Came in on a rainy Saturday afternoon and the staff was very patient and nice. I asked about the smallest size, and the cashier showed me their “small” which was bigger than what I wanted for my 6yo, but she offered to split the serving into 2 smaller cups with the smaller size being perfect for children. Staff were quick to greet other customers and smoothie came out quickly.
They are always willing to make my favorite smoothie from a million years ago.. bright eye blueberry!
This location is great, Toto and the rest of the crew do a great job and are very kind. Everything is done in a timely manner and always tastes great
I moved to Belmont a couple of months ago & I have to say this is my favorite Jamba Juice around. I specifically come back here because of Nick who always greets me with a warm smile and even remembers me & what I order! His demeanor is friendly and welcoming and it’s customer service like this that makes people return. Thanks Nick for always making my experience great here.
Arriving at my favorite Jamba juice place and having the person who attends you brighten your day is priceless. Toto, the manager, was kind, attentive and super helpful. now you have another reason to return to Jamba
Drinks and food are SO good. I got the Pomegranate Paradise, and it was fantastic. I DEFINITELY recommend this place.

I go here quite frequently and have had nothing but a positive experience. Nick is always such a nice guy whenever I go. However, today another woman was there. I was waiting inside, saying hello, ended up calling the place to get her to finally come out. I don't think I'll be returning if anyone but Nick is there, unfortunately.
They’re constantly out of stock of the carrot and orange juice. The rest of the food and smoothies are good and usually in stock.
Very average experience at this Jamba Juice, located in the Carlmont Village Shopping Center. Although we were the only customers there at 3:00pm, it still took over 10 minutes for 2 smoothies. Large and free parking lot makes it easy to find parking.
Very overpriced and the service is not great. Charging almost $7 for a single egg bite that was COLD in the middle is outrageous. Not to mention the slow service and also overpriced smoothies and juices ($10 for a small OJ). Going somewhere else next time.
I got a Jamba Juice classic smoothie and a cinnamon apple pretzel. I was really excited to eat it (and yes, they are very overpriced now). Fast forward about five hours, and I was hunched over the toilet at home with awful food poisoning. I ended up going to the ER for several dehydration. So, maybe think twice before going here. The food may not be refrigerated properly.
Horrible store for keeping hours. Once again closed an hour earlier than website stated. Hours are always changing and never posted on door.
Ordered a drink for pick up and it took me a little over 10 minutes to get there from when I ordered but they plain forgot to make my drink. Not good when you have a dog in the car on a hot day.
TERRIBLE!!! They don’t even deserve 1 star.I went order acai bowl around 4pm today. I got my order without spoon so I asked can I get one. He said their manager forgot to order the spoons and they don’t have it for the whole day!!! And he told me I can get somewhere restaurant around in that areas!!! Why are they even selling the items they don’t even have spoons to eat with?!? Don’t go there!!
Charged me twice, were super unfriendly when i wanted to check the charge and tried to have inappropriate conversation. Smoothie made me sick. Manager didn't wash hands after petting a dog in the store. Will never go to this shop again.
