Starbucks is my go to coffee and small snack place whenever i am out of town. I like the doppio macchiato, also the sou vide egg bites.
They are fast and accurate. The staff are always cordial and the bathroom is always clean. I'd stop by here anytime.

I went to Starbucks on 8/9/18 and I wasn’t happy with what I recieved . I explained to Doreen that I was unhappy with my previous order . She went over and beyond to make Sure I was taking care of . She could of just apologize and dismissed me , but she didn’t . She has amazing customer service skills and I was 100 percent pleased with her professionalism.
Manager on Saturday's is nice; keeps the place running smooth and customers happy. Clientele is mostly the free WiFi set. Watch where you park... cops ticket😞

One of the most delicious Starbucks in Long Island. Employees are very sweet and caring, especially Zak! He always makes sure his customers are taken care of! Highly recommend going to this specific Starbucks, thank you for great customer experience!
This Starbucks is close to MSK, Kellenberg and Hosfstra. It's busy at any given time during the day. I was there yesterday and walked in with about 15 teenagers in front of me. Almost left but was really thirsty. Surprisingly, I was out in less than 10 mins with 4 drinks. The baristers and cashiers worked so efficiently.
I come in here all the time in between my class breaks!! Coffee never disappoints, Dani Brian are always on top of there game!! I always have a wonderful experience!!

I like this Starbucks. I’m not from Long Island but I frequent monthly and always stop by this Starbucks. The staff are friendly and accommodating. My coffee is always fresh and made perfectly from my mobile order. The pick up time is on-point and the inside is always clean.
It can get busy, being next to a campus, but service is fast and as tasty as Starbucks gets.
There is not much seating room and the space to stand and wait for your order is kind of tight when there's a few people waiting. Staff is friendly and has never gotten my order wrong.

Oh love coming here for my mobile orders. They’re always made fast and always ready when I get here, but today someone took my drink and when I informed the barista she seemed to have an attitude about it, as if I lied. She made it, but didn’t add the extra shot of espresso that I had paid extra for. I didn’t even wanna ask for it again because she looked so annoyed when I thanked her for my coffee she didn’t even look at me or say anything. I wasn’t blaming her for it not being there, my coffee was just simply not there when I arrived to pick up.

It's ok. But if you want to be awake they prepare literally tint to keep your nerves all there for 24 hours
It's Starbucks so 5 states for my coffee... but 3 stars for how they manage online orders and have people standing in the store waiting for orders that are sitting prepared in the pick up area.

Often times this is a busy Starbucks because it's location next to Hofstra University. Often well-staffed but rather consistently staff will not acknowledge if you need some customer assistance.
The place was filthy. Service was slow. Staff didn't yell out names loud enough. They didn't complete my order altogether. The drinks were made like 10 minutes apart. I won't be going back.
Go here every so often hoping for better results. This Starbucks location is poorly managed. Staff isn't very helpful to patrons they leave long lines and long waits. This is primarily because the staff is busy doing meaningless task instead of helping trim the lines. Examples stacking cups that are already pretty full, adding napkins to holders that aren't empty, straws that arent depleted. Every time I go in to order the same thing some staff tell me they don't have it at that location( I know it's not true) then the next day they miraculously have it. I would give better stars if this played had better managers that knew their jobs
Nice staff good location. Easy to see right off of Hempstead Turnpike. Plenty of parking and a wheel chair accessible entrance. Reasonably priced. Public Restrooms. Clean facilities. We will definitely be going back.
i spend around 40$ in Starbucks weekly Today in this store i dropped my cafe inside store by accident . I request another cafe girls ask me you need other cafe i said yes please. She said is 2.66$ i never ask for free I paid for and done . This will be last cafe in Starbucks One costumer less I saw things happens like this they get it no charge as courtesy .
I love Starbuck, most staff are sweet here but every now and then they do have someone working there that definitely hates her job and would rather be anywhere else than helping you (I understand that feeling) but you should still treat your customers with respect and kindness. I said, "can I ask a question" and she rolled her eyes and didn't say anything, I asked my question and she just ignored me .. it was so awkward 😭 I definitely just wanted to leave after that experience. Edit: Starbucks reached out and helped with my issues. Thank you starbucks, I worked in retail my whole life I hate to cause any issues
Service is fast friend and always with a smile, but this place is always dirty. Finger prints evident and trash and scraps everywhere. Only takes 2 seconds to wipe down and prevent the spread of sickness. My .2
I am sorry but, I still dont understand how people drink this coffee, never tasty and always burned. Terrible, every single location
The drinks are always hot and done right. The problem is the staff that work there. 8 out of 10 times they are truly mean and awful. My partner will be the one running in to get our drinks and he is mute. He will have what we want to order on the note pad and will show it to the staff. After they read the notepad, the people tend to be turn rude and treat him like he is a big bother to deal with.
I wish there was a Starbucks closer to me besides this one. Rude staff and only a few times have they got my order right.
Bought a Carmel ribbon crunch. There was no crunch. That most of the reason why I buy it. I am still kind of upset.

I give 2 stars only because there is a male stuff who is actually nice. I saw the email about 50% off espresso so I went there and of course I expected there would be more people than usual but I wait there at least 20 minuets and I still haven’t get my drink and people got their drink after me. So I went there and I remember that lady in the front did not write my name on the cup. Worst experience and they still ask me to wait for nothing. Finally, there is another male worker nice enough to made my drink. At least he remembers I PAID!
Honestly there’s like one person in there that makes the drinks ok. Everyone else ? How hard is it to follow directions ? Why does everything need to be LOADED with pumps of sugar ? Why do they add whipped cream to drinks that do not even advertise with whipped cream ?there is another Starbucks further down and I highly recommend driving right passed this one and going to the one with the drive thru. I’m giving two stars because the girl who took my order was sweet. As a whole they deserve 1 star.
Barista was rushing the orders, also not making them in the order they came. Screwed up my coffee and another employee had to make it. Starbucks has lowered their standards lately as this is not the first time my coffee was made incorrectly.
Waited 15 mins for 4 drinks. Horrible customer service, staff talking, ignoring customers and rude. Better off going to East meadow about a mile away. Stay away from this one.
No parking very little places to sit. What's the good of a coffee shop if you can't find a spot to sit? Invest in more space or tables
This Starbucks parking lot is always full every time I come here. I also ordered a latte with half the amount of syrup they normally put and it was still incredibly sugary. The staff are very nice and work very hard.
I gave it a two stars ONLY because on a positive note the cashier I believe his name is Mark was great, friendly and great sense of humor. However the team member whom I approached after I received a warm coffee was NASTY. I shared with NASTY team member after she completed her conversation with another team member - excuse me, can you please do me a favor and heat this cup up, I just got it and it’s not hot at all. IMMEDIATE Answer with a disrespectful animated attitude “NO WE DONT DO THAT HERE”. I then reiterated “I just receive this coffee” and it’s not hot just want it hot. We don’t do that here she responded louder and made her smirk followed by her hand gestures. I just stepped back for it’s clear to me this Starbucks team member is a nasty, lazy individual who apparently has the run of the place. So I made my call to corporate, shared the complaint and stopped at another Starbucks where the manager and team were great. My issue is simple I went in for a coffee and what I get is a warm coffee with 3/4 Nasty attitude.
I placed my order online while I was waiting they were making there regular customers order from back of the line 1st (about 10 people)seem like their order was the most important then had me waiting about 15 to 20 minutes for my order slow staff no manager seems like they only want to deal with Caucasian customers first which is extremely unfair Someone need to train the staff on treating all customers Fairly I can see why Starbucks got sued for racial issues
Horrible experience! Laura the Manager is absolutely disrespectful. I called in reference to their pink drink and she answered the phone. She disregarded my question about the price and told me that if I needed to ask about a price of the drink I shouldn't be buying starbucks. We all know she is implying I cant afford it and on top of that, she hung up on me. How do you call yourself a manager and treat others so poorly? I went to the store and sure enough she was there and pretended it wasn't her. She blamed it on the other workers and stated how they just trained their employees on customer service. Clearly someone needed to pay closer attention during that training session. Laura, I hope your reading this and hopefully you learn a thing or two on how to treat others. On top of that, she is a bigot. She treated the other hispanic worker poorly and pointed out her race numerous of times. You'll be hearing from me tomorrow.
We ask them for only 1 chair for outside for my uncle because he can’t stay inside and they say NO, and all chairs was empty.
Baristas were really nasty. I am a college student & drink Starbucks on a regular. I asked a question & got a really bad attitude given from employees. Told the barista my beverage wasn't hot & she looked at me like I was insane, stuck her finger in it & tried to give it back to me as if I didn't see her. Food was great but because of bad customer service, I will not be returning to this Starbucks again !
The service sucks, we waited for our coffee at least 15 mins and they missed up our order. I don't know why they only have one girl working on orders if they were more people doing nothing, I would never stop by there.
I love Starbucks, I go there daily. If this were my first time having Starbucks I would never purchase another. That being said, I was passing through Long Island and ordered coffee from this location earlier today. I knew my order was wrong the moment I saw it (I get the same thing 7 days a week); it was horrible. It tasted like water with a little soy milk :(
Cant believe I'm about to write such a first world review. But believe the low ratings. The service here is terrible. The actual store is very clean and tables are spaced out. There were no other customers and three girls behind the cashwrap. They were all unoccupied when I walked up. They ignored me and continued talking until finally one came over and stood silently in front of the register. Uh. I guess I order now? I order. I pay. I wait five minutes for iced coffee to be made. A freaking iced coffee!! And it was made wrong. I tell the girl who isn't wearing a name badge. She takes it back and unceremoniously dumps half my coffee out adds more coffee. Dumps again. Adds more. Then hands me a sticky wet cup that now has no ice. I ask for ice on the side cause I'm over it and another girl Bria comes over and makes it. I feel the annoyance from them both. Take yourself to another Starbucks if you're looking for basic human interaction with your coffee. 🤌🏽
The people who work at this Starbucks have never been wrong about anything in their lives. Even when you ask them to make your coffee a certain way but they make it completely differently, just know that they're right. I mean, how could they possibly be wrong?
The person at the counter was very nice and attentive however over by the coffee pick up station was a random pill sitting on the table. Very scary to think of all the outcomes that can occur if someone puts a pill in coffee that was just sitting there. Not good at all. I told the worker and he threw it out but didn't call police or report it. I hope he does. People need to be safe
I just left this location and met an employee by the name of Denny without a name tag on. So not sure if that is really his name. I had my small 7lb puppy with me which is a regular situation.she has been with me to several trips inside the store to get her pup cups. Today the store was PACKED and “Denny” yells across the counter for us to get out. I was confused due to the fact that my puppy has been in there MULTIPLE times. So when I didn’t leave her walks from behind the counter and demands i get out. Not to mention, there was just a dog in there. So i asked since when and i had no problem leaving but i thought his demeanor was weird. So he said he was refusing service. Another customer came over to me to remind me that a dog was just inside and Denny didnt ask that customer to leave. He was extremely rude and socially awkward.
i came in for a drink, the baristas kept asking me what was in my drink despite having the order in front of them. when i finally received my drink it spilled all over the baristas hand and i didn’t want that drink anymore. i asked for the drink to be re made and the manager let me know they are out of stock of the exact drink they just made. a complete waste of time, i am very disappointed, i won’t return to this location.
Ordered an iced cappuccino & received it hot. I told the cashier , in an effort to not waste the coffee, “ any way you can just make this iced”? , he said “ no, sorry “ and walked away. I was confused & was in no mood to argue with an inexperienced child/cashier. Starbucks, please train your baristas/ cashiers better. A simple cup of ice would have been an easy fix to an honest mistake rather than -“ no, sorry” and a walk away from the customer.
I’m over this Starbucks location. Every time I go in this store, it feels like you’re an inconvenience to the employees. I asked for venti hot coffee, was given a cup that was half way full and after milk was still significantly empty. When I initially ordered, I just said milk & sugar & the guy taking my order said that the milk & sugar was on the side, okay no problem. But when I got my disappointment of coffee, there actually wasn’t any milk, so when I asked him for it, same thing acting as if I’m bothering you. Just drive a few more minutes up Hempstead turnpike for a better experience, I gave this location way more changes than I should have. I really didn’t feel like arguing over a cup of coffee but come on, you’re starting people’s day.
Terrible attitude. Over the past few months, they’ve repeatedly gotten my order wrong. When you try to address the mistakes, they respond with an incredibly rude demeanor. Service is slow, and they take forever to prepare drinks. After waiting 10 minutes, I asked the barista if my drink was coming up, and he sarcastically replied, “eventually.”
I really like Starbucks but unfortunately this location is the worst experience someone can have. Staff is really rude and ignoring the costumers. They’re talking to each other and giggling while you’re waiting for them to hand you your order. If you place a mobile order, you’ll get your drink an hour later. I ordered my drink at 9:40, didn’t get it till 10:30. I was standing there asking them so many times what’s going on, the only answer I would get is “it’s coming out now”,. When I asked to cancel my order I got the same answer. This didn’t only happened once. They will also not even call your name when your order is ready and you’ve asked for it. They will throw your order right behind the bar/counter where you can’t reach it and you need to wait for someone to ask them AGAIN for your order. And yes I am sure it was my order. Unfortunately, this location is really close to my house and it was convenient, however I will not be purchasing anything again from there. Do not recommend. If you want Starbucks definitely try another location.
This is what you get when you order a hot coffee with espresso shots in it.. If the staff doesn't know you or you are not a regular customer, usually you are dismissed at the counter for 2 minutes. 2 minutes is a long time to stand at a counter and be looked at and not acknowledged. Staff is distracted. When I ask for hot black eye, which is two shots of espresso. Better check the barista because they like to short you a shot to make up for the time that you stand at the counter being unacknowledged. And when I mentioned it to the batista, she immediately copped an attitude. Starbucks still hasn't taught they're staff the importance of diversity and equality. The way the staff talks to people of Hispanic heritage is child like. NOT WORTH THE TRIP OR TROUBLE.
