Quick and tasty. Good sized tenders. I loved Raising Caine's, but recently, they are so skinny and just hard to justify the price. The tender combo at Wingstop is well worth the price. If you've only ever gotten the wings, give the tenders a try.

Chicken and fries were SUPER fresh and it didn't take as long as I thought it would considering that they were slammed with orders. You guys did great!!!

Nice and clean. Friendly staff. Fresh food. Get the Cajun chicken sandwich and seasoned fries! With regular soft drink, price is around $9. A better bargain than Chick Fil A or Bojangles (both also good). Trust me! 🙂

It was penny day with T-Mobile and I do not think this store expected it. We waited almost an hour for our wings but every team member was kind, polite and attentive. They did a great job and there was 20+ people staring at them to hurry. I was impressed with the customer service even if it took far too long for our wings. Customer service goes a long way! Our wings were delicious!

They December 31, 2024 Greatest customer service I have ever seen at a Wingstop. I live in Grand Prairie and This Wingstop in Bedford is awesome. I called in to see what to do to get 100 pieces of wings and spoke to LP. she was awesome so nice and so organized but most of all that she actually cared about my order that I needed tonight. I told her I'm not used to this type of customer service in GP. You could actually hear her smiling when she answered the phone, A big kudos to her for being so kind, and felt like she cared We went to pick up our wings around 6 PM and the manager Luis greeted us and I told him we were early no rush and he was Great big smile and truly seem to Care. I told him I want to talk to your region manager because you all need to be aware that it's hard to find good help And y'all are awesome It happened to be that his manager Trent was over in the lobby and so I walked over there and told him how awesome this place was and the people that are working there just seem to be So nice and I was I was standing there waiting on my order. You could tell that the people that were cooking in the back were on Top of everything they were just a hustling. So hopefully Trent, you will give these Guys And girls, some type of a small token of appreciation Because it's very hard to find good help like this it truly is So I went to my get together and I told everyone there that hey if you all need assistance Contact Luis , LP or Trent. However, that I think anyone in that facility would be more than happy to help Happy new year 2025 keep up the good work and kudos to everyone Trent give these people a raise they deserve it!!!

Although the food did take a bit longer than expected, Mercedes kept us up to date on what to expect. She was very kind and I can tell she really values her job. In this day and age, that is hard to find. She is an asset to the Wingstop in Bedford and made my experience very pleasant.

Surprisingly, the food was good and we had no issues with our order from start to finish. The food was fresh, hot and was ready in the time they said it would be. I say surprisingly, because they just opened, so I wasn’t expected things to run as smoothly as they did. The customer service was good as well. Would definitely return!

New places usually get bad reviews the first few weeks they're open. Here's my experience: I placed an order on the app, it told me when the meal would be ready, I got to the restaurant at that time, the food was ready, I was greeted promptly and given my food, and the food was up to my standards for Wingstop. So I think this location is good and it may have had a rocky start.

So I think I'm just going to go to another location from here on out. at least the young lady at the counter was very nice.

On Friday, 4/11 at 7:30pm. I ordered a 50 pc wings combo under Alana R. . I tried to pay over the phone; they explained that I needed to come in 15 minutes before the order was ready to pay; and that the sauce won’t be applied to the wings until we came in and paid for the order. I sent my cousins to get food they said the food was still being prepared; they never mentioned anything about the payment that was brought up over the phone. Several customers went in front of them. They then asked about the remaining preparation time. The lady with highlighted green hair, then approached them with frustration asking them to pay for the order. After receiving payment she'd proceeded to go in the back with coworkers and they were having conversations loud enough for customers on how she would drag my younger cousin off of the bench. when my cousins came home explaining how they were treated. I gave wingstop a call, I asked for the manager to address the situation; the lady who answered said she was the manager, I explained what happened, and she hung the line up. This is a very unprofessional and unsafe environment for customers to dine in. What kind of establishment allows their employees to threaten and verbally abuse customers? I would like a call from management in the next 48 hours or will escalate my issue to the next level up.

Should be ashamed of telling lies. I called in an order early before 1pm for a 5pm pickup. It's past 630. Had wife call to verify time, was told 20 minutes behind. Apparently they can't understand time measurement. ROAR INVESTMENTS ARE YOU CERTAIN YOU LIKE THEIR C Suite that much? Refunds offered , sales flying out the door. This brand is going down, someone's going to compete for this space. It's a free market and Wing Start is going to annihilate because the wings will stop.

Waited an hour for my wings. Ordered online and went in after 30 mins, wings were not ready. They told me 5-10 mins. Went to Walmart to get a few things and came back 15 mins later, wings still not ready. Asked for some side sauce because I order naked wings, guy wanted to charge me…shouldn’t even have been a question even if I hadn’t ordered naked considering I rationed an hour for my wings that were promised in 20 mins. Wingstop needs to monitor these franchises better. Second time have waited a way too long for my wings from this location.
