We looked for a great trattoria for our stay-over night in Bergamo and we found it in Parietti. Great, no: superb quality of food. Authentic building. Great staff and hospitality and all at a very reasonable price. We will come by again if around.

If you can live with the consequences of potentially getting a parking ticket as there’s nowhere to park, Trattoria Parietti will deliver the most glorious of them Bergamaschi dinners/lunches for you. Wonderful staff, cosy atmosphere and delicious food that left me hungry for even more of their menu (despite the food coma I was in). Next time I’ll visit for lunch with a larger group of folks so we order the entire menu 🥳🤸

Delicious meal, come from United States & after research made reservations months in advance. Place was packed with ppl. Food was Fabulous & Service as well. Polenta was Super Fabulous. Definitely a place for the books. Mix cheese perfect! Go to this establishment to experience Quality Food

Incredible beautiful restaurant with delicious local food, friendly staff, good prices and even an english menu. If you are by chance in Bergamo citta Alta, take the time to walk or take a cab here, you will not regret it! Gets busy, best is to reserve a table, but if you show up at opening, you still have high chances to get a table.

Have dined here twice during my trip to Bergamo, what a pleasure. Great range of dishes on offer, including traditional specialities like taragna. Vegetarian options available, very limited on vegan. Affordable wines by the carafe, very welcoming and down-to-Earth hospitality. Two considerations- it can get quite noisy, so my older hard-of-hearing companions were frustrated in being able to follow conversations, and secondly, if wearing heels it’s advisable to be dropped off at the entrance while the driver finds parking a few hundred metres away around the corner. These do not deter from my 5-star rating though - the food, ambience and service were all exceptional!

I am between 3 and 4. Nice place, big portions. Lots if oil in thé dishes. Feels home made, with quality products. Thé place was full with locals. You need to book in avance. Beautiful interior, but too hot inside of a summer day.

The level of discrimination at this restaurant it incredible. The first time we went there with our italian friends. They made the reservation, everything was fine, the food was mediocre and the waiters are looking at you like you're a peasant, but at least we got a table. After that, a few weeks later I wanted to book another table just for me and my girlfriend, to celebrate her birthday. When I called, and they heard I speak english, they just hang up. I called again, and the woman said "yes please", I told her I want to make a reservation and she hang up again. What is wrong with these italians who, when they see you're a foreigner, they change their behavior completely and start being completely rude and disgusting.
