When I visited MacDonalds in Frankfurt on Maine,Germany I was not surprised. Macdonalds Germany is the same ad Macdonlds South Africa. Its meal you can pre-order in German or English.No need to speak German to place your order. Food the same as in South Africa and that said any where in the world. 🍵🍟🍔

It was a great experience as always, the only issue is the homeless people that sometimes fill up the place out of nowhere

This might just be foreigner bias, but the food is far healthier than what we get in Canada or the US. Everyone working there was very helpful and all patrons conducted themselves amicably - an experience I didn’t expect and frankly blew me away.

We liked the hotel very much. Rooms are nice and spacious and clean. Very comfortable and big beds. Lovely views over the city and river. Staff are really lovely and helpfull especially Can at the reception went beyond to make our stay enjoyable. Would definitely recommend :)

Best McDonald’s in terms of food but there are always lots of people, so bring some time. Also last time I visited there were people inside but the security wouldnt let us in to go to the toilet!

Visited here a few times during my holiday to Germany. Took advantage of the McDonald’s app and their voucher system. Wide selection of foods. Ok service. Coffee was ok - and they had lactose free milk which was a bonus as they don’t have that in the McDonald’s in the uk; where I am from.

Hi people, for a McDonald's not so good, but momentan kaiserlie in Offenbach is a Hazzard for driving and also with a bicycle, the place has changed over the past 6 months and is a construction site making a new road system, however the food is the same as the other restaurants and the service is of the same standards. Here's where the wheelchair owners can practice some off road skills, but soon enough kaiserlie will be back to normal and the Macdonalds is the only restaurant that is still operating, throughout, not far from the S-Bahn station Kaiserlie 5 mins an easy walk and from the other direction Leder museum, about 10 mins, here you can still enjoy Mcdonald's.

Fries are too soft, worse then other McDonald's franchises. Even forgot the rest of our order. Pack 6 bags in a small bag for take away. Totally not good. We had no other choice since its close by to where we stay.

Dirty tables, trays lying around with food on them on most tables. Tray stations completely full with trays and rubbish. There are better McDonald's in the area.

McDo with a coffee bar next to the traditional burgers. Consequently, majority of the crowd was there to drink coffee and intended to spend the rest of the afternoon/evening. In large contrast to what McDo should be: a fast food restaurant where you spend 30-45min. It was very noisy and dirty, people don’t even bother in cleaning their table anymore (nothing the staff can do about that). The queue for the McDrive is passing the normal parking. As a consequence, when you’re finished, chances are likely you’ll have a hard time to leave.

We ordered breakfast at 9:45 and payed but when we arrived they didn't have it because it was too late for breakfast. So why even offer that service?!

Quality of their food has been degraded significantly in the last two years. I don't order from them anymore. I haven't ordered anything from.them since more than two years and I never regretted it. I don't recommend it at all.

Went through the drive in at 3:00-ish First off, the coffee is good. Never knew this before. But why 1 star? Because they didnt even get their fries right. My fries were soggy and stale, if not old. So was the patty on my burger, dry and old. If you mess up the fries... than what are the cooks actually doing? Don't let this stop you from going to mcdonalds, i just don't recommend going to this one in the middle of the night.

Terrible service. I placed a simple order. And waited an hour for it. It seems that they do not have a normal system how to execute the orders: they mix sheets of new and old orders on their table, and then do not remember which order was placed first, which one was later. They do not look at the time of the order etc. They seemed lost and all over the place. The girl was super slow. Some people wanted to buy smth from the pies section but it was not possible to do that since no one came to take their order. Avoid this place if you can.
