Beautiful location. Had beautiful weather too!! Sat outside on the deck. Lots of activity watching the boats. Wait staff bringing boaters their orders right where they're docked. Lots of cool history posted all around!!! Food and drink enjoyable! When it was time to go, drove the car onto the ferry and crossed the lake! Very COOL!!!

Our large table (9 adults + a child) came in for a late lunch around 2. We were seated right away. Our server was very attentive and kind. The food did take a little long to come out, but everyone loved what they got. My fish sandwich was very good. My wife loved her shrimp avacado salad. Other hits at the table were the wings with the house special sauce and the fries and tots. I was surprised how much I liked everything given some of the other reviews. Of course YMMV.

We always visit the Casino when we are in town. Sitting outside is the best. We are right in the water. The ducks are playing and the boats are all over. Our server, Michelle was great. She was very friendly and attentive. The food is always so good. The Moscow Mules are a must have. We look forward to visiting again.

Really good food, good drinks, nice dock, service at your boat too. Does not excel at any one dish but is pretty solid all the way around. Reasonable prices for the convenience too.

The vibe is casual. View from the deck made it a perfect way to have dinner to end my vacation. Love all the menu options. Easy to park or go by boat.

We went there on a Wednesday night, so I can't speak for how crowded it gets on the weekend. Food was good and service was fast. Very cool atmosphere as we sat right on the water. They have multiple docks where people can order food right from their boat. I want to give a shout out to their staff for being extra attentive when a storm was coming in. We were finished with our meal but there were plenty of people in the middle of theirs as the storm approached. The staff talked to each of the tables and game planned to move everyone inside if needed. I know it wasn't their first time doing it but it was still nice to see a place care for their customers and experience.

I absolutely loved it there and it was my first time there. Atmosphere on the deck was breathe-taking. I wasn't a fan on the selection of food and for me the price was sorta high . Overall, I would recommend it to friends and family. My sister and a friend of our will diffinately be back

Don't get me wrong, I like this place. The view of the lake is why we go back. The food is good, the service is pretty good (they seemed slightly understaffed the last visit) and the price is ok. The outdoor seating deck could use some work, but is still nice enough. I will keep going back, as I think it's the best value for what you get up there on the lake in Bemus Point.

Sit on the deck, enjoy your dinner, watch the Ferry go back and forth (operating again May 27, 2021 after 3 years of refurbishment). Better yet, park in Stow, take the Ferry to Bemis Point, enjoy The Casino and everything else that Bemis Point has to offer, then take the Ferry back to Stow. A fun day !

It's not summer without visiting The Village Casino! The restaurant is right on beautiful Lake Chautauqua and the food is consistently delicious. (I recommend the wings/chicken lips.) Servers treat you like family. Don't miss this one!

First time here and it was great! Staff was friendly, and accommodated a large party that they weren't ready for. They have a large gluten free menu with endless options.

The server and staff was extremely nice and accommodating to my large party of 5 adults and 6 children. The outside deck is a great way to soak in the beautiful views of Chautauqua lake during our summer months. Food was on the smaller portion size for the price but I guess you’re paying for the location! Worth the visit for lunch or dinner! The Village Casino is a must for Bemus Point visitors!

Great food with a great view! Every dish is made with quality ingredients. Seating on the patio is limited but spaced out to enforce social distancing. Highly recommended!

This is a lovely place with generous indoor and outdoor seating providing a great view of Chautauqua Lake. Casual dining by land or lake with docking available to arrive by boat. Car parking can be difficult to find at times, but the Stow Ferry can bring you from across the lake right to the restaurant. The food has always been fresh, well made and original.

Fun place to have dinner at on the lake with great views. We came for their wings that we previously tried at the wingfest and they were just as goood as the first time. I'd recommend the signature flavour. I also tried a greek wrap which was super tasty. I did ask for no olives and got them anyway, but I didn't voice it to the server and just dealt with it. Once they noticed they were very apologetic and I'm sure they would've fixed it if I asked. Therefore I can confidently give this place 5 stars.

Great food and drinks. Very good, friendly service. Beautiful setting on Lake Chautauqua. Eat indoors or out over the water. This is not a casino for gambling. It was built and named as a live entertainment facility with live bands, food, and drink a long time ago; a casino. Highly recommended!

Such a unique experience! The drive up boat service was so fun! We were going to order via the QR code, but a waitress came out so fast we just ordered through her. The food was delicious and the service was fast. Will definitely be back!

Ok, so yes, the prices are high. But in today's world a lot of restaurants seem to be taking shortcuts to keep prices low. There are no shortcuts here, so at least you are getting what you pay for. I'm traveling from Binghamton to Columbus OH right now, and stopped here yesterday. What else to get when you're in western NY than chicken wings? At $21 for 12 I was a little skeptical of my decision. But, everything changed when I took the first bite. Literally the best wings I have ever had. Not too greasy, but greasy enough. Not to saucy, but full of flavor. These are wings you can find nowhere else in this country than western NY. My wife also said her burger was absolutely amazing. Lastly, the view was astounding. Right on the water, with a covered deck. It was actually raining on and off while there, so we were very thankful for the awning. Will probably be back on Monday on our way back home. 😂

Been here a few times. Food is solid. A tad overpriced in my opinion. But you are paying for the lakeside view more than anything. So no major complaints.

Food here is exceptional. They are famous for their wings and chicken lips (boneless white meat wings) and rightfully so. I am a patron of the Casino at least once a year. The service is a touch slow so don't expect to be in and out. There is also an average arcade to help entertain kids.

We docked here for an hour or two for some dinner and drinks. Our server was awesome and had our drinks in no time. The food was pretty good, but we came here for the enjoyment of hanging out on the boat.

Beautiful views by the water, definitely a mixed crowd that makes it interesting but a good spot for a quick bite and a beer (a little expensive for bar food but not too much more than you'd pay at your basic chain). The service was great, it was a beautiful day and it was Memorial Day so it was super busy but we were served pretty quickly and our waitress was fantastic!

Chicken lips delicious as appetizers. Good service. Crab cakes were light on crab and heavy on fill. My wife ordered shrimp tacos and ended up with fish tacos. They were very good with the corn and bean salsa, but not what she ordered.

Large menu& great location. You can pull up on your boat for lunch or drive-in like normal. This is an attractive night life seen for the locals. Sometimes that smell trickles into the lunch hour. Be careful around the bathroom areas it seems to always have moisture and slick floors. Food is OK, it’s a wings and beer place. Enjoy

First time dining here. It was a very busy weekend with the wing a thon. Had a really good cheeseburger on a pretzel bun. Wings were decent. Service was good considering all that was going on that day.

My wife and I had stopped off here for a nice cold one after hiking around Panama Rocks. The bartender was very friendly, and the building was just full of music history. To see the names like Tommy Dorcy and such who have played in the great hall just had me thinking what a thrill it would be to have seen such shows .

Jessica was awesome. Turkey sandwich had plenty of meat. Fish fry was ok. The fish was juicy but the breading was to hard. The fries and tots needed to be cooked just a little longer. We went on a Monday night at 615 at the end of summer and just walked in. It looks like they do a nice take out business by boat launch. I would come back again on my next trip to Jamestown.

We just had drinks here but I didn't hear any complaints from those who did have meals. And it's heyday. This must have been a hopping place. There's lots of historic information along the walls with photos of many big band era entertainers. I would love to have attended some of those events.

We've been coming to the Village Casino for years during our annual Chautauqua family vacations, and make sure to visit at least once. I've been to wing nights, live music, and even participated in the Guinness World Record held here. Tonight was a sunny Friday, we were helped within a minute of arriving and seated where we wanted outside by the docks. I ordered a berry mojito with Beef on Weck and tater tots. Everyone in the group was satisfied with their order and enjoyed watching the boats come in and out. Our server was also very kind and attentive without being overbearing. If sitting outside just try to get a view in front, the lake water on the side tends to be a bit stagnant.

Beautiful view of the water, service was good and the Rueben Sandwich I had was very good. The tater tots were crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. The end of summer is a nice time to visit since there are no summer crowds.

Great views of Chautauqua Lake and friendly service. We stopped in on trivia night and the host did an excellent job. We had a lot of fun. We tried the steak quesadilla, fish fry, and chicken wings. All the food was good, but not great. They fish fry was huge and came with 2 sides, but the fish tasted a little off. The wings were lacking meat on the bone and I wouldn't order them with the signature sauce again. Service from employees was great across the board and will definitely be back for more trivia, live music nights, and the excellent views.

Food and service are very average. Kids love it because there is an arcade inside and a park with a playground outside. Rustic, low stress environment, on the water. Great for boaters who can dock at the restaurant and come in or get wait service at your boat.

Nice atmosphere, waitress was accomodating, but food was a let down. 3 meals, all were mediocre.. 2 frozen cocktails tasted more like milkshakes than an al alcoholic beverage. It is an enjoyable place for location and atmosphere, just disappointed by the food.

The scenery and location on the lake is wonderful. The staff and waitress was also very fun and friendly. We ordered the Clams Casino - which was delicious, the chicken lips basket - excellent and very tasty sauce, and the french dip sandwich. The french dip was so disappointing I couldn't even finish it. The quantity of beef was almost nonexistent, a feature that was only rivaled by the quality, which was immensely poor, tough, chewy, and disappointing. Everything else was enjoyable, but the fact that they are charging 15 dollars for this type of sandwich was insulting.

While a beautiful view and usually a great place to go.....this time it took over 10 minutes to get our glasses of water which only came after our appetizer & after we asked where they were. The appetizer was tasty but cool in the center. The ketchup bottle was empty. We had to ask for a drink menu. The salad had almost no dressing on it and we were charged $1 for extra ranch which we ordered but didn't receive.

Nice location, it's fun to watch the boats and the ferry! My husband really enjoyed the fish tacos he ordered. I had the Ahi Tuna Salad, it tasted ok, but the tuna was definitely not fresh. Should have ordered a Hamburger. Nevertheless, if we ever come back to Bemus Point, we'll be back.

We came by for a drink. The view on the deck is beautiful, you are right out on the lake. The view itself was 5 stars. During covid we had to order food for the table. There were not any easy to order options for just grabbing a drink under covid rules. And the food didn’t look good enough that you would want to stay for a meal. We ended up ordering the chicken lips. I am still not sure why they were called this. They looked like random scraps of fried chicken, it was not obvious what part of the animal they came from. The service was just ok. For the price they are charging I’d suggest trying another place in town with better food.

We went for wings because we heard they were great, but they aren't. Our server couldn't give any description for the wing flavors and never refilled drinks. Service was pretty slow for the number of customers.

Our waitress was really nice! We started with drinks and side salads which were great! Very fresh. For dinner my husband and I both had the bang bang shrimp tacos… both dinners were awful. The shrimp was over cooked and barely Luke warm. Honestly seemed like freezer burned breaded shrimp had been deep fried hours earlier then kept barely warm under a light. They were served with tortilla crumbs and a single prepackaged guacamole that you buy at the store. For the price of $21 per dinner they could do much better than that. We explained to the waitress that it was not good but did not request a new meal or a reimbursement (that’s not in our nature). Unfortunately we were really looking forward to going there and learning about its history but would not return.

Our server was great, poor girl was practically running the place by herself but she did a great job. Food on the other hand could've been better. My uncle got a fish fry dinner which was sad, thin and dull looking fish. I got the roast beef on weck and roast beef was dry, our fries and wings were crispy. Cheese curds for the app were good, sauce that came with them was overcooked and like paste. Cocktails were 4/5 stars.

3.5 star. My Buffalo Quesadilla was so empty. Less than 1 tender on it for $15+ Great flavor, but total ripoff. Small glass of house wine $7 Good fish sandwich. Good tots. It was 90 degrees that day. They had windows and doors open with no ac. We were sweating while we ate inside trying to avoid the heat. Very nice staff. It wasn't busy at all. We had to wait 25 mins for our food. 15 mins for drink refills. 15+mins(we finally sent the hostess to find our waitress) for our bill after eating. The place was very clean.

Not a casino at all, if you are going for that reason don't. That being said, the food is pretty good and it is right on the water with great views and a huge ballroom and arcade. Overall a decent time but certainly not a gambling establishment (which was very disappointing). They have good live music as well and it is one of the only places open in Bemus Point in the offseason.

The food here is not good. It’s cheaply made, unseasoned. The bang bang shrimp was terrible, guacamole is in a package, chicken in quesadillas was boiled. Scenery and service were good the food had declined significantly.

This place has a really great atmosphere. Sitting by the lake is beautiful. However, the food left much to be desired. Of the three of us at our table, none of us enjoyed the food. It was all cheaply made and it was easy to see where shortcuts had been made. If you're looking for a great location this is your place. If you're looking for good food as well, look elsewhere.

1 star on my first review because we Waited on a Saturday for 25 minutes. No one ever came to take our order. We walked out. It was lunch time and it was NOT busy. Update. Went back for dinner the next Friday. Were seated, waited on promptly and had a nice dinner. Nothing special though. Nice place to sit outside.

Food was good for what I could eat. I had mentioned on 3 occasions to the waitress that I have a severe egg allergy. After waiting for quite some time for the food it came out and there was 3 items with my allergy in it. Two of which I specifically asked not to be in the meal. Nice place but terrible for allergies. When explaining to the staff that there was multiple things in my meal that would make me severely sick she simply said “well I told them not to put that…so…” definitely disappointed overall.

Went here for the experience of eating on the boat. Had the experience and am now over it. Pulling up to the dock and ordering and eating food on the water is cool but the food itself was distinctly unimpressive. The menu is bar food. We had heard the food was mediocre so we knew to stay with the basics. My husband got wings and I had a turkey blt. The turkey was processed meat (yuck!) Salt is a four letter word and apparently the only spice they (over)used. I mean seriously, I enjoyed salt on my food but it was almost like my food was added to salt. I could not get through the meal. The place appears to be run by teenagers and the service was slow and disorganized. Counting money is apparently a challenging task and needs adult supervision. Better idea.... bring your own food and eat in a quiet bay on the lake.

Very surprised at the experience we had here. Based on reviews and word of mouth, I was expecting a wonderful time, but it wasn't. I understand when folks go back to school staffing can be a challenge, but that happens every year, no? I feel as though management didn't adequately prepare for end of the 2024 season. I also understand this place is on the water, but I had to ask our table be moved from the windows to more toward the middle of the room due to the horrible amount of flies. We had them landing on our face, silverware... everything. I eventually took our empty glasses and used them as bait on our first table to keep the flies away from us and other tables. If it weren't the choice place for our birthday guest, I honestly would have not ordered and left. Our server was great, it wasn't her fault, but overall, not a place I'd travel 45 minutes for again. Shooing flies off my face kinda did it for me. It became a chore to enjoy dinner.

Hoping it will be better next time. Opening weekend and appetizer and food tasted like it had been sitting there. Not very warm. Very disappointed about that since we spent $100. Waitress was very friendly.

Food is overpriced. Food should be delicious at $20/plate. Casino chips stale, we complained about quesadilla and was ignored. The manager should have stopped over when there is a complaint. Steak panini had minimal steak on it. Very disappointing.

My husband and I dined here on vacation for our anniversary dinner. My burger and the firecracker shrimp were amazing. My husband liked the chicken wing dip a lot. He got the fish sandwich and it wasn’t that good. Our server Kylie was great - kind and quick to help us with whatever we needed. However, the night was ruined by the patrons around us. It was a bigger group of 20 something’s with a baby. They were loud and obnoxious. Every other word out of their mouths was the f word. They were horrible to Kylie and their conversations were highly inappropriate for the public, let alone with a baby in their group. I really wish they were asked to leave. There was also a girl that was totally wasted at the bar. She couldn’t even keep her head up. She was also causing a scene, screaming and cussing at some guy and no one did anything. Super uncomfortable. I debated just leaving. We were very excited to spend our anniversary at lake Chautauqua and took a while debating where to eat bc we didn’t know the area so to spend 135.00 for the experience we had was very upsetting.

I find it hard to understand how anyone enjoys this restaurant. This is my third visit, and it only seems to get worse. The wings were cold, the pretzel was stale and also cold, and the cheese sauce was lukewarm. The food simply isn’t good—it's as straightforward as that. $90 for lunch for two is wild to me.

It’s nice that there is docking on the lake. We were able to get a slip on a Friday night which was a bonus. That was the best part of the experience. The service was horrible and food was edible. We went inside to be sure that our order number and slip number matched and to be certain that it was being brought to us when ready. 20 minutes past the ready time, we went back in. The food had been sitting and the place wasn’t busy due to the later hour. We ordered a large serving of wings and asked for all flats. ( This was an option)We got mixed flats and drums, all in the same container with three different types of sauce now mixed due to packaging. There were 6 of us that ordered drinks that didn’t get filled though ordered. I was told that this was pretty normal, It just happens”. After two trips inside to prove that we ordered and paid for drinks, a server filled the drink order and helped bring it out to the boat. The servers were pleasant, just young without supervision. This was our first trip to the casino. We prepaid a 20 percent tip on a $200 bill. It will be awhile if we ever go back.

Food is way over priced and not great, 2 of us got salads strawberry chicken, southwest chicken salad was terribly over priced and all lettuce! The chicken was awful.. with no seasoning. I debated on to even eat it but so busy and didn’t want to wait any longer only ate a few pieces and left the rest. Table needed cleaned hostess said she’d come back to clean, ok so you need to train them on how to clean a table! The sprayer was on stream we all got sprayed and she said oh sorry it’s just dawn soap and water…. Also it didn’t even look clean when she was done. I think those tables need more than that! Prices are ridiculous we won’t be back.

I ordered a beef on Weck. Worse sandwich I ever had. Roast beef was old and tough. The roll was stale smashed and had no salt on it. Really sad for being on the lake!!!! Had onion rings on menu and didn’t even have them.

Went there today for late lunch, early dinner. There were three of us. Two of us had the shrimp/avocado salad and the other had the oriental chicken salad. All three were below average. The shrimp was rubbery; the lettuce...uck..iceberg...what?, no flavor; very boring and it was $13.49!! The chicken was tough. Horrible food. Why we didn't say something....I don't know. Our waitress was very nice. The soup was 'spring roll' which was tasty but nothing in it except broth and a few THIN veggies. There was no substance and it was $5.00!!!! Terrible!!! We visited someone there and they will never go there again and will pass this on to their friends and family. Worst meals I've had in a long time. Should have gone elsewhere.

If I could give it zero stars, I would. We are still sitting at the bar after easily 15 minutes without drinks. Maybe someone will come shortly so that we can tab out and leave. It is not busy and no one is behind the bar. Edit: After approaching the manager, it was taken care of. He offered a free round which was appreciated, but we probably won’t be back

12 of us came in, we are a mixed family white,black,blue,whatever! The hostess was very rude! The table she sat us at was so dirty menu very sticky and dirty. Chairs were stained with sticky stains. Food portions are small. Prices are too high for the quality of their food which is poor. Never coming again.

Horrible experience. Staff is racist and not even trying to hide it. Me and my girl who is black came in and greeted terribly. Very rude. We got to our table and ended up waiting 40 minutes to be served. We tried flagging down servers but they went out of their way to avoid us. Staff was giving us dirty looks. We left and will never come back. There is absolutely no excuse for service like this. Shame.

Our server, Candy, was the ONLY good thing about this place. The food was low quality, my buffalo chicken mac & cheese was lukewarm, and only had 1 good sized chunk of chicken in it. The rest was shredded beyond belief, in smaller pieces than you would find in a can. We were surrounded by no less than 2 dirty, un-bussed tables the entire meal. Shoulda gone to Bob Evans. Update: I recently found out from my mother (who paid for our meal) that our "friendly server" was anything but. About a week after our visit, she noticed that the amount charged to her card seemed high. Upon investigation, it turns out that the server changed the tip amount to give herself more than she was due. No wonder she was so happy- she's making more money than anyone else there by stealing from customers. Seriously, eat ANYWHERE else.

Worst overpriced food in one of the nicest locations possible. Went there to sit by the lake, and waited over 45 minutes after placing our food order before the waiter came by and asked if we had ordered food? He apparently lost the ticket. We then went inside to cool off while he "rushed the ticket through". We were about to get up and leave when he came out with our food 20 minutes later. I had the shrimp basket, which I could've bought at WalMart...fries were cold, cocktail sauce was actually frozen. Wife had the mahi mahi tacos which were terrible. Only thing nice about this place was the beer and the view. We won't be back.
