My waitress Ke'Mora was great. The new manager was all over the place at the same time if that makes sense. Not managing the kitchen and flow of the orders getting out in a timely manner. The assistant manager was acting like a reg waitress and also not helping with the flow. NOW Destiny was on top of it. Being the hostess and checking customers out she would come back to the line make sure old orders were cleared out, get table orders together and out the window. Manager was loud and doing other employees jobs while they were doing bare minimum. She has no business being a manager. Destiny needs to be promoted and given a raise. She was the real boss today.

We walk on an there was only one waitress handling the whole dining area. Only one cook in the kitchen that we saw. It took twenty minutes for our order to be taken. Then took another twenty minutes for the food to arrive. My wife's French toast was ice cold the butter wouldn't even melt. I hand the breakfast burrito, it was greasy. The grease puddle on my was large.

I had breakfast. Coffe,Eggs,bacon & pancakes. The food was great and so was the service, until I wanted a coffee refill. No one ever showed back up and I finally walked up to the cash register without a bill & paid.

The food was amazing and up until we got our food our waitress was great! We didnt see her again until we got our checks but overall a great place.

We had a waitress by the name of Laura, very nice and her customer service skills were excellent. I also had the privilege of meeting a beautiful(inside and out, absolutely lovely) waitress by the name of Destiny who really exceeded my expectations. Our service was great, food was fine, like other reviews, bathroom needed cleaning.

Food is fine, but they are usually out of a lot of menu items and it appears that they simply need to make a store run, but nobody is available to do so. Waitresses are extremely apologetic, and it's not their fault, but their management is lacking. Management certainly needs to step up. Otherwise, the waitresses are always very welcoming and a pleasure to talk to (very sociable).

The host wasn’t in the front until a few minutes. We ordered our drinks which took a bit to come out. The food took a long time to come out even when there was barely any one in the restaurant. The restrooms were clean and didn’t smell. The cali club sandwich was very moist every bite you get a mouth full of water. The Mac and cheese was good and flavorful. Confetti pancakes was fluffy and decent. Caramel banana stuffed French toast was a little dry but the caramel and banana helped it. The Chocolate milk tasted like your average chocolate milk. The waitress was nice and helpful.

I ordered the new fish dinner with onion rings crispy and a salad. I recieved my salad and ate it. After approx 15 minutes I was informed that they were out of fish. Why didnt the cook or the server know the fish was 86'd? I switched to chicken tenders and then watched my onion rings come up only to wait another 10 minutes for the chicken tenders. Apparently there was some confusion and the tenders were crispy to the point of burnt and the onion rings were warmish. There were 6 other customers in case you thought they were swamped. The waitress was adequate but seemed to forget I was there for a while. The cashier was sweet and on point.

If you are seeking a place to go where the staff is incredibly sweet and attentive, this is the place. BUT - if you are wanting a hot meal served in a timely manner with the full menu offered - you might want to look elsewhere. The waitstaff is attentive, sparky, and sweet, and they will come to your table repeatedly while you are waiting an hour for your food (ordered a regular slam and chicken fried steak meal - 2 people dined in) and ask if there's anything you need. This is also the place for you if you don't mind not having any iced tea to drink or black pepper for your eggs or country gravy. There is not a single pepper shaker in the entire restaurant, go figure. Super kudos to the staff for keeping such a positive attitude in the midst of this chaos. When we arrived, they had one whole section of the restaurant blocked off because it was not busy AT ALL, making the situation even more mystifying.

Met a friend there as a central spot. I mean what could be bad about a Denny’s? There were literally 4 other people in the place. I asked for iced coffee and the young waitress said she had never been asked for this but did an admirable job at making it. We ordered and 20 minutes later and it had not come. I ordered the grand slam with hash browns, eggs over easy, etc. when I got my plate no hash browns but cut up fried potatoes that tasted like raw potatoes. Hash browns were frozen I was told and would take another 20 minutes to thaw out!! OMG! Eggs, bacon and toast was good I have to admit. Bath up room had sticky floors, ugh, and was not clean. Our booth had a big rip in the cushion! Service was excellent. Young lady was very attentive. Not a nice place to eat !

Dash, don't dine in!!! After 45 minutes of waiting for our food they said sorry but we have alot of Doordash and takeout orders but said they would expedite our order. Lol, what a joke!!! They hadn't started our order yet. Try hiring separate cooks for Doordash or close the doors. I said don't worry about starting our order, we're out. I'll never go back to this Dennys.

I can understand you ran out of orange juice, but you don’t have tea either then the food comes my omelette is wrong missing both meats the waitress forgets the silverware we got it ourselves. My husband never got his pancakes everything is cold the cheese was not even melted in my omelette. This is unacceptable and very poor presentation of hospitality. Terrible experience!

Have to put 1star but it's not worth that. There was four of us one baby last Friday. We got seated waited over ten minutes for them to ask about drinks. Waited another ten minutes for her to bring one shake no straw or spoon for a child. Another 5 min to get our dinks no straw or spoon for coffee. I finally walked to the counter and asked for straws and a spoon they handed me straws said they had to wash me some spoons they where out. Went back to my seat they took our order. 15 min after taken our order she finally puts it in computer for our order. My daughter asked for a manager she said she would personally fix our plates. Mind you we have been waiting for 55 minutes so far. She brings plates out didn't bring mine said I didn't place an order. So she said she would go fix it. Exactly 3 mins later she was back eggs over easy but the white was not done no ones hash browns where cooked. No refills on tea or coffee. No napkins. And the manger took off $15 and still charged us $48 and no one but the babys pancakes was finished could not eat it. Bacon was barely cooked. WORSE PLACE EVER...

We were there for 2 hours waiting we were trying to be patient. On our side only 3 tables that had customers. My family ate and was ready to go. And I never got my sandwich. I had to cancel my sandwich. Also one of our plates had sandwich meat instead of ham with our eggs. It looked like flesh sliced finely we called it mystery meat. Our waitress was doing her best but you can see how it effected her due to us having to wait as long as we did and the the "ham" that was served. She did her part and we did leave her a good tip. Unfortunately we will not be returning. Note: As we were leaving, another unsatisfied customer was asking to speak to a manager.

Well did not even come close to getting that experience. First off the waitress could never hear anything I was saying, had to repeat everything almost twice before it registered. Asked to confirm if the hot chocolate was still endless, did not know. Then after clearly making a point of hot chocolate being my drink of interest still was asked what I wanted to drink afterwards, got my hot chocolate which was super luke warm and surprised it could even be classified as a beverage. Also, when asked if I was ready to order the waitress kept trying to move away from the table as if the restaurant was super swamped, mind you, no one else was in this restaurant. When brought up that fact after I said only wanted the hot chocolate and nothing else since the horrible vibe I was picking up in this place. Her excuse? She had a lot of stocking to do, ok, but customers are what pay your bills and bring in business, not stocking? Apparently this place is not about the customer service at all. My mistake for trying to get something good to eat before driving home. Oh well, know not to stop by this place ever.

Ordered from DoorDash had no issue with her! It’s the lack of food that was sent out! I even called to speak to the manager but still waiting! The Meltdown had hardly any meat on it and I received about 6 fries. Not the first time I received this menu item but it will be the last! Lazy and thoughtless to prepare a meal that you’d normally send out to the dinning area that you send less than a standard size meal out for someone to enjoy at home! Yes my dog ate the meal wasn’t fit for me to enjoy it! So wish I could post a picture here to show you all how disgusting and upsetting the standards are for takeout.. btw still waiting for that call

Took much too long to place our order. Wait person seemed confused. There were only 2 other patrons in the restaurant at the same time. No salt or pepper on the table. Very uninviting atmosphere. Cooks were sitting at the bar area talking, laughing while we were waiting on our food.

2nd time eating there this month. 1st time was done in. After waiting in the front for 15minuts, my friend has to go to the kitchen and ask to be seated. We got lousy service. This time we ordered take out, it was bell done and burnt. The eggs that were suppose to be over medium were cooked all the way through. The hash browns are burnt and look and taste like they were re-fried , someone's left over, Saturday in grease and rock hard. The triple cheeseburger extra mayo, burnt, no cheese nor mayo. I would rather drive across town to the other one in Waco rather than give this place a 3rd try. Nasty burnt food, lazy employees that do t want to do their job and have bad people skills. They don't know how to clean nor how to wait on customers. .
