High quality burgers at a great price. I've been back multiple times because their burgers are so consistently delicious and clean. I love how non-greasy but still delicious the burgers are. I also love that there is a English muffin option (so underrated - does a better job at holder together the condiments for a less messy meal!) A bonus at how well cleaned and maintained the establishment is - food hygiene is always never overlooked. Their condiments are also well refrigerated and cold which I appreciate. Had too many bad experiences with that at other spots. Friendly and quick service too! :-)

I’ve been eating here for years. By far the best burger I’ve ever eaten. More importantly it’s ALWAYS great. Most places slowly drop quality after the business is built. Red Label is my go to. It’s always cooked perfect. The bacon is always crispy. The jalapeños always fresh. They’re real not jarred. Admittedly I’m the biggest food snob and critical of quality of product. They never let me down. Keep up the great work.

Yet to find a better quality burger on Long Island. Black Label Burgers is the truth. The meat they use is top notch and it's noticeable. Easily the most flavorful and well made burger I've tried. Their truffle fries are the best I've had anywhere, and I've never had a better milkshake anywhere else that comes close either. I don't know how this place does it, but they hit home runs in every category. Pair that with friendly staff and a clean and comfortable space, this spot is the real deal.

This is my stable burger place. I love the dry aged red label burger. Occasionally I will get the burger on a salad bowl for a low carb option. I always get the truffle fries and a salad. The quality is fantastic and I will always be a loyal and returning customer here.

Totally awesome. Starting from the food. It is absolutely delicious and the patties are cooked exactly the way you want. They are moist and deliciously flavorful. That alone would be worth of my recommendation. The place is beautifully decorated in a mix of vintage and modern and is impeccably clean. For all the quality the price they charge for the meals are cheap. This place is much better than the competition, whoever they are. I just hope they keep the high standards in the future.

I also want to thank them for going above and beyond recently. After I finished my meal, I realized I had left my purse behind. A burger place that strives to go a little bit more above and beyond. The burger options are just as diverse as they are delicious. I ordered the blue label burger, medium, which was delicious, and I gotta say the real kicker is that English Muffin for the bun. I also got cheese fries to go with it, and on top of being a great cheese sauce, these guys don't skimp on it either. I unfortunately forgot to get the dry aged beef upgrade, but I suppose it just gives me another reason to go back for more. The beer selection and pairings is interesting and cute and gives a nice added flair to the place. I didn't order any dessert, but it was hard not to, the shakes and floats both looked great and is yet again another reason to come back. Service was friendly, but a little on the slower side, I wouldn't necessarily come here if you were in a rush. The parking lot is surprisingly big, so you shouldn't have a problem finding a spot.

Found this place through the Dine Long Island page and wanted to try a different burger spot and this was a great find! I love that you can have a burger on a English muffin not many places so that and the flavors of the burger were outstanding along with the toppings! The cheese sauce on the hotdog and fries were really good and to top it all off the peanut butter and jelly shake was top notch I definitely will be coming back here great place!

Photogenic and picture perfect burger here. The burger is as good as it look and you can tell is made with passion. Each burger is placed carefully on the bun. Potato bun is a must. I have been to a lot of burger spot but this one is one of the best on the island

I had been craving a burger, tried this as a new place, it was very clean (the staff cleaned after each customer.) The burger was delicious and really good, the chocolate marshmallow fries were odd and delicious at the same time (better fries would've made it a regular purchase.) Highly recommend, trying this place for a good burger and step away from basic fast food, and join those eating cheap but quality food. I also had a shake which was delicious, and my lady had the truffle fries and they were Devine.

Amazing spot for burgers! Had the Red label burger- hold the tomatoes, add carmalized onion- and omg does it make it even better. I love how the jalapeño slices are cut in half and are not to spicy but gives it the right kick. The spicy mayo on the burger gives it a nice creamy flavor. I had to order fries on the side as everything is a la carte. They come with the black label sauce which is Mayo based and are crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. You order the food in the front but they bring it out to you after you find a seat. Love the ambiance of the place. Red leather booths with yellow light bulbs that make the place feel warm and welcoming. The staff keeps the place clean which is always a plus. After you're done with your meal you take it out to the garbage area and leave the trays there. Nice friendly staff that answer questions you may have

Stopped in for lunch. The burgers are labeled Johnnie Walker style. Black label, red label and so forth. I had the white label burger and added fries. Delicious. I also upgraded to the aged beef which gave it a nice tender flavor. Staff was very courteous.

Best burger I’ve had in Nassau County. Plenty of delicious and perfectly cooked beef in there. The truffle fries are excellent as well. I look forward to trying more from the menu.

Very good burgers made to order. Always comes out cooked very well, but today my burger was a bit bland and dry. We also ordered the fried chicken sandwich, and it was not as I hoped. Everything else was good. Salad, milkshakes, and fries are great. My kids had the hot dog and enjoyed each bite. This restaurant is very casual but the food is good.

I been coming here since they first open. The burgers are really good, I love how you can ask for medium well and it comes exactly like you ordered. The fries always seem to taste so fresh like they are just coming out from the fryer. The environment is always very cozy, the lighting is not so bright very mellow. Everything is conveniently on the table that you would need like all the condiments and napkins. You don't need to get up and look for these things all over the place. The presentation of the burger is like something you would see in a commercial, just looking at it and you feel that you are already tasting it. Keep up the good work guys.

Absolute go-to burger spot! The Mac n cheese patty on the yellow label burger is awesome! There are lots of great beers on tap and the prices are extremely solid. Also plenty of comfortable seating and a parking lot to the side of the restaurant!

He wanted me to try this place. The burger was Great as were the fries. I will do away next time with a beverage as it's not included and adds up quickly. For 2 people it was $42. Great customer service as well. Went after 7p on Friday and not busy so great service. Decor is nice as well.

Tried Black Label Burgers for the first time and it did not disappoint. I ordered the Red Label Burger, and it had just the right kick. It was the perfect level of spice without being overwhelming. The meat was super fresh and juicy, and the chipotle mayo added an amazing smoky flavor. I added a bit of BBQ sauce too, and the sweet-heat combo was absolutely perfect. To top it off, I got an orange cream soda which paired perfectly with the burger, super refreshing and full of flavor. They’ve got a great variety of burgers, drinks, and shakes, so there’s definitely something for everyone no matter what you’re in the mood for. The space itself is really comfortable with plenty of seating options, including roomy booths that don’t feel cramped at all. The bathroom was clean and well-kept, which is always a plus and very telling about the establishment. The staff were kind and helpful from the moment I walked in, even making suggestions on what I might like to try. Overall, a great spot for a casual but satisfying meal. 100% recommend and I’ll definitely be coming back!

I think we've found our new go-to Burger shop! This is a low key counter service establishment (& so clean!)- you order at the counter, find a booth & they will bring your food to you. Once you're done with your meal you clear away your own tray and garbage. The staff here are really friendly and helpful! They offered my husband a tasting of a different beer when the one he wanted was out of rotation for the night. The burgers were nice and juicy. We tried Red and White label and enjoyed both! We thought the Red had a good balance with a kick of spicy jalapenos. The sweet potato fries were delish. We will definitely be visiting again soon with our kids 👌🏻

Visited Black Label Burgers for the first time in Westbury, NY. The resturant was very clean and welcoming inside! My wife and I had a cheeseburger and fries. I opted for the "Make it a bowl" option with my cheese burger. Our burgers were cooked perfectly but both were luke warm at best. The sweet potato fries were good but the regular french fries were just, ok( and cold). Good place for burgers but they need to serve the burgers hot!

I really like this place and enjoy it very much. The menu is simple with some great choices. I had the White Label burger with Swiss cheese, mushrooms and onions but I had the potato roll instead of the English muffin. My friend had the Black Label without the red onions and Black Label sauce. We also got the sweet potato fries with the marshmallow dipping sauce and the truffle fries, which are both always really yummy. A classic oreo shake finished off the meal. Lol 👍 😆 Sometimes I get the strawberry 🍓 cheesecake shake which is also delicious. People like that they have a selection of beer there also, although we did not get beer. The decor is very cool and rustic. The booths are nice and the bathroom is clean. They did still have their Christmas decorations up on the ceiling beams but that added a festive vibe and they're red so maybe up for Valentines Day! 💝 😉 😊 If you like a really good burger, fries, and a shake, you can't go wrong here. Not inexpensive, but worth it! Other decent menu items available as well.

We visited Black Label Burger when we visited Roosevelt Mall since their parking lot looked so busy. The indoor design is authentic American fast food restaurant with vintage decorations. It’s a popular and famous place in the neighborhood for its quality burger and beer. There is beer pairing recommendation on the menu for each burger. We don’t drink so we won’t be able to comment this part. We had their signature Black Label & White Label, both upgraded to Dry-aged Beef (+$1.99 each), and made the Black Label a bowl (+$1.49) with truffle fries as a side. It’s amazingly delicious especially the juicy patty with great portion and reasonable price. We preferred the White Label, the caramelized onion was the best, which spiced up the taste of Swiss cheese and patty. The truffle fries were super appetizing and we couldn’t stop eating until we finished it all. We will definitely recommend this place and try their beer if you love alcohol.

I tried this place when they 1st opened so I'll give them the benefit of the doubt.. but I was definitely disappointed with my 1st experience. My burger was supposed to be well done. Burgers with table service. Not quite fast food and not quite a restaurant. That's not a bad thing. Similar to Smashburger, but the booths and wooden tables give the place a more upscale feel. Do yourself a favor and look at the menu online ahead of time and decide which of the color coded "labels" describes the burger and toppings you want. Try the sweet potato fries that come with a marshmallow dipping sauce. It was a surprisingly good combination. The menu also suggests which of the 5 or 6 tap beers pair well with your burger choice. All in all a very nice experience and a welcome change from typical fast food or diner fare.

Saw this place on tv and decided what the hell why not it looked very appetizing. So I had the Red Label with the parmesan truffle fries. My daughter saw on tv and had to have the mac and cheese burger which is called the Yellow Label and she had it with cheese fries. Both burgers were asked to be the Dry Aged beef. Individuals on tv were the people in the restaurant. Smiles for miles. Friendly and outgoing. Establishment from inside to outside was very clean including the bathrooms, which I let my daughter go in by herself since it was a one person female restroom at a time as well was the mens bathroom. I asked for any of their suggestions for my dining experience and only thing left was to try at another visit was their hot dogs because they were Wagyu dogs......"not a problem, next time for certain". Given our number and reciept to go grab a booth and our meals would be brought out to us.....one of the owners served us quite quickly. Cutting into burgers they were cooked just as requested medium rare......PERFECT ! Burger for my daughter was pretty big and even for cutting it in half and squeezing it down a bit she still had a bit of a difficult time taking a bite. She didn't care for fried mac n' cheese patty on top and had it without. Shockingly enough the burger at that point was basically a patty and bun only. My daughter puts ketchup in all burgers and she didn't on this one which was a surprise and loved the burger without cheese and condiments. I thoroughly enjoyed my burger, presentation, recommendation of the fries which were fresh and hot. Truffle and parmesan was a great taste. The dry aged meat is for sure present in the taste of every bite ! Looking forward to going back again to try the rest of their menu since their was no room in the stomach since we left with full belly's ! Thank you !

Burger was cooked exactly to requested temp and very tasty. Menu is simple but tasty and anyone should find something for them. The restaurant will bring the food to your table, but seating is a bit stale. 4 people to a table, and as a party of 5, we had to sit awkwardly with a wall between us. Bathrooms are individual so you may have to wait a bit. Nice to watch the game with a small group.

Always hits the spot! I always order the same thing, the white label burger (onions, mushrooms and Swiss) upgraded to the dry age beef in a salad bowl! The meat is fresh and flavorful and the combo with the salad is so good! It's the perfect lunch, filling without making me feel sluggish. Service is quick, you order at a counter and they give you a number and bring your order over to you. It's def a huge step up from "fast food" but there isn't waiter service. It's a perfect quick lunch spot for something quick and delicious!

Food is great by their take out stuff sucks. Order a burger took a bite and the juices exploded out the bottom of the wrapper work on better take out containers. But overall solid food.

Its a nice place to hang with friends and family. Really liked their decor. That “orange burger 🍔” was ok (6 out of 10). It wasn’t seasoned properly (needed salt).

The burgers were only slightly warm, and the buns were dry. Unfortunately, the patties lacked flavor entirely. The fries were also bland and tasted like they had been sitting out for a while. The dipping sauce for the fries was just odd tasting. Overall, the meal was underwhelming.

First time visit to Black Label while in the area. Friendly staff greeted me once I arrived. I tried the Orange Label which is the burger with Mac n cheese on it as well; additionally I upgraded to the dry aged beef. The burger lacked flavor and was a bit too salty for me. On the side I got the classic fries with their secret sauce, which is mayo based with a slight tang. For the price and taste, I do not plan to go back or recommend.

Black Label is a reliable option, but it doesn't particularly stand out from the crowd. The service was friendly, and the food was decent, but not exceptional. The atmosphere was modern and sleek. Overall, it's a solid choice, but not a game-changer.

Great food and great people. The business is similar or is a fast food restaurant. They have multiple selections of hamburger. We got few selections just to try. For example, we got the black label burger. The taste was good but not one of best I have Tried. I ties the hot dog and it’s the same that you can get from Costco for $1.50. They have parking available. The bathrooms clean but smell too much as pee. The lady that was helping or attending us was good. Some how she looked overworked.

This was my first time hearing about this place.. so I didn't know what to expect. I'll start by saying the milkshakes and side orders ( fries, fried oreos) were satisfying and decent enough to finish. And secondly, I'll give them credit for creating interesting dishes. For instance, fires with chocolate & marshmallow sauce was something I've never heard of, and wanted to try. However the main order ( burger) which is the staple of the establishment, was very disappointing. The burger had no flavor and was not exciting. For the amount of money it cost it needs to do better

Everything was pretty good until I found some plastic wrap in my shake. Mistakes happen I know, but they were dead and should have paid more attention.

2nd time visiting, I enjoyed very much on the first visit, not coming back again. French fries are just not right. I ordered black burger, fries and beer. Burger patty is still good and five stars. If I only ordered burger and fries, perhaps they wanted to deliver the message I should have ordered the drink.
