Walked over from the hospital and it was a pleasant experience. Everyone seemed so happy and kind. Rosey was wonderful and funny and our coffee was made just how we like it. The wait wasn't long at all and the location is clean. If we are ever around that area again we will definitely be stopping by this Starbucks.

I ordered through the drive through and the transaction was very smooth. There's a long line of cars depending on the time of the day it seems. The person at the window was very friendly and order was made quickly.

This group is always nice, friendly, and knowledgeable, they work very well as a team, great job😀 I had ordered caramel frappe The sweetness and was so satisfying it was beautifully made and topped with a mountain of cool whip (I love cool whip). The balance of Carmel and coffee was so perfect..... I've always loved this location, but since moving back to Bethpage in May, I've grown to love it even more. The staff is so friendly! They remember your name, offer a great early morning experience when most people don't want to be bothered without being annoying. Drive thru can get a little backed up but I've changed my ordering to mobile which is usually always accurate on time. Drinks are consistently correct and as always, delicious :) !

Quick service, helpful and friendly staff in a clean shop. The drive thru always has 2-3 cars and its non stop busy. We sat inside by the window and there are 6-7 tables, fairly roomy as some other coffee shops are not.

Quick service and accommodating staff. Good amount of seating space. No wireless charging area and not really a sit all day and study/read/do work kinda spot. Always recommendable to order via the app ahead of time.

Visited the Starbucks while in Long Island staff was super friendly. My little daughter dropped her cookie in the parking lot, and Amy did not hesitate to provide a replacement, even recalled my name!!! Which is impressive as it was my first time ordering. They worked quickly with the driver thur order. I had opted for a mobile in-store pick up. THANKS AMY, for saving me from a toddler meltdown 🫶🏼💞

5/13/22 This Starbucks is always busy and they work very hard. I had the nicest barista working outside the drive through taking orders. Was through the drive through in less than 5 mins!!!

I go to this Starbucks location at least 2 days a week and every visit is fantastic. Although crowds can often be very populated, they finish my drink within 2 minutes EVERY SINGLE TIME! This is my favorite Starbucks location in Long Island, and I wish every Starbucks had service like this!

With my appreciation I say thank you to Xavier the manager. Xavier resolved my dilemma of my $50.00 gift card, successfully loaded to my app, I didn’t save the receipt and at first purchase it showed a zero balance. The card was purchased using cash. I called the number in the back of the card to confirm the $50.00 was loaded AND showed a zero balance. A glitch? Who knows. Xavier in his good will honored the $50.00 to my card. I was so grateful that I in turn used the gift card only at this location. Well except once where I purchased a coffee at a different location.The moral of my story is to of course save the gift card receipt even after loading it to the Starbucks app but especially for the first use of the card. I am grateful at Xavier’s resolve. It was a large sum of money too. Xavier was very professional toward my customer interaction . Thank you Xavier you had a positive impact on my customer experience .

Have to say one of the best Starbucks around- funny considering I do not drink the coffee, however wife and 3 daughters do-- so to say I am there OFTEN is an understatement- over the years I have seen employees come and go, however the quality of work is always the same. Whoever manages this place needs to know they have some of the most exceptional employees- I have seen some very questionable behavior from customers ( I do not think- no, I know) I would not handle the situations as well as these employees do- it is not often but it has happened. Employees are good at what they do, and they deserve to know they are appreciated- ( I really believe that and not just because my wife is telling me to write that)

For service, I gave it 3 stars. I ordered Caffe Latte, and after ordering it, I asked for one sugar package, and she said we don't give them out. Really? When I had paid for the coffee, at the checkout, she asked me if I wanted sugar? and I said no. After the coffee was done, I felt I needed sugar, but they do not give out sugar?! I don't get it? but reluctantly, she gave me the suger. Other than that, the coffee was delicious! Just make sure you bring your own sugar 😏

Always good coffee from the baristas who work here. However, the tanned skin lady with the red hair think her name tag said Mya or something similar had such a miserable attitude when she handed me my drinks. Literally she didn’t take my order, and wasn’t making the drinks, she was just waiting for the drinks to be made to hand them to me so what is she so mad about ? Definitely shouldn’t be customer facing if you hate dealing with people, especially polite people who are loyal to your place of work. Good coffee though! lol

Great little starbucks location. Feels like a secret spot because it's just off the turnpike and really isn't noticeable from there. Always clean. Bathrooms are clean also. Staff is always courteous. It would be a 5 star spot if it were just a little bigger

This Bethpage Starbucks location is about the best around the area. Quick, efficient, well organized and knowledgeable.

Starbucks is great, staff are friendly. However if you are looking to get in and out be careful as the drive thru can take forever especially since it wraps completely around the building. Sometimes it is faster going inside to order.

The people that work here are great, Dan the man, "Ciao Bella Janette" etc the best..... The managers are a complete different story.. They are the absolute worst of then worst.. I constantly had to argue with them about my wifes drink, to the point where a regional manager had to finally step in they were wrong... Throw in the fact that this Starbucks literally makes money non stop as evident by their never ending drive thru line.. I would love to know how this place is CONSTANTLY out of items such as sleeves and/or stoppers.. I'd throw that in there with the managers again... Everyone already knows Starbucks coffee cups are designed horribly, coffee/brown nose anyone? I mean they should give away free car washes after having to drive home with 3 cups of coffee in a tray without stoppers. 90% of the workers are awesome.. But this place needs a COMPLETE overhaul when it comes to managers

Weekday crew is phenomenal. I've never had issues with my order and the baristas are super friendly. Weekend crew is hit or miss on getting your order correct, not very courteous, and much slower on delivery.

The associates here are very friendly and always helpful. It is a very busy location and they often struggle to keep up with orders so it is easier to order through the app and just walk in, pick up and go. The drive thru line is always way to long and makes it hard to get into the parking lot at times.

Fast service. A bit dangerous exiting. Drive threw and the parking lot exit together, so beware you will sometimes have a car exiting the same driveway on the side of you & someone will need to yield. So have your idiot sensor on. You'll need it

I definitely don't like much starbucks food . Environment is good but bathroom was disgusting but it was nice place to stay and drink your coffee. Updated: service is good but bathroom I don't know if I can call it dirty as how it looks but how it smell. I am not even sure than coming to this restroom to wash hands will make my hands clean afterwards. There is a stinky smell impregnated in the bath room. I recommend you to go another bathroom before coming here or wait until you leave this place and go to your home for a restroom. That bad is

This place has great customer service. However the person who prepared my coffee was sick she looked sick as well and was coughing all over the place while she made my drink . I had to pay for the original drink I purchased & threw it away because I did not want to be rude and tell hershe coughed all in my coffee. That is how germs spread

I order the simplest thing every time. coffee w light ice. I try to be in and out quickly cause I'm usually on the move or busy with work, and it seems like every time I end up pulling away with a cup that's 75% ice. cmon man HOW. I get it if it happened once or twice but its like for the past 2 months the store has completely given up on this simple concept. if im paying 4 dollars for a damn coffee, please PLEASE make sure its not a glorified cup of water within the first 30 minutes in this heat.

A little upset I come here almost all the time and one day they seem to get my order right and the next it’s like they don’t add the syrup to my coffee which makes it taste so gross and bitter. It is at an extra cost too for the syrup very upset because now I don’t even want the coffee I just ordered.

I have never had a good refresher from this Starbucks. The water to flavor ratio is always super off, leaving you with a weird watered-down drink with nothing to desire. It doesn't help that the water tastes dirty, but considering this location's proximity to Gruman, this is no surprise.

This Starbucks used to be on-point before the pandemic - ran like a well-oiled machine. Not anymore. My main issue now is they cannot measure the correct amount of milk to put in my coffee. I order on the app or go into the store and ask for a "splash" of milk (which is a specific measurement at Starbucks). They consistently get it wrong Every Time. It's as if they were trained improperly bc nobody could consistently screw it up that much. My coffee comes out lighter than a pair of khakis.

This place has gotten Awful … I’ ve been coming here for years and the last year or two have been far worse than the past . They are crowded which I understand, but compared to every other local starbucks, way behind. They recognize people and still have piles of orders and make regular customers wait excessive times, they also have a worker just sitting on the ipad while she’s able to make drinks. It’s gotten too slow here and it’s unbearable. That’s not even accounting for the drinks being wrong which happens 1 out of 5 times for me on a simple order of iced coffee. please please please do something to improve this !!

Sorry, I've been here many times. I have to check the drinks after I leave the drive through window. The last straw was yesterday at 4:45pm when I ordered a Chai Tea Misto and was given a coffee. I turned around went into the store and the barista argued with me that tea misto means coffee. I left the drink on the counter and called the Starbucks Customer Service number. The person was nice, said they would investigate but I really dont expect anything. Will NEVER go to that Starbucks store again.

I ordered a peppermint white mocha with almond milk. Of course I received peppermint mocha. They never get this drink correct. It’s not for me or else I’d taste before leaving. Slowest coffee shop drive through ever! Went inside because I didn’t want to wait for the usual 20 minutes at least 5 employees looked at me passed the register where I was standing with no acknowledgement. I decided to leave, Bye! THE WORST!!! I’m a very good customer, I come here twice a week, the place inside is EMPTY one guy is helping the window and a woman is arranging some of the syrup bottles. I’m waiting to order, she sees me but keeps making believe she is super busy. I say hello and still not even a reply. Coffee is not cheap, if you are unhappy with your job go home, alot of people need jobs.

Ordered 3 drinks and waited for 15 minutes. Got the three drinks 1 of them was a dark roast which was fine, except for the fact I had to ask them for it since the girl ringing me up forgot it. The black iced tea lemonade was just poured into the cup without shaking it in the shaker (and yes this makes a huge difference for the flavor). The third drink was a Starbucks double shot that aside from just being butchered according to recipe standards tastes like dirty old espresso. Will happily go out of my way to a different store no matter how close or convenient this one is.

What a terrible Starbucks. Workers are all super slow. The one worker that stood out was one named Steven but not for his fast or outstanding work but how extremely slow and clueless he was😂. I ordered a basic drink and he didn’t even know what to do or what I was talking about, took forever to actually place my order because of him. Then he had to ask everyone else on how to make the drink which is hilarious since he’s been here for 3 or more months now since I see him on previous times I’ve came in. Drink tasted nothing like what I ordered so I threw it out in front of him. Honestly if you’re gonna hire just anyone that lacks skills at least hire someone that’s faster and knows what they’re doing.

WORST PLACE EVER!! Whether there’s a drive thru line around the building or the ONLY car, the wait time is intolerable. Our friends and family drive 15 mins to a Starbucks in another town to avoid this one. When will the management step up? I see the same exact response to every bad review on this platform. Ordered a frappe today from this location, and it was the worst frappe I’ve ever had. We attempted to return the frappe back and ask for an exchange and they tried to charge for another drink instead of accommodating to the customer. I didn’t want a refund or to the keep the drink, I simply wanted a good quality frappe. They ended up making a new one the 2nd time coming in and asking, still the new drink was horrid. Both times It tasted like water and ice no flavor at all, even attempted to switch flavors thinking it was a flaw in the drink. For the amount of money spent for these drinks, they should be made properly. It’s clear that the employees do not follow the drink manual with measurements. I never write reviews but this one had to be written.
