went in that time. After finally getting to order on my 4th button press, i explained what happened very professionally and the lady at the other end gave me attitude about it. All i wanted was a shake to deliver to my dad at the plant :( .

I have been a loyal Sonic customer since 1975, all across the country. This by far is the worst service I have ever received. I have been there twice in the last month. The first time I gave my order and after 15 minutes I left without any food. I went yesterday, I was the only vehicle on that side of the building, I pushed the button (the acknowledgement appeared on the screen) and after waiting 5 minutes I blew my horn and told them that no one had answered my call. After another minute or so I left, again without getting what I stopped in for. I will never stop at this store again.

The Bay City Tx location is horrible, I ordered just a drink and medium cheese tots.....I was asked to pull up and had to wait like 10-15 minutes for my food and to top it off...they gave me cheese fries.....are they that stupid?? They need to stop playing inside the store and get abit more serious about what they are doing. This location looks like it could almost be abandoned...apparently the owner doesn't care about the location....This is the first time I've order any kind of food here, because of just how the location looks nasty....I am not even sure of the drinks. I will be taking my business somewhere else....I would suggest that others do too. Also...I will be reporting your location for food and health violations to the county food inspectors

Went yesterday sat in drive thru for over 30 minutes just to order 3 route 44 drink's. The two sprites was gross and they didn't put extra ice in my dr.pepper that I asked for. At that point was no way we was turning around to get new drink's. The line was all the way around. And they didn't even read back the order or even apologize for the wait or even smile.

Ordered chili cheese tots and ended up with fries. Ordered a foot long coney and got two 6 inches instead. Ordered mozzarella sticks and they came out hot but they weren’t fried fresh they were MICROWAVED. Took WAY longer than it should have for our order. I’d give zero stars but cant🤷🏼‍♀️

Super slow I went to one side with the stalls. Pressed the button, waited for about 10 minutes & nothing. Guess the speakers weren't working cause everybody kept driving around to the other side. Then I go there press it, order right away. Then it takes another 10 minutes for me to have to press the button again & ask where my drink is that I already paid for with my credit card. Super unprofessional & a waste of my time👌💯

Check your order! This store is always messing up and forgetting items. I like "Sonic" food and unfortunately this is the closest one so I still go but I check it twice before leaving. For good reason....because they ALWAYS mess up! Never leave a tip because its always wrong. Bad enough I pay for bad service, I'm not going to reward it as well. Unless deserved.

They have the worst service ever. Used the sonic app took 25 minutes to get partial order waited 10 more minutes for chili cheese tots counted 12 or 15 tots and that was a large order never coming back to Bay City. Also makes me wonder how these people want to get paid 15.00 per hour if they can't even do there job now.

Sonics in Bay City TX. It's very disappointing very slow service. Bunch of kids who have no clue what customer service actually is. Sat and waited for them to take our order for about five minutes in the drive thru. Then took ten minutes to make two shakes. Watched as the kid stared in the bottom metal cabinet looking for ingredients. so thinking it was possibly a fluke went again tonight. Decides to park. Read the menu for a minute then after we decided pushed the button to order. Sat there waiting. During our wait. Someone pulled up to the drive thru they waited a few minutes then honked. Some girl yelled to pull up to window they did then she said some thing and they left. the whole time we're still waiting for someone to take our order. Now if there were more than four cars in the whole place then I would actually understand having to wait five minutes but there wasn't. So we ended up leaving. Won't go back. Not worth it.

I made a mistake on pulling up to the drive thru stall incorrectly. I did noticed I made a mistake and decided to pull in to window. Manager on duty was very disrespectful before I even apologize for pulling up the wrong way. Manager on duty stated " Yes you pull in the wrong way and just to let you know we are working to get a block so Y'ALL! do not come in the wrong way rolling her eyes! I felt uncomfortable and all I wanted to do is apologize and asked if i could still place an order. I offered to go back to the line and her rolling hey eyes stated NO! ..I placed my order and felt very disrespected. I wanted to drive out but i am not a rude person to do that. I just wanted to share my experience with you all.

Visited today September 22, 2019. As we drove in someone was backing out of one of the side service areas towards the drive threw area...we had to go around her and didn't understand what she was doing that for....after us waiting for 10-15 min for someone to acknowledge us after we pushed the red button in one of the side service areas we understand why she was backing up to the drive thru for better luck. So we still received no acknowledgement...so we left and went around to the other side to a close service area right where we could see threw the window and pushed the red button...10 min or more, no acknowledgement of our presence. There was atleast 7 employees inside talking among themselves and just walking around inside. There was maybe 4 cars in the parking lot. This was between 3:30-4 on a Sunday. Totally unacceptable 😡 everyone in there should be fired. No one ever tried to help us.

I got 5 cheesesticks and I got one of the five cheesesticks had no cheese and I was there for 30 mins and one of the stalls wasn't working so I had to go to another one and wait 15 mins for them to take my order

If I could give this place 0 stars I would! I've waited 1 whole hour & still I haven't received not even my drink 😒 no food none of my order has came! & I'm still waiting to get my order if I wouldn't have already paid for my order I would be out of this place and on my way to Whataburger! Don't waste your time or money on this place go to whataburger! I don't usually write reviews but this is absolutely ridiculous 🙄

Usually, you look for Sonic to be a solid fast food stop. Today we stopped at this location twice. First time we thought it was a fluke.. Waited twice as long as usual for our order, which had no special items, just usual menu items. Soda was almost entirely out of carbonation, and 2 out of 3 drinks were wrong. Second time made it seem like it was no fluke. Onion rings were so soggy the breading fell to the bottom of the bag, and the onions themselves weren't done. Ice cream came out melted, and they don't seem to understand easy ice. Go on to Edna or El Campo for better service.

If the store hours indicate you open at 6 am, then you should be ready to serve at 6 am. If you cannot serve at 6 am, turn off the Sonic Apps ability to receive orders, if that’s not possible, then when a customer checks in, immediately notify them of the delay!! I ordered on the app at 6:26 am, arrived and checked in at approximately 6:35 am. At 6:45 am an employee comes out to tell me that he still has to prep my order, and the grill is still warming up and it will be about 8 minutes. I’m in a hurry to get to work so I ask for a refund, which takes about 8 minutes to get. I am now late to get to work and have no time to stop elsewhere for breakfast. Absolutely ruined my morning.

Absolutely the worst sonic I have ever been to. They are NOT following drink making charts. This location gave us spoiled soured ranch that was NOT refrigerated at all. The mozzarella sticks have an old stale taste. My daughter and I will NOT be returning to this location until they get better training and the DT cashier has a very distasteful annoyed attitude. The only thing that was right and not soured was the marinara sauce. Smh 😒 if I could have not given any stars that would be my rating for this location.

This place is awful! I sat for 20 minutes with one car in front of me and all he got was a drink! I pull up to the window and 4-5 kids in there just ignore me and I honk the horn. They ignore me still so I called and the little punk girl tells me they are busy and I’ll have to just wait! I want to know who owns this place or who the manager is!

Okay so the company replaced my go to which is the jalapeño burger so today I got the butter garlic bacon burger and I kid you not... I can feel every artery in my body closing up and clogging. All of that butter on there left a puddle on my table at work and we had to light a cigarette just to get the smell out. The bun was drenched in it. If you absolutely love butter, this is the burger for you! I feel like I'm dying now because of it...bring back the super sonic jalapeño double cheese burger!!! 7-20-24 Update!! We ordered the Number 2 plain and dry. It's the supersonic double cheese burger with cheese. We just wanted the patties and the cheese. They have us the # 1 and added pickles and ketchup. What happened to the other patty and adding nothing else?? We said something and the lady who brought us our food took the burger back to fix it. Yea so they didn't fix it. They brought back the double AND IT HAD PICKLES AND KETCHUP ON IT!!!!! They got it wrong twice END OF AUGUST UPDATE We ordered two burgers and instead of getting two, we received both but combined. They mixed the topping up with the other on both! The garlic butter bacon one and a supersonic bacon double with jalapeños. The person who brought us the food was rude and the lady who came out so fix the issue was alot nicer! Then once they "fixed" the issue the first person (who was rude) brought us back the "fixed" food and basically threw it into my car😂. There us clearly no discipline so if that happens again, I'll handle it myself. 10/10 I'd avoid this place. Every time I've been here (sometimes I don't have a choice) they've screwed up my order regardless of being busy or not. DO NOT COME HERE

I swear y’all don’t know how to make shakes! Or look at what kind it is. I’ve ordered from here multiple times to get shakes and every single time you make them wrong. I order a Oreo chocolate shake every single time and every time I get a Oreo cheesecake shake instead. And then when I try to re-order it to get the right shake, y’all still get it wrong. I can’t call y’all and tell you this issue because your phone isn’t working. DO BETTER!!!!!

The restroom is a health hazard. Mold in the celing and door. Water leaking from the ceiling. Instant headache from the mold exposure. I walked up to give the key back and saw an employee standing there eating and rubbing hands on his shirt. Idk if they were making the food. But only 3 ppl were there. The 2 people I encountered were nice.

Decent enough food however the service is extremely slow and if your card does not work they don't know how to type it in even the manager so I would not recommend unless you have cash. Just got done at Sonic for the second time that I've decided to give them a try that leaves more on screwed up again and instead of two separate Master blasts they gave to vanilla's in different style cups one with cherry and whipped cream trying to hide the fact that they didn't put anything in either of them worst Sonic ever do not go.

We waited at the drive through speaker for 5 minutes and no one took our order. We then moved to a parking lot speaker and hit the red button, the light went off after a few minutes so we hit it again. About 10 minutes went by, and we left and went to McDonalds, where they served us.

Wanted to order something at one of their screens. Pushed the button, screen said I had to wait. Nothing happened. Then we left and went to Whataburger. I guess they don't need customers. Fits this run down city.

Cashier did not say hello or anything which is not that big of a deal to me but not good for customer service. Food is Sonic so that's OK I guess. The drive thru windows smells so bad like a dumpster. That is so nasty, I already paid for my food so I guess my dog will have himself a burger today. This is probably one of the worst Sonics restaurants, we have been to. It does not matter if there are 5 customers or no customers ahead of you in line. You will wait alteast 20 minutes for your order to come out. And it will be melted and soggy every time. The employees are rude and do not know how to process or count simple change. If there are any positive reviews for this location, they are probably from employees, who were encouraged by management to do so. I honestly don't know how this place stays open. I will go to any other local sonic but this one.

Two thumbs down not recommended. We pulled up, and the employees were arguing about who has the right to play music inside. The service was moving at sloth speed. I had a simple order of 2 ice creams with cherries on top. They came with a single cherry on top. I asked about more cherries, and she stated that they charge per 🍒. Never have I ever paid per cherry at any Sonic across the US.

This store has the worst service. Without fail, every single time we have ordered from this location, every single employee seems annoyed, that they have to work. ATTITUDE everytime. Then, even if we are the only one in the parking lot, it takes no less than 10 mins, to get our order. Whether it's one drink or five. This time we ordered groovy fries and the girl taking our order said they don't have such a thing as groovy fries. She had no idea what we were talking about. And then was really annoyed that we asked for napkins. The food is decent, if you can get it in a timely manner. Someone needs to go in there and teach the employees manners and people skills.
