Very good pizza, though not a place to sit and eat really, located in a gas station, so it's not your usual restaurant. Aldo's is still well worth trying, I'd advise getting the pizza well done though, as it can be greasy.
Definitely new york style and is really GOOD! I stopped by to try out a slice and ended up calling back to order a whole pepperoni pizza for dinner.

Amazing spot and phenomenal service , this absolutely lovely lady helped me decide and provided the most excellent service I have ever experienced , she was such a thrill to talk to as well as friendly/hilarious —in my opinion I think she deserves a raise for going above and beyond ! I didn't realize it was inside a store, but the pizza was very good. I really liked the taste of the Italian sausage and how it was sliced. Very tasty!

I ordered this on Uber eats. I haven't heard of it before. Im not from garner. It had a special you get a free slice of cake. So I was sold. I had no idea this place was in a gas station before I ate it. I am a pizza snob from ny btw. Living in nc for the past 6 years. This has to be the best pizza I have had in the triangle. Amazing ny style with a perfect cook on the bottom and a great perfect crisp. Reminds me of home.
Finally, good pizza in Garner!!! Great New York style pizza, and they deliver! We will be back certainly.
It is not some place you would expect to find a decent slice of pizza but it was a pleasant surprise. Very friendly and cost was better than expected. I can't tell you to go for the ambiance and atmosphere because it's inside a little store. But for the price and taste worth it.
I came in the other day and the food was amazing. The girl working the cashier that day was very attentive, helpful, and kind. Nice workers are rare these days, and she was a breath of fresh air. She deserves a raise. I will be returning, especially cause of the service. :)
When I saw that Chanelo's had been replaced, we had to try it out. Aldo's is fantastic! Pizza is wonderful, with tasty sauce and plentiful toppings; stuffed shells are really good; garlic knots are fresh and tasty; and the cheesecake and cannolis are delicious. They fill the cannoli shell while preparing the rest of the order, so the shell is always crispy and fresh (unlike prefilled, which are soft and chewy). We're happy to have such a great NY pizza place here in Garner!
The baked ziti is amazing! Reasonably priced and prepared quickly. Plenty of cheese which is perfect!🤌🏻
The pizza here is great. The cheese is good quality. We've also had the chicken parm, the lasagna, stromboli, and cheesecake, and all were good. Fast service, and the people are nice.
Very Fast and Polite Service. The Toasted subs are Excellent! And the fries are as well. The Prices are very reasonable. In my opinion a hidden Gem. I'm so glad I stopped in and found this Gem. :) Will be back Very soon to taste other menu items.

Don't let the fact that it's in a gas station fool you, this pizza is delicious!! Best NY style pizza I've had in Garner. The staff is very friendly and the prices are reasonable. This will be our new spot for pizza.
This may be the most dangerous thing to happen to me in a while. I had given up on Chanelos due to poor service and low quality pizza. And then one day…Aldo’s suddenly appeared. Bright, clean atmosphere and smiling faces. I had the opportunity to give it a first try for dinner this evening, and man, this is the best NY style pizza I’ve ever had. And it’s right across the street from our house. There goes the diet, but worth every penny!!
Tried this place on the first day they opened after replacing Channelos at the same location, the food was bussin, pizza was cooked to perfection. The philly steak sub was very good and cheesy. And their inside counter is so much cleaner than what the previous people had. Will definitely order here again when the craving for pizza and a sub comes back!
Pizza is tasty, but needs more sauce. Chicken parm was pretty good (7.5-8 out of 10), garlic knots are better than most places. For the price and location, this is a solid spot. Just please add more sauce to your pizza! Other reviewers had said the same thing.
We live near Aldo’s. We think the pizza is so tasty. I am giving them a bad review because we ordered a Hawaiian pizza and there was little to no ham. Ham!!!! That is all that was missing. Give them a try. Put ham in the pizza!!!!
Pizza is very good, but make sure you ask to cook it longer because the slices of mozzarella cheese aren’t completely melted. Mozzarella sticks could be fried a bit longer for extra crispiness and cheese melting. Do NOT order chicken parm sub - the cutlet is sliced thin and in quarters and then way overcooked so you can’t chew it - had to throw away. Wings were good. Garlic knots are bit tough, but they’re not horrible. This place could be awesome!
Very expensive thin crust pizza. Not as good as Chanellos. Pastas taste like Stouffers for double the price.
Order from door dash the calzon didn’t have what I order in it and the meat that was in it was not cooked correctly. The cake had white stuff on it like a lump on one part of the cake and the cake had no flavor what so ever.. My stomach hurts after the few bites I took and I see that there’s a lot of good reviews I don’t get why my food was messed up
