Love the food! I just want to say that it's a very slow service and the order taker was just going on and on about how many hours she'd been working, not getting a day off because the young co workers and prom and none of them want to work...All the while, she was not listening to us order. She kept saying ok and you wanted what...etc. I was just wishing she could get over it and take our order. Thank goodness the food was awesome! The interior is newly decorated and looks nice and they got a new cool soda machine.

Customer service was awful...😞 They need to retrain or put someone on register with better customer service skills. The wings were good but a bit too salty. Asked the manager why so salty he said probably because of the sauces they added. He did not offer a we can re-make them if you like just a proably..other than that the fries were deliciously made🍟..the place is well put together from the decor to the clean tables..floors & softdrink area.. that is the reason I gave them any 🌟.

After placing an online order we still had to wait for our food once arriving. Got all the way home to realize they didn't put the fries in with our order. Went back up there and still had to wait for our fries. Horrible service!!

If you value your time don't go here. Over an hour wait time some people wait 2 hours for a 6 piece wing combo. Very unorganized and makes wingstop brand look bad

Rude white women who appears to be a manager asked for something and she gave me a rude response and continued messing with the register and proceeding not to help me with what I needed and starting texting on her phone behind the register

Placed an order for it to be due at 11:15 when I got there place was closed and the mangers and csr ignored me didn’t let me know anything about my order or why they were closed early not only that I payed on the app so didn’t get food and wasn’t able to talk to anyone about a refund

We made an on-line order last night. When we arrived for pick up it took the cashier 15 minutes just to make eye contact and to inform me they were out of fries and the only substitutes for them were corn or carrots. I walked out.

Horrible service, messed up my order more times than they haven’t and they never apologize. I’ve worked in the service industry and I understand mistakes happen but no one handles them worse than the wing stop in bellmead.

UPDATE: SEPTEMBER 2025 GROSS GROSS GROSS. This place is in decline. They had about 60 wings in one fry basket (bulk frying), the store was disgusting, all sodas were unavailable. The manager on duty, Maria, seemed to be VERY out of touch with the needs of the establishment. I ordered wings on 6/10/2023. The wings and fries were PERFECT. Normally other WingStops have soggy fries with minimal seasoning and overcooked wings. This location had it going on. The sweet girl at the front counter (that handed me my order) was amazing. Kudos to her. Overall, great staff and food on this order.

Gross, Gross, Gross. Wingstops are getting worse everywhere. This location used to be the best, but now it's filthy, soda machine has zero sodas available, and the manager (Maria) seems to be completely out of touch with the restaurant needs. Get it together.

The district manager Raquel Crvenkovski has them cook alot of wings around noon, then they keep dipping them into the oil to reheat them. That why if you go around 4 to 5 pm they are dried up and hard!

We were waiting for 40 minutes, for what we were hoping to be a fresh 30 dollar meal only for it to be done for 20 minutes, my food was barley warm and had soggy fries wile oralia and all of her Co worker friend just hudel together talking instead of working and we were waiting inside at the nearest table to the counter so I dont know how they could of forgotten us. why even even ask for my name if you are not even going to call it when its done they were to busy talking and laughing instead of working wasted almost an hour of my time and wasted 30 bucks

Was placed on hold for 10 minutes. I called from my son‘s number and they immediately answered and took my order. I was advised it was a 51 minute wait picked my order up. I am bringing it home and the fries had to have been out for more than two hours as they were super stale.
