This place is awful. Servings are horrible. Not even a full serving of food. Proportions at a minimum. They can't even close the bowl properly. Several customers having to ask servers to add more food to the bowl. This is ridiculous

The chicken was very salty that it was not edible. Usually a little saltiness doesn't bother me l, but this was beyond salty. It was a very bad experience.

Door sign says open at 10:45am and everyone was acting like it was an inconvenience to come in at10:46am and unlock the door mind you someone was standing at the door before me. Also all the front parking spots taken up by employees that’s wild. Manager or an employee that thinks they are high up here is so funny not happy about the adults ordering a kids meal not knowing this is for my child in school that likes all the fixings for her tacos. He had to inform me that all the extra toppings “hack” is not free which I informed him every chipotle is different but either way I wanted them for my daughter, like she always gets and of course he was huffing and puffing the whole time. What an experience

I always get extra dressing with my salads and never been charged. Okay that’s fine charge me but I was charge for 4 side of dressing 1.60 for a cup that’s not even half way full, that’s the only reason why I ask for extra. I just think it’s ridiculous to pay 6.40 for dressing cups that aren’t even all the way full.

Extremely disappointed. When rice is your major base ingredient - I always receive more rice than I ever get anything else - I expect it to be cooked correctly. I estimate I got 20 to 25% rice hard enough to possibly crack teeth. Had I discovered this before I left - it was take out - I would have asked them to replace my order with edible rice.

Very disappointed I drove all the way to the location I get there and they talking about. They don’t have no meat how you don’t have any meat that’s the main portion of the business.

The staff sees you standing there and no one turns to assist. No one. The to-go staff is on her phone while preparing the meals. No urgency to service the customer. All I wanted were chips.

Lady with short hair and arm tattoos will ignore you multiple times instead of ringing you up. She will have you standing there wondering what else is wrong the place and then you will be inspired to take pictures. Forks facing up so everyone can touch the part that touches your food. Nice.

Walked in and was greeted by very loud music from behind the counter, made it really hard to hear anything. After waiting in line I got to the counter and was not greeted or asked what I wanted. Instead an employee just stared at me and kind of just shrugged at me. I took this as a sign that he wanted to know what I wished to order. I then told him what I wanted and he grabbed the bowl, and then started to stare at me again. I was a little confused by this until he pointed at the rice and shrugged again. I told him the rice I wanted and then he pointed at the beans, he used zero words to communicate with me and then passed my bowl down the counter to the next guy in line who made me wait 2 full minutes before he got to me. I told him I wanted a little bit of medium salsa and he just dumped a full spoonful of it on there basically drowning my bowl in it. Maybe he couldn’t hear me due to the fact that he had air pods in, he must not have liked the loud music they were playing in the kitchen. I complained to the lady at the counter about the experience and she assured me that it’s always like this, unbelievable. I went to the dinning room to sit down and eat and had a hard time finding a clean table to eat at. While eating at the table, staff members came over to clean up the dinning room. They dropped the metal Lids into the metal tea containers and dragged the steal bottom chairs on the concrete floor while I was trying to enjoy my food. I swear they also turned up the loud music in the kitchen because I could barely hear my friends and I could not even hear the dining room music. Upon leaving there were no trash cans to place my trash into, which after this whole experience I honestly didn’t feel bad for leaving my trash on the table. I was really blown away with how crumby this experience was, I’ve been to a lot of chipotle’s and have never had this bad of a time. I would not recommend anyone come to this location for dinner after 7 pm, it seems like the staff had just given up and were upset that I was there.

People working were rude. We got there at 10. They close at 11. They had all the drinks torn down, out of most of the food, and out of several things. They were very upset we were here late even though it was over an hour before closing. Also, all the chairs on the whole half of the building were already put up on top of tables.

First off, I was not greeted or asked what I wanted when I came in. The girl just stared at me until I greeted her. Second of all, my plate was not worth the $16 I payed for. This is the second time this young lady barely puts food on my plate.
