I definitely don't like much starbucks food . Environment is good but bathroom was disgusting but it was nice place to stay and drink your coffee. Updated: service is good but bathroom I don't know if I can call it dirty as how it looks but how it smell. I am not even sure than coming to this restroom to wash hands will make my hands clean afterwards. There is a stinky smell impregnated in the bath room. I recommend you to go another bathroom before coming here or wait until you leave this place and go to your home for a restroom. That bad is

This place has gotten Awful … I’ ve been coming here for years and the last year or two have been far worse than the past . They are crowded which I understand, but compared to every other local starbucks, way behind. They recognize people and still have piles of orders and make regular customers wait excessive times, they also have a worker just sitting on the ipad while she’s able to make drinks. It’s gotten too slow here and it’s unbearable. That’s not even accounting for the drinks being wrong which happens 1 out of 5 times for me on a simple order of iced coffee. please please please do something to improve this !!

Beware you will wait forever to get your order. Coffee tastes burnt too. We went through the drive through and it took about 20 minutes. Probably the slowest Starbucks I’ve ever been to. Will not be coming back.

$7 for a drink that is 90% ice??? Is this what we’re accepting as normal nowadays? Scam and complete rip off. Always get my coffee from dunkin and took a risk today by getting starbucks and I now remember why I don’t order from here anymore. Besides that, I will admit that anytime I’ve ever went to this starbucks in particular, the workers are always extremely kind and have good vibes. And for that and that alone, I will give an extra star. Will not be spending my money here. Foolish move on my part! Do better Starbucks of Bethpage — and Starbucks as an entirety for that matter.

What a terrible Starbucks. Workers are all super slow. The one worker that stood out was one named Steven but not for his fast or outstanding work but how extremely slow and clueless he was😂. I ordered a basic drink and he didn’t even know what to do or what I was talking about, took forever to actually place my order because of him. Then he had to ask everyone else on how to make the drink which is hilarious since he’s been here for 3 or more months now since I see him on previous times I’ve came in. Drink tasted nothing like what I ordered so I threw it out in front of him. Honestly if you’re gonna hire just anyone that lacks skills at least hire someone that’s faster and knows what they’re doing.

WORST PLACE EVER!! Whether there’s a drive thru line around the building or the ONLY car, the wait time is intolerable. Our friends and family drive 15 mins to a Starbucks in another town to avoid this one. When will the management step up? I see the same exact response to every bad review on this platform. We don’t care either Starbucks!

I placed a mobile order for one Madeleines cookie and a grande cappuccino, but it took 20 minutes to receive. I’ve been a loyal Starbucks customer for 10 years, and this was the worst experience I’ve had.

I just wanted to get a drink I wait more than 30 minutes and this is not the first time, each car wait until 8-10 minutes to order what you want. I really don’t recommend to go to this location.

The most disgusting Starbucks ever went to! Waiting for a coffee over 10 minutes while watching the drive thru cars go by m, the Indian lady manager could not care less! No customer care skills either! At the end walked out without coffee!

Ordered a frappe today from this location, and it was the worst frappe I’ve ever had. We attempted to return the frappe back and ask for an exchange and they tried to charge for another drink instead of accommodating to the customer. I didn’t want a refund or to the keep the drink, I simply wanted a good quality frappe. They ended up making a new one the 2nd time coming in and asking, still the new drink was horrid. Both times It tasted like water and ice no flavor at all, even attempted to switch flavors thinking it was a flaw in the drink. For the amount of money spent for these drinks, they should be made properly. It’s clear that the employees do not follow the drink manual with measurements. I never write reviews but this one had to be written.

I bought coffee in the morning. But it was not fresh, so dark, old. I ordered pike. So 30mins later I went back store for change my coffee. The worker, he refused to charge coffee. So I requested throw out then refill and charge . He said only drinking in store for refill. I always buy coffee only Starbucks. That store was terrible. So mean. Bad services.
