Excellent dining experience. My husband & I selected a variety of dishes to try....from pizza, brisket sandwich to the tempura asparagus and onion rings. Everything was fresh, came out fast from the kitchen and delicious. We will be back. Easy parking too!
This place is amazing. Line out the door…didn’t go fast but the smells kept us in line. The food did not disappoint. Will definitely be back. Like tomorrow.
Great selection of dinners. We had the stuffed shells and shepherds pie. Both were excellent! Order at the counter, pay and they deliver dinner to your table. Informal and friendly in an old industrial building. Fun place.
Super casual friendly atmosphere--order at the counter--with high-end food like you've never tasted before. Always unusual and delicious faves, with something seasonal and new too. There can be a wait on weekends during summer in my experience. (No reservations) Two dining rooms provide lots of seating options. My favorite restaurant.
I came here years ago, loved it so much, ate here both the nights I was here. I’ve dreamt about it ever since, such slumbers were not wasted. If you are anywhere within 100 miles, you do yourself a disservice to not enthrall your taste buds by eating here. Excellent fresh ingredients, which I can only assume are sourced locally, dance and frolic on your tongue. Forget stuffing yourself on thanksgiving, stretch your digestive nether regions out for this menu and you will have lived a life only poets ruminate upon
Had the Cuban sandwich - maybe the best sandwich I’ve ever had. My husband also loved his BBQ brisket sandwich. Took a but if time to get but it was worth it.
Really fun, interesting restaurant. It is first come, first served, so if you are not early, be prepared to wait in a considerable line. The menu is written on a roll of butcher paper behind the counter, and it gives the feeling that all the menu items are the things that can be made with the fresh, seasonal provisions provided that week. This also means that once they are out, they are OUT. The food, naturally, as a result, is amazing. Intersting fusions, combinations, or cooking styles, including wild varieties of pizza, adorn the menu. I encourage the reader to try something out of their comfort zone. Seating is also first come, first served, so be prepared to make some friend at a shared table.
Large space with an extensive menu of pizzas, salads, sandwiches, and hot and cold entrees. We were pleased with the food but felt it was over-priced. Steak frites 4/5. It was half a filet; felt that for $28, there should be more steak or they should say how may oz it is on the menu. That said, it was high quality and although slightly over-cooked, flavorful and tender. Margherita Pizza 5/5 flavor but felt it was a bit over-priced for 10" pizza.
Amazing! What a find. There is a large menu of creative and beautifully plated dishes. From sandwiches to entrees like miso black cod and cassoulet. Generous portions of fresh ingredients that are perfectly prepared. The chefs(there are 2) are top notch Their cookbook collection, is on shelves in the adjacent party/event room. Great art too. We will be back whenever we are in the area.
Busy!!! Bustling and definitely a spot to visit for smaller groups. We came with a postwedding crowd and it was definitely a tight fit, but the staff was helpful and the food was DELECTABLE. I still have fever dreams about that Caesar salad! Their entrees are really good too, and everyone was well satisfied. They close early, so make sure to check your watch before heading over!
Hands down one of my favorite go to spots whenever I'm in the area. Their food is always so tasty and if you've been out wine tasting all day this is a great place to go and soak up some of that vino. The place is really cool inside and I enjoy the communal dining experience. The service is solid and always friendly though it can get extremely busy at times so be prepared for a line. Ive been there for close to opening before and there is already a line out the door. Well worth the wait though!!! Good quality ingredients shine!
Outstanding eats, we highly recommend. Kevin and the rest of the crew offered excellent service and cooking. Many great sandwiches, however I am partial to the BLT with freash local tomatoes. Mushroom soup was and smooth smoky taste. Caesar salad is a crispy companion. The slaw and pickles make the brisket sandwich dynamic with the sweet bun.
We had looked up on Google for a place in Buellton to eat and found this place to go to. When we were talking to locals, they were actually also going there so we definitely found a place that locals like to go to. This place was very lively and fun, and we had a great dinner. I had a burger and my wife had a gluten-free pizza. The seats are designed so that you sit with other people in large tables and it was just a friendly and fun atmosphere.
We visited after peak lunch hours on Black Friday. There was still a wait to order and the front room was packed to overflowing. Fortunately, their second dining room in the space immediately next door had plenty of space. We had our 2 ex-racing greyhounds with us, so having space for them to lie down on the floor without getting stepped on was awesome. Yes, dogs are allowed inside if they are quiet and well-behaved. The food was worth the wait. I had the BBQ brisket sandwich, and my sister had the curry cauliflower. Both had huge servings. You won’t go away hungry, especially since it was so tasty. The service was friendly and efficient.
WHAT an atmosphere! You can 'feel the soul' of this place before you even get thru the doors (or smell the yummy nuances of fresh spices/food or hear the happy chatter going on). The menu is creative, well balanced and reasonably priced. I wasn't up for a heavy meal but there were quite a few things I'd have loved to try, otherwise. I had a wonderful pizza; Prosciutto, Taleggino Cheese and fresh Arugala and my friend had the BEST BBQ brisket sammy I've ever tasted. My pizza was light but the flavors literally jumped out at you. The art on the walls is eclectic, funky and as you look around, you just keep finding more! I chatted with a friendly guy (food prepping at the time) and he talked about "what a special place" it was to work how they bought locally and put their food/ingredient quality first. You can tell! I wish it wasn't so far from home but next time I travel this way, THIS is where I'm going😁💯and you should too.
Went back to back evenings ( both before closing) because we wanted to fill the cravings from the night before. A mix of eclectic wall/ shelf displays and a variety of musical styles fill the atmosphere of IE. The 2 large pizza ovens take up the rear end of the restaurant and one is adorned with a classic retro mural of “The Warriors”, a 1979’s low budget gang flick that I remember very well( see photo). The menu is filled with enough to satisfy. varied choices of Pizza, sandwiches, salads, and revolving specialty items. My wife and I ordered the Short Rib Shepards pie ( comfort food at its best) , Caesar Salad ( enough for 2), Potato and sausage and fennel pizzas ( very tasty) , and the White Shrimp over crusty bread with chili garlic ( this one is spicy so my wife ended up eating my shepherds pie; I loved it though). I saw a lot of negative reviews from years ago about service but everyone at this place was super friendly very professional and happy to see you there. They also have a good variety of craft beer and wine. Stop by when in Buellton/ Solvang. I’ll finish with a quote from that “Warriors” movie: “Can You Dig it!” <——-if you know , then you know.
Great spot to grab a bite. Ordered spinach salad w/ bacon, egg and an amazing blue cheese, cheese pizza (“so-so” according to my 9 yo), sausage pizza (thumbs up from the hubby) and meatballs (thumbs up from me but the bread was not crusty). They have two larger tables (community seating), and a few smaller tables for groups of 4-6, and counter seating.
Me and my partner went here because it was so popular in the area. Beef tongue pastrami reuben was okay and that BBQ brisket sandwich was bad. The meet was so dry and the buns were.. just not good. I was so excited but after having the first bites of each dishes, I got disappointed 🫠 but the vibe was good.
My first visit to Industrial Eats came on a recommendation from someone I met at a bar, but it was a total letdown. The employee at the counter couldn’t have been less interested in helping us navigate the confusing menu. We ordered the Caesar salad, and it was absolutely drowned in dressing—imagine chugging straight Caesar dressing with every bite. Then came the steak and fries, which were so oversalted it’s like the cook’s salt shaker exploded and they just shrugged it off. Either they’ve got no sense of seasoning, or they’re pranking customers. I’m baffled by the glowing reviews here—my tongue and lips are still stinging from the salt as I type this. Won’t be back.
