They’ve put meat on my fiancé’s vegetarian crunchwrap way too many times. I understand one mistake or two, but it’s been 15+ times over the years. And today especially, we got to the front of the drive thru and from that moment, still waited 20min. We didn’t order anything that defaults with chicken or sub chicken. HOW do you put CHICKEN in the CRUNCHWRAP when it says no BEEF add POTATO ??? Anyway, when they get your order correct, they kill it.

The drive through takes forever. Just 3 cars in front of me, and I've been on line for 15 minutes, with still 3 cars in front of me. They either need more staff or better training.

Staff is busy chatting with each other instead of dealing with customers. Been waiting here for the last 20 mins, but no one is trying to show up. Damnnnn shit

I waited more than 1 hour at Taco Bell. No staff came to assist. No update given. Other drivers canceled due to long wait. Next time i will written complain about it to the authority if authority failed to take action i will go for the Department of Health.

They wouldn’t let us in but let other ppl in and the line was beyond long and they need more workers. Terrible

I normally don’t write bad reviews but management/workers here are a joke. Came to this location to get a midnight snack for me and my wife at 1am . The website says there open until 2am. they serve to cars in front of us and then we get to the speaker and they tell us that there closed. i replied saying that the app says the stores open until 2am. and never got a response. there’s no way to pull off from this location so I had to sit in line and wait for everyone’s order to be made which they to over 10 minutes to make to finally pull off. This is probably the worst Taco Bell on Long Island and won’t be coming back I encourage everybody that doesn’t want to waste their time to do the same.

It was around 1030 pm and i went inside to pick up my mobile order and even though the drive through guy said to pick up my food inside, knowing i was now inside, no one would help. All four people continued to make food and ignore us three customers that were waiting inside. I had to say “excuse me” twice really loud to get their attention. One guy even looked at me and straight up ignored me. Then when i finally got my food, i go home to find a hair in it. Bad service and bad food.

let me start by wtaf. ordered on doordash, no biggie they made mistakes before like not adding sauces etc. i ordered a mexican pizza and then a combo meal so i can enjoy it with my family. got a singular mexican pizza and my drink. not the combo with the two tacos, burrito, nachos and fries. all good, ill request a refund. pissed but whatever! reorder the combo so me and my brother aren’t splitting the soggy mexican pizza down in half. wait for the other half of the order and request kindly for guy to check everything is there. tell me why i get two, including an extra drink. one is cold, the one they didn’t pack into my order before. and the new one. okay. cool. got two orders i guess. i understand why ones cold. tell me why i check the food: DOUSED in sour cream. both are cold actually. wanted to enjoy vegging out and watch my tv show and eat food. no. this ruined 2024

Very slow at making a simple order. Night crew should be retrained. Pick up orders are another horror story. I’d recommend the 7/11 tacos down the street for faster and better quality and service.

They need to check their order system. I ordered/paid 30 minutes ago, but they said my order was not their system. I have been waiting 10 more minutes after complaining, but I still haven’t received my order. Let’s see how long it will take. Ordered at Kiosks at 1:27 pm, and got it at 2:13pm. Their staffs look likes that they don’t care about their delays. Really poor..

This is probably the lowest we’ve seen a Taco Bell sink … visited around 10:30pm on a Saturday night and ordered Chalupas, quesadillas and the new chicken tacos .. 1. food was not heated uniformly… cheese did not melt in places 2. Steak quesadilla had less than an mm of thickness … talk about shrinkflation … and it was burnt 3. Chalupa’s ranch sauce was only a small bit at the end .. the rest of it was dry and tasteless 4. Tacos did not seem fresh and chicken inside was over fried / burnt 5. Bin was overflowing (see pic)

The people who work here are some disgusting animals I found hair in my nacho bell grande I assumed it was mine so I picked it out & continued to eat my food THEN I opened up my nacho supreme & it was covered in more hair 🤮 told the manager & they didn’t have any concern for the situation all 3 of them are half way rolling their eyes & then the tall tooth pick of a man wants to sarcastically tell me to “have a nice day” didn’t give me my full change back stole a dollar from me then they ALL refused to tell me who prepared my food then lied & said the person that prepared my food “went on break” just some living breathing monsters but I will have a nice day I have a career while you slave at Taco Bell 😘

The service is terrible. I work near here and the experience is always the same. You have to yell to get their attention as they concentrate on drive through orders and ignore the line inside. After your order is taken expect a long wait. To top it off it is always cold in here fall through spring.
