Sweet little bar, good beer, friendly service,and great music.

If in the old town Benidorm you have to visit Tony. He is a real gentleman welcoming you to his little bar. It's like stepping back in time. There is a mix of Spanish locals and holiday makers chatting to each other. My 7 year old grandson thinks he makes the best hot chocolate!!

This bar is a throw back to old times . People come here to chat and socialize in the old fashioned way. Antonio is the host and he's better than the tourist information office and is always ready to help. The drinks are cheap and good quality. People have been coming here for years as it's part of benidorm history and feels like home as soon as you walk through the door.

Toni is super friendly and makes everyone feel very welcome to his cosy bar. Loved by locals and holiday makers alike. Great prices and fantastic service.

What a lovely bar. Antonio is brill, must be cheapest bar in the Old Town. Visit if you in area, open 1200-5pm and 9pm till 0030.

What a fantastic little bar in the old town of benidorm. Found this bar about 8yrs ago and been in it 2 to 3 times a year ever since. Me and my wife have loved chatting to toni and met plenty over people there too. And have all become friends. The sad news is thou toni has had to take early retirement and shut the bar down. Benidorm won,t be the same with out this little gem in the old town

We called into Bar Rumbo, British Bar today 25/10/2023 for a well served drink, We were met by the owner of the bar Rumbo who was very friendly he also told us the history of the bar . Bar Rumbo as a traditional pub feel too it which is fantastic . This bar has been owned by the same family for over 40yrs which is amazing . Well worth a visit if you’re in Benidorm . There’s plenty of seating inside and also has a courtyard at the back which is very cosy .

What a wonderful find. Just outside our hotel run by a lovely couple. Very hospitable. Beautiful Italian lasagne tapas and amazing cocktails. Will definitely be paying another visit when we’re on holiday next time x

Definitely a bar worth visiting. Good value beers and cocktails and tapas in the evening. Staff are lovely and speak such good English. Definitely worth visiting on the edge of old town!

Had a very nice time in Bar Rumbo yesterday. This is a little boutique bar up the hill near old town’s Plaza Castelar and Sherry’s Bar. Run by Tony who is from Italy, he wants his guests to be happy! I had a couple pints and Tony made me a Limoncello Spritz which was amazing. Thanks Tony!

Desde que reabrió el local, sólo había probado los desayunos, que son muy buenos y están bastante bien de precio, pero el otro día probé los pinchos y me encantaron. Un trato exquisito y muy cerca de la playa.

No pensaba encontrarme con un lugar tan lindo y tan autentico en pleno centro de Benidorm. Me encantó todo, la vibra del lugar, Juani el chico que lleva el bar, la decoración, y los mojitos ❤️‍🔥 definitivamente se ha convertido en un lugar al que tengo que volver

Fui dos veces para desayunar muy buenos desayunos. También para tomar unas copas y tuve la oportunidad de escuchar cantar al camarero y me encantó. Muy lindo

Bar Rumbo is under new ownership. Antonio, a lovely young man from Napoli, is there with his equally lovely girlfriend and I think this bar is a hidden gem. Go and give it a go. They are creating their own amazing cocktails. Their limoncello spritz was the best I've had, clearly using high quality ingredients and beautifully presented. The nutella martini was something else! Great music and conversation. This is a cut above! Buona fortuna Antonio!

We love this little gem! We stumbled across it about 6 years ago and visit every time we are in Benidorm. Antonio/Tony is so welcoming and always has time for a chat. His grandparents used to live in Liverpool, 2 blocks up from where I used to live! It’s a small world! Lots of interesting photos and news articles on the walls. Worth a visit but it is off the beaten track.
