Look, I have gotten a couple of orders wrong..mainly my fries. I put zero salt when I ordered on the app and they gave it to me and my wife with salt. I hit the button and they GLADLY corrected my order. I just came tonight again and my fries were fried extra extra they came out hard. I told them and they GLADLY did it again. If people would slow down and ask for a correction on their orders, they will do it. Now, for the review. I came with my wife a few weeks ago because I was passing through. We decided to get something fast. We came here. We ordered the Sonic Smash Burger meal and it was DELICIOUS! This is the best Sonic by far that I have went to. We like it so much, we have been here at least twice a week for the past month. The customer service is great and the food is delicious. We will definitely be coming back. Thank you Sonic team.
We got drinks they was cold and refreshing service could have been friendlier
We are living in Crosby for a year. I will GLADLY drive the extra 8 minutes to go to this location rather than Crosby. Drinks have lots of flavor, and workers are kind and timely!
Great drink prices. Happy Hour from 2-4. Half price shakes after 8. The food is good, prices are fair and the service is quick. Occasional mistakes on orders, but for the most part its accurate. Always adding new things to the menu.
Never put the cherries in my cherry sprite with extra real cherries even though they charge me for them.
What's a point of paying a 99 Cents for a corn dog if it's real small that's how much it's worth every day
Placed an online order and pulled up to several stalls, and they were not working and pulled up to drive thru and honked no one came to window. Called the store manager, had no answer, then called the district manager, and finally got help.
Staff are terrible at getting your order right. It took 3 tries in 1 visit. They also suck at making sonic blast. We ordered 2 different flavors and neither one had hardly anything in it. Might as well ordered a shake.
Most of the time they are good but for what ever reason tonight, I tried to eat my food and the hot dog and the burger tasted like menthol. It made the food inedible.
I will just like to say this was the scariest service I ever received from sonic this one here in Highlands Texas ordered onion rings with my meal and they were burnt black with old used grease they were so bad I had to throw them away and if they use all grease like that, I can imagine what the kitchen looks like and fit for anyone to eat out of I’m calling corporate office to make a formal complaint and then I am calling the food inspector to come and investigate as I’ve took pictures of the food that I received from them. I want the manager’s job as he is doing an extremely poor job of running a restaurant. If I get sick, I will be speaking to my attorney to file a lawsuit as I am saving samples. I urge that no one should eat at this place if you know what’s good for you because you might not know what you’re even eating there I went to complain and while I was standing there as seen, they could drop a piece of cheese on the ground and pick it back up and place it on a hamburger if I could’ve got my phone out fast enough, I would’ve videoed that beware of eating at this sonic it is the nastiest one in Houston
If you aren't in a hurry and you want terrible shakes and get charged the wrong amount the come to this location because its the worst Sonic I have ever been too!
Every time we go here.i get cold food. Why am I waiting 20 min for cold food ugh
Just close down if you don’t want business. Every time I go by there they are closed. Wouldn’t you be open if you serve breakfast. Horrible location.
There's a little white boy name BAYLIN He is very very rude Maybe 2 weeks ago I went to order some food he came out and handed me the hole tray to get my own food off it and Aug 12 He put the hole tray inside my car for me to get my food off again Gave me my drink without the top and then gave me a top to put on my drink He's very rude and not nice at all He shouldnt be working I'm gonna call the manager and whoever is above them on this little boy
I think they’re actually incapable of remembering to put sauce in the bag. I NEVER get the sauce I’ve ordered or any sauce for that matter. Corn dog is raw on inside every single time.
Ordered a grilled cheese and tater tots with cheese. The sandwich was cold and dry. And the tater under cooked and cold as well . Don't know how the cheese melted on . Needless to say if you sick and counting on a good hot bland meal. Sonic is a bad bad choice.
Consistently bad. Tried to give it another shot. Couldn’t make a plain bacon cheeseburger on serval occasions. Most recently went back and ask it to be remade, instead of doing that they gave me some soggy bread mess of a burger back. Not worth a $20 meal for one person to have soggy bread and wrong orders multiple times.
That speakers, it is are not working properly at all. I ordered 2 hot dogs and I'm your ring with 2 slush. Drinks The Onion rings. What overcook Burn. I tried to call. They never Answer the phone. This is horrible ridiculous, I will. Not return , so you do not have to Write a response because it's very obvious.You are wasting our time and my money. Enjoy your day with my money.Because that's the last Dollar you will receive from me. Get it, get it together. Stop putting the customer service First or shut it down.
They were extremely slow filling my order and they didn't give the sauce we asked for with the popcorn chicken. I had to get my drinks remade because they gave them to me as soon as I pulled up to the window and we waited over 25 minutes for our food. I didn't want watered down sodas. I will not go back to this location.
This place is terrible. We ordered 4 shakes and were the only ones in the parking lot. It took about 20 minutes to get the shakes. There was stuff spill d all over the outside of the cups. They must have used spoiled milk or something. The shakes all tasted terrible and were thrown away. We tried the food here once as well, it was just as bad. Skip this Sonic location!
I order a sausage toaster with no cheese . I was there for more than 30 min. I don't think this is how they do the toasters.
Food was HORRIBLE!! I ordered a simple dbl cheeseburger and the 2 tiny patties were burnt to a crisp and just sloppy assembly. I think they probably played 'toss the condiments on the bun' type of game with my food. I WILL NOT return to this place EVER agin!! Don't waste your money.
Ok so i went to Sonic in highlands a few minutes ago. I give my order as jumbo popcorn chicken meal large sized with tater tots and coke zero with cherry. I get to the window to pay and the lady reads my order back to me from my receipt. Jumbo popcorn chicken large sized with french fries and coke zero with cherry. I tell her no, i ordered tater tots. She goes to correct it and comes back to take my payment. A little bit later she comes back and gives me my order and I leave. Being hungry i take a tater tot from the bag and instantly notice it is filled with cooking oil but I decide to just go ahead and go home thinking maybe it was just that one. Nope. Got home and the oil had soaked though the box that holds the tater tots as well as through the bag. It is disgusting. These people do not know how to listen to your order and get mad when you correct them. Then that is what you get. I stopped going there about months ago but thought since i was craving it and they are closer to my apartment than the other one i would try it again. Nope, a lesson lived is a lesson learned. Not going back. I will drive the extra distance. Beware people.
