The service was exceptional. Very quick service. The food, I only eat hash browns, apple pie or fries along with a cold drink when going to McDonalds. Everything generally meets expectations

The service at this location was fast when we went to the drive thru. They gave us napkins without asking. Not all McDonald's do that. Lastly you cannot beat the $3 menu where you get 6 nuggets and small fries!

Hispanic lady that was at the register at exactly 719 on 4/25 was grace under pressure. Work with customers for 30 years she's a keeper. Calmed down a 300lb grubhub dude. Was friendly and kind.

When you are busy and have no time to stop and eat, good ‘ole McDonald’s is always there. Yes, it’s fast food, but why not indulge once in a while, especially when one is busy and short on time. Drive through service was very fast, friendly and efficient.

This is a great McDonald’s. It’s very clean. The workers are nice and always get the order correct. The food tastes really good here, might just be because I was starving to death but it was delicious at this location. They’re nice and quick. Drive thru is packed sometimes but they keep the line moving.

Great service. I ordered through the app and chose curbside pickup. Not only was the employee friendly, he let me choose the dipping sauce I wanted for my chicken nuggets. Once I opened the bag I noticed there already were dipping sauces in ths bag.

Decided to go inside because there were already a few cars in the drive through. Inside counter service was quick and friendly. Front area looked a little small. They have a little playground out front for kids.

Placed an order on the app for pick up due to the long line at the drive thru. The app let me place the order for pick up and gave me an order number. I get to the door and it's locked with a handwritten sign saying they close the lobby at 9pm. I knock on the door for assistance and am given a hand gesture to use the drive thru. Waste of my time. Had to join the drive thru line since curbside and getting it myself was not an actual option. Got home and I am missing a 4 piece chicken nugget... Update Annabelle reached out to me and made things right. Changing score from 1 star to 4 stars. If you're reading this, Thank you Annabelle.

This is one of the most popular Mickey D's in the Levittown area. There is always long lines at the drive thru, especially on weekends. The food is fresh and the overall decor is clean and well maintained. Can be a bit slow at times when it is crowded. If you like the typical fast food fare, this one will not disappoint

So I have to McDonald's very close to me 1 is like 3 minutes away from you the other is like maybe 7 minutes away from me but the one that's 7 minutes away from me every time I go seems like always is the freshest I get my food and it's always hot the one that's closer to me by time I pull out of the driveway I want to throw the fries away take me to one or two bites of my burger.. this location is great food is always nice and hot fries always nice and crispy even though it's a little further away I'm always there not always but you know what I mean LOL

This McDonald's is fairly solid. The food is consistent, though if possible I'd recommend eating in, rather than going through the drive-thru. I'd say they are generally good at getting your order right, though like most fast food places large orders can be a bit fickle. The food is completely average, what one expects from a place like this. The prices are solid. You probably know exactly what you're getting when you come here, and it will meet the expectations of a McDonald's location. The new renovations are very nice, I imagine the play place area is very nice for young children. All in all, you can do a lot worse, but this isn't some amazing experience obviously.

For a burger and fries with a drink, way over priced. You could sit down at a decent restaurant, spend less and get more for your money. Don't think anyone could make a thinner burger. It's quick, if that's what you're looking for.

I know you always gotta deal with fast food places getting an order wrong sometimes, but nowhere has been adept at doing just that as of late as this Macdonalds on Hempstead tpk in Levittown.

Slow service.. Waited like 5 minutes for someone to take our order inside and about 14 minutes for the food to be done (so much for FAST food) May not be McDonalds fault but kids (around 13) cursing up a storm (which I hady 12 year old with me and my husband) and calling each other Jews for not paying for them. One included a worker just coming on shift. Oh and tables were so sticky that I went to the bathroom and got a towel with soap and water and clean the table myself. Not going to this McDonalds ever again!

This place is beyond nasty and disgusting. Please don't go there at any cost. They had the most disgusting sandwiches and fries. Meat was rotten and I asked them to change the sandwich for me and the manager said.... Take this sauce and add extra it will change the taste. Even the second sandwich had rotten lettuce inside....on top that they had dead mosquito and a house fly inside the restaurant. Nassau county health department should take notice of this restaurant and shut this resturant down. Don't waste your time and money by going there.

I have to say I used to go to McDonald’s more often then any other chain. But this one ruined it for me. I haven’t been to McDonald’s in 6 months, I finally said let me give it a shot. I go to the drive through and order a number 9 ketchup and cheese only. The person asked me twice “no onions and pickles right?” I responded correct no onions or pickles. And what do I have on it a completely wrong order. They don’t seem to care or put effort into the customers.

Had a overall poor experience. The outdoor playground was closed for needed repairs. My 3 year old was upset. Then I ordered a happy meal and was goven a kids cup to get my own water when the menu clearly syated Dasanii bottled water was invluded. The fries were cold. Mu burger had way to much ketchup and I ordered to stay and my food was packed to go. Poor management.

This McDonalds almost always gets the order wrong in some way. Whether it is missing items, not giving the right item, or not taking things off of an item, they will find a way to do it wrong. In addition it seems that nearly every time there is an extremely long wait, even for really small orders.

Avoid the restaurant, go to hicksville, wantagh, or east meadow. They never get an order correct. If you just want entertainment, sit outside and watch the angry customers parading in and out. Used to be good, I don't know what happened but they are absolutely abysmal now.

The cashier got my order wrong, the manager was rude and didn't try to make the situation right. Then when I went to leave the drive thru line took over the parking lot and it took 10 mins to back out of my spot to try and even get out of the parking lot. Ordered online a half hour in advance. They only started making my order when I arrived. The online parking spots were taken by parked cars with no one in the cars. I waited 20 minutes inside and finally asked about my order. I was told they were waiting on the sandwich’s then it was the nuggets. Worst service ever. Employees are pathetic. Took over 5 minutes until someone helped us. Three people just stared at us and didn't notify anyone to help us. Staff was just standing around talking. We were the only people in the store and two cars at drive-thru. We ordered three items and took over 15 minutes to receive order. They forgot about us and had our order ready for drive-thru instead of at the counter. Never received a receipt. If we didn't say anything about our order as to where it is, we would still be there.

This Remodeled McDonald’s takes up the whole front with a playground and self service machines. Looks as though they don’t want you to do anymore then take your food to go. The seating area is way in the back really far away with no windows Me Nor my wife could get cellular internet I have AT and T and my wife has Verizon. I ordered 2 sausage McGriddles and one bacon McGriddle meal…the bacon was not given Eve though clearly on the recipe! To make matters worse they moved me out of drive through line and put me in spot one for 30 minutes only to get my order WRONG!!!!!!!!! We are dining in, no cashier at the register, you have to order on touch screen kiosk... even though store opened a month ago, touch screen is not fully functional... we ordered and we got our food 18 minutes later... they served to our table... so it is better idea to drive through .....

Hungry on a Thursday night I decide to go to McDonald’s for a quick bite. I pull up to the drivethru speaker only to be greeted by a man meowing at me. Confused and startled, I respond accordingly, only to be meowed at again. Very unsettling experience.

Were on our way home and kids were hungry so we stopped to get 2 kids meals, that's it. Both kids meals exactly the same. We ordered, paid and left. When we got home, I opened up the meals to find they were both missing the chicken nuggets. My husband had to drive back with my kids hungry at home--they were not happy. The staff apologized for the mistake, but come on. How hard is it to put the chicken nuggets in the box? Does no one check to make sure the food is there before handing it to the customer? I didn't personally check because I never thought that would happen. It was a simple order! We'll stick to Wendy's.

Went through the Drive Thru. Gave me a half full glass of drink. No napkins and No sauce for the nuggets. Medium fries were half empty. Had to walk up to the active Drive Thru window to get the food. Which was very unsafe, considering there were cars coming through. Overall not a good experience.

Literally the worst fast food store across all fast food chains. Absolutely terribly slow customer service and the food is NEVER right. Do not order ahead as this will only delay your food adventure by 40 minutes since they seem to forget about the drive up orders and leave you sitting there (this has happened twice). Levittown McDonald messed up our order today. Went back to get it fix the Manager was so rude about it, saying we don’t do that spicy sandwich comes with sauce no matter what. But on the application it has the option for no sauce which we did. Still the manager didn’t want to believe it and instead of getting the same sandwich they gave us different sandwich. This experience was so rude and they(staff) have no respect for their customers

The hole time I was there an employee on his lunch break was watching a movie on his phone at full volume. Managers walking by saying nothing. It was so loud I got a phone call and I had to get up to walk to the front of the store to here the person talk. I just wanted to relax and have a quiet lunch.

If I could give it a 0 I would. I always have no issues during the days I come, but at night/on weekends I always have issues. Last night I was in the Drive Thru, when the worker handed me the order it ripped through the bag & fell. I had already waited quite awhile and didn’t want to leave the mess there, so I moved my car and picked up the bag. The manager, Tim, freaked out, told me to move (screaming voice) because I was holding up their line and they were busy. He was incredibly rude & disrespectful. So I waited even longer and I’m 99% sure they gave me the food that fell on the ground. I saw how the items were packed when I picked up the bag. I have no way of knowing if they ever actually re-made my food or if they just gave me the same contents. Quite frankly that is a terrifying thought…what kind of service worker would do that? My fries were mostly empty so I assume they didn’t. That is so incredibly disgusting. Beware.

First off, I'd like to say that the service here is horrific, I really would give this 0 stars if possible. It is an atrocity going through the drive thru at this location knowing that this young lady Aniah definitely treats every customer with no regards of respect and when I purchased specifically a 20pc Nugget, and large fry, she calls me a so called "pig" along with saying something about a surprise in my food. I am very disappointed with this LOCATION. Someone fire her NOW!

Awful customer service at this location. The employees will blatantly ignore everyone standing at the counter/pickup area. Even when you say “excuse me” and try to get their attention, they’ll pretend that they’re both blind and deaf. Seems like the manager trains all employees to embody Helen Keller. Corporate should just shut this location down because clearly the employees aren’t willing to serve anyone who walks in.

placed an order today with David the store manager on duty. When we went to pick up the order we mentioned to him that we requested to substitute the sausage with hash brown but he was charging as extra for the hash brown. When we questioned him he said since we didn’t say PLEASE to him he is not going to waive the charge and that we have to pay $2.89 for the hash brown. Once he said that we asked that if all of his customers say please to him when placing the order he said they don’t have to but for some reason he felt that we should have said PLEASE to him so he could waive the charge. When we asked for his manager he pointed to a sign on the wall and said to call t number to complain. When scanning the QR code he got defensive and said to step back away from the counter otherwise he is going to call the police and he did call the police. The police actually came after 20 to 30 mins of wait time by that time the food was cold which we had already paid for. Once the police came they said there is no valid reason to file a report since David’s request was not valid enough for them to take action against us. Never in my life have I ever experienced such things at any other fast food restaurant and the behavior that David displayed as a store manager was unacceptable and calling the police just made it even worst for me to realize that even though I live so close to this McDonalds location in Levittown that I will never go back there ever again and will also recommend everyone I know not to go there to be treated the way I was actually humiliated in front of so many people and my family and my kids had to eat the cold breakfast thanks to David and for not saying “PLEASE” good to see what values McDonalds is based on. This was clearly a situation that could have been resolved professionally but unfortunately that wasn’t the case. PLEASE McDonald’s take action against David and provide further customer service training to your staff so your customers do not hav to go through this again in the future.🇵🇸
