Very clean, friendly and quick staff, and PARENT FRIENDLY BATHROOMS! I am a mom of 2, one still in diapers, and taking my children to public restrooms can be a challenge. This location consistently has a clean and supplied bathroom, including changing table liners. Small details like this let me know this location takes caretakers into consideration, and I appreciate it!
Great staff very good at the coffee thing
This Starbucks is one of my favorites and is near my workplace. The baristas are always friendly and work really fast when the lines in drive thru are long. The longest I've waited in drive through is 5-7 minutes. I normally do pick-up early in the morning and my drink has always been ready when I get there. This morning around 6:30 a.m my car wouldn't start after I picked up my latte. I went inside for help and a barsista was ready to help me with her own battery jumpstart. I wish I got her name but she was a kind petite young lady with glasses and was stocking the napkins. She helped without hesitation! This location definitely has the best morning crew! The afternoon crew, if I go after work around 4:00 p.m, are also very kind. And not once have they gotten my order wrong!
I always spend my birthday overseas and I wasn't able to get my birthday drink in Sydney, The manager was nice to go ahead and provide me tea!
They may take a bit sometimes. But THEY ARE HANDS DOWN MY Favorite Location between here Baytown and atascocita!
No drink category to choose from, so I'll use the food category to rate my drink. My Caffe Vanilla Frappuccino was delicious. The service was prompt. I got there before the time specified and initially went to the drive-thru lane but it was backed up, so I reverse and parked in front for a couple of minutes and still went in early knowing I'd have to wait and 20 seconds after walking in, my drink was ready. So fast, delicious and amazing on this hot day! Thanks guys!
Usually slow service whenever I go but they are busy and probably understaffed so I understand they’re doing their best. My orders always come out correct so that’s great.
Love the service the staff is quick to serve drinks and pastries! But the area could look a little cleaner other then that I like coming here
The male that took my order was horrible, he kept messing up my order, it's was 3 different drinks, however I ended up getting the right order all thanks to the amazing worker Cat. I ended up finding out that the guy that was taking orders was a "new manager" I'm sorry but he was terrible has NO customer service skills at all
The new uniforms really sucked the soul out of the place - vibes were awful this morning. The coffee is still amazing but I probably will not be returning. There's nothing wrong with letting your employees express themselves, Starbucks!!
This Starbucks is consistently slow. They always seem understaffed, and the drive-thru takes forever. Even mobile orders aren’t ready on time, so ordering ahead doesn’t really help. I understand busy mornings happen, but this feels like an ongoing issue even during non “peak” hours. Hoping they can improve staffing.
Only done the drive through but it's a terrible drive through that locks you in to 30+ min waits more often than not. No way to get out once your in and that's how you are late to work.
I had order a dragon drink and they made my order wrong. I had call the store to inform them and no one answers the phone
I waited 30 minutes for a two-drink order. While the staff was very quick to solicit a tip, the actual service was unacceptable. I noticed that other customers who arrived after me received their orders without issue, which led me to question the reason for such a significant delay in my specific case. This experience was particularly disappointing as I did choose to provide a tip, yet did not receive a basic level of professional service in return. I hope you will look into the operations and staffing at this location to ensure other customers do not have a similar experience.
Worst service ever! After waiting forever in line they gave me somebody elses order who I am assuming was the person behind me in line. I returned it and stated it was not my order she asked what I ordered and I repeated back to her my order. She then brought me a drink that was not made right. When I told her this isn't made correctly she took it back and instead of putting the cold foam inside she pumped it all over the lid and tried to hand it to me running all down the side. Once I recieved my first of 4 bites they gave it to me with a hole in the bottom of the bag, so that order eneded up on the floor. Needless to say I never i got all of my order because my patience had run when the manager sent another employee to the window to try and explain why they failed so much at their job and provided the worst customer service ever! Ill take my business to Durch brothers moving forward.
Super slow. Disorganized. Took nearly 2 min to make a tea. Nobody was in there!
slowest starbucks ever. don’t go there in the morning before work. i left 30 minutes early and ended up being 15 minutes late after coming here. still didn’t get my coffee because i had to leave from them being so slow.
She was rolling her eyes at me making faces the worst attitude and when I said you don’t have to speak to me in that manner she went off on me for “coming everyday and doing the same thing” which I do not, i have never seen her at this location until a few days ago, all because I asked to remake my drink, then when I tried explaining she straight up told me “I don’t care” in an aggressive tone, I come here everyday and the last two days my drink has been made differently, first time I drank it second day I said something and today I let them know I had been having problems receiving my order correctly made before I even ordered, I went inside and asked for her name as she closed the windows on me when I tried to record , they said her name was CARMEN, as a loyal customer I’m disgusted I was spoken to like that unprovoked.
The slowest Starbucks I have ever been to! Placed a mobile order, went through the drive thru and waited for almost 20 minutes. So many workers inside and I could literally see them while I was at the window waiting just standing around and talking while there was a whole line behind me. My drink was sitting on the counter for a good 5 mins before they even handed it to me. Smh
Worst location ever. Do not stop here if you’re in a hurry or not familiar with the area. You will never get in or out of the parking lot. Would never recommend.
I went to Starbucks recently and the girl at the register, I think her name was Emily, was really unfriendly. She barely said anything to me, didn’t smile, and just had a bad attitude overall. It felt like I was bothering her just by ordering. I don’t expect over-the-top friendliness, but at least act like you want to be there. It honestly made the whole experience kind of awkward. Not sure what’s going on with the girl working at the front, Emily, but she has zero customer service skills. Doesn’t talk, doesn’t smile, acts like she couldn’t care less. If you don’t want to deal with people, maybe don’t work at Starbucks.
If I could give it 0 stars I would. So if you place a mobile order you have to wait longer than when you go through the drive through and order. The service here is awful.
Severely understaffed, people are friendly but in comparison to the other Starbucks, they cannot get drinks made in a reasonable amount of time. Store doesn’t look great, atmosphere is meh. It’s the only one in this area so I guess the owners don’t care.
I have been to lots of Starbucks and this one in Crosby is absolutely the worst. You will no doubt wait longer than 15-20 mins. I’m sitting in the line now and have been here for 20 minutes and there is still 2 cars in front of me. I placed my hungry jacks order 5 minutes after I got in line at Starbucks and my hungry jacks order has been ready for the last 6 minutes now. I try to avoid this Starbucks at all cost but unfortunately it is the only one in Crosby… management really needs to figure out what’s going on at this location…
