Came in on a rainy Saturday afternoon and the staff was very patient and nice. I asked about the smallest size, and the cashier showed me their “small” which was bigger than what I wanted for my 6yo, but she offered to split the serving into 2 smaller cups with the smaller size being perfect for children. Staff were quick to greet other customers and smoothie came out quickly.

I moved to Belmont a couple of months ago & I have to say this is my favorite Jamba Juice around. I specifically come back here because of Nick who always greets me with a warm smile and even remembers me & what I order! His demeanor is friendly and welcoming and it’s customer service like this that makes people return. Thanks Nick for always making my experience great here.

They’re constantly out of stock of the carrot and orange juice. The rest of the food and smoothies are good and usually in stock.

I go here quite frequently and have had nothing but a positive experience. Nick is always such a nice guy whenever I go. However, today another woman was there. I was waiting inside, saying hello, ended up calling the place to get her to finally come out. I don't think I'll be returning if anyone but Nick is there, unfortunately.

Very overpriced and the service is not great. Charging almost $7 for a single egg bite that was COLD in the middle is outrageous. Not to mention the slow service and also overpriced smoothies and juices ($10 for a small OJ). Going somewhere else next time.

Very average experience at this Jamba Juice, located in the Carlmont Village Shopping Center. Although we were the only customers there at 3:00pm, it still took over 10 minutes for 2 smoothies. Large and free parking lot makes it easy to find parking.
