Let me start by saying... waitress was awesome. Quick and attentive. My issue was that I walked in for a quick bite, but there was nobody at the front desk, and noone was even on the floor! I waited ten minutes before anyone came out of the back. Once I was seated, the young lady was great and made sure I got in and out quickly. I did the $8.99 burger special - wasn't impressed. It is what it is.

Generally a nice crowd and friendly though inexperienced staff. The food is decent, but hey, breakfast is served all day long, which is IHOP’s specialty. Coffee is brewed fresh.

The food was cooked perfectly and our server Leslie was very kind and how. The only thing was the wait for the food was rather long considering it was just simple breakfast food. It was nice and clean on the inside with it looking like it had a recent remodel.

Very nice looking IHOP. I cant complain, I came in at 1120am, waited only 5 minutes before I sat down. My server came pretty quick. The food did take sometime, no fault in my opinion of the staff, it was after all their peak hrs. Food was delicious and came out how I wanted. I was extremely happy to see their corn beef hash was really corn beef and not the canned version like some diners.

Didn't even know this IHOP was here, and judging by the open tables 9:30 on a saturday morn..im not sure many others do either. Came across it on accident on my way out of the tri-county lot. Pretty on-par with most other as far as service and food quality, but what set it apart was the lack of wait for a table and the waitress REALLY being on her game for condiments before the meal came out and refills. She even said we could leave the bill at the table to save a trip to the register.

I don't go to iHOP very often but the times I've gone they haven't disappointed and have been consistent but this time the pancakes were not as I remember. Not sure if it's location or cook but these were smaller and less fluffy. Chicken biscuit had good flavor but was dry. It could've used more of the gravy.

Went here around 5 PM. We were seated and I looked around and noticed that about 8 tables had not been cleaned off. Just food, dirty plates, and glasses. It wasn’t until after 20 minutes before someone came out to clear them. All while using the same dirty rag wiping down all the same tables, which made me question how clean our table was. Service was very slow, but I can’t blame the waitress being she is the one I saw in the entire place, so she was getting hammered taking all the tables and bringing the food to everyone. The place looks in pretty bad shape. Water leaking from the ceiling into a cups on the floor. The seats were worn and torn. The food was OK, but for the prices they charge, it’s cheaper to eat at other places for breakfast food. In all I saw only 4 people woe,ima the entire place at dinner time.

The food was brought out sloppy and ham and cheese omelets came out made with chess on top of the eggs. The pancakes were cold even though we were offered a hotter stack. The dining room was not clean in areas last night stains were visible. I am one that love coming to IHOP but this experience has made me change my mind. The service is a one.

Hit or miss. Some nights it’s fine, standard ihop fare with decent service and a reasonably short wait. Some days you order a special pancake and it’s missing almost everything that makes it special. You mark yes for utensils and condiments, receive none of either. Your food with missing ingredients, utensils and butter/syrup somehow arrives both early and cold. Ordering or dining at this location is a gamble. It can be acceptable or they can treat you like dirt. I’ve gotten both heads and tails here. Editing to add more detail: I ordered the cookie butter pancakes. They had the biscoff crumbs but otherwise may as well have been the basic, plain pancakes. No cookie butter as in the photo. No whipped cream as in the photo. Nothing on the side. Not a single packet of butter. I feel as though I were scammed, I didn’t receive what I paid for. Follow up: I received a call from a manager, I think, regarding the order. He said he plans to speak to the staff about paying better attention to order details and offered a full refund.

We got seated right away, the place was not busy. Our server was not attentive. She brought out our food and no utensils. After 5 minutes my husband got up to get utensils. I mean I get it that you are under staff but the place was not busy. My husbands T-bone steak was not cooked as he requested therefore thats a negative. Our pancakes were cold. Our coffee was Luke warm. The bathroom was in need of TLC. Honestly I won't be going back to this location. By the way they are hiring in this location just FYI.

We came on a Sunday midday, it was very empty here. It took half an hour for someone to come to our table to take our order and he got our order wrong. It took another hour for the food to come out and the server brought the dishes at different times. The portion sizes are INSANE for around $20 per person the portion sizes were so small. We will avoid this place at all costs. Don’t give them your money.

The worst staff works here. Horrible and the absolute worst service for delivery drivers. Waiting 20 minutes for order that it says was supposed to be picked up 15 minutes ago. I arrived 5 minutes before pickup time. Staff doesn't even ask to check the name of the order and ignores me for 20 minutes while seating 10 customers who came after me. Same service for 2 years now. Why would I deliver for 3 dollars when the wait time is 30 minutes and then I have to drive also after that. $3 dollars for 45 minutes slave work

This is the worse IHOP to go to in Nassau county. They have terribly understaffed. The host is the same one who was running out the food. I went there this morning and it took me 40 minutes to get my drink and who knows how much longer it wouldn’t have taken me to get my food, I don’t know I left after sitting there for 40 mins. I put the order for my food and drinks at the same time as soon as I got a waiter, which took about 30 mins for someone to even ask me if I want a drink. If you guys can’t afford Staff, please just close down the location.

😓 Refills, no more, I can only ask for a glass of water, and I waited for a long time for the water to be delivered. Burgers choke me, I need this water! 😢😢😢😢 If you ask me where this store is good, ice water is the best. Please improve service quality, table cleanliness, food preparation process.
