I went through the drive thru today and wow I had to leave a review because people are quick to review the negative but never the positive...and I LOVED my experience they were so friendly and energetic great service!

This restaurant has very clean bathrooms and surprisingly also offers freshly made coffee in the afternoon.

I always enjoy burger king especially the meat free whopper burger made with veggies. Their coffee hot or cold is delicious their chicken fries are good too. I don't eat many fries anymore, cutting back, but their good, though I miss the original fries alot. They were long crinkle cut ones. All their chicken sandwiches are good. That's it.

oday I witnessed an incident at Burger King involving a Hispanic woman. Even though I understand a lot of Spanish but don’t speak it well, it was very clear how rude and disrespectful the customer was toward the managers who were there at the time. Manager Patricia handled the situation with incredible patience and respect. She did everything she could to help, even tried to offer different types of coupons, but the lady refused to accept anything. She started insulting Patricia and even threatened her with immigration, all of this happening in front of children. I’m a frequent customer at this Burger King, and I’ve always seen Patricia working with a smile, kindness, and great professionalism. She truly handled the situation with grace and deserves recognition for the way she managed such a difficult moment.

Best quick bite. Staff are okay compared to the typical BK. Still dissatisfied with the removal of the BK stacker a few years ago, best burger they ever made, they did bring it back for a limited time thing, but i wish it were permanent

This is one of the nicest Burger Kings I have been to. The service was amazing and the workers were so nice. They were welcoming, always had a smile and were extremely friendly. This is what someone who has pride in their jobs look like. All of them were equally nice and that's rare to find. The area was clean, the food was fresh and the smiles were flowing. I wish I got their names so I could express my thanks.

My order response was quick. The person that served was very polite and helpful. The cashier was courteous and professional. One of the doors was either difficult to open or was in the locked position.

Was disappointed about the one in Hempstead hardly any drinks in the machine. But the water is some of the cleanest same for the Burger King up the street off of newbridge road Hempstead turnpike. However they have all the drinks there

The desserts have no business being THAT delicious and well priced!! Hershey’s sundae pie >>>. It rivals the pastries from a bakery. Through the years it’s kept its marvelous taste and texture. The crust is short and crumbles right, the cream is the perfect consistency, the hardened chocolate drizzle on top adds “oomph” to every bite, and the WHIPPED CREAM in all its gloriousness provides a texture that ties everything together in your mouth. The chocolate chip cookies are good too!

The young lady who worked last night (2/7/25) in the drive thru was very unprofessional and rude as she gave me my drink forgot to give me my food. She opened the window and stares at me. I said I'm waiting on my food she said " I gave it to you with an attitude". Then realizing she didnt she give it to me, gave me the bag with no apology nothing. Burger King PLEASE do better.

Food is good, but they are falling off. Everytime I go there to order an Oreo Milkshake, they always tell me that their machine is broke smh. They Never fix it. Smh. They gotta get it together. Like really.

I came here in the late afternoon on Tuesday, December 17, 2024. I got a Whopper, French Fries, & Chicken Fries. The food was average for Burger King, but it was EXPENSIVE. $18 for all that? No thank you. I strongly encourage you to use the BURGER KING APP to get deals (food combinations for less money) & rewards for FREE food. Overall, the food was fine, but way too expensive. I was expecting to spend $10, but hopefully soon, prices will return to being cheap like they were before the Coronavirus Pandemic.

Every time I order the crispy chicken sandwich it's always over cooked and/or burnt, and dosen't look anything like the pictures they advertising, Totally different , looks good in the picture but not it person, it will definitely fool you , different color even! It's been years since I darkened the entrance to this fast food place... Greasy Cheeseburger-- Soggy and Salty Fries with a Large Coke that tasted as though it was mixed with Root Beer... Oh the horror! Needless to say I will stay on the outer side of the entrance.🥴

Ok so I have never had an issue with staff... HOWEVER.....the drug addicts that come in pan handeling are a constant and rediculous problem. Security is useless, IF I even see a guard. This is a HUGE problem and honestly should be addressed. There are cameras, and that is great but that won't stop or prevent these crazy people from become physical. Its a bad area and security should be taken seriously. The location was even updated and is alot nicer then it was.

Go here regularly. No problem with food or service. However, as a senior citizen, I get a 10% discount at all other BKs. None here. Obviously not a large amount but it is a matter of principle.

Fries cold and by taste, not fresh. Burger was good, bun fresh. I ordered two regular hamburgers, fries and drink. I used a coupon. But, cashier was charging $9.78. Coupon was $3.99 for all. We straighten things out. So, be aware of cost savings and make sure you're being charged appropriately. Handicapped parking and cut in side walk. But, when entering restaurant, there are double doors that make it challenging for someone to enter or exit in a wheelchair or using a cane.

The burgers were Ok but I ordered 2 chocolate chip cookies that were burnt and hard. I couldn't even eat it. Trying to figure out why would they give me those cookies when clearly they looked burnt.

The worst service ever, I’ll NEVER come here again and I suggest you guys to never come here. I gave her my order and payed, she says park up we will bring it to you. This was the worst experience I have had at a BK. the staff was rude and inattentive. I said excuse me 3 times to an employee who finally responded with "what." People standing online were ignored by employees just walking around. I placed my order online at 12:27 pm and showed up at 12:40 and it was not ready. I did not receive my food till after 1 pm. the stuff that was ready first was cold as it sat in the bag on the counter, yes I saw it. I only received 8 out of my 16 nuggets, I did not receive my spicy crispy chicken sandwich, and the customizations that I paid for I did not get. Unfortunately, the lunch break I had, was already over by the time I got back since it took them so long I could not go back to get the order corrected so I am just out the money and the points I used. I contacted corporate and received no response.

This place is horrible/GARBAGE. Restroom didn’t work, or I was simply told that by worker, dining room drink machine didn’t work, and I was told “we don’t do refills.” Straight garbage!!! The food was food, as to be expected! I would not recommend this location at all and will never visit again!

Drive thru staff is so nasty and rude. I asked for a burger with stacker sauce and the lady was trying to tell me what came on it and I’m like ok I want stacker sauce on it. She legit started arguing with me talking over me over what I wanted on my burger. The other lady doesn’t even speak English but was on the mic confused for like 5 minutes. I ended up driving off once it got heated because I wasn’t about to violate her life I wanted food.

Terrible the food was under cooked. The whopper's were pink in the middle. The French fries were like gummy bears. When I complained I watch one lady remake my food. Another lady gave it to someone else then took it back. And another lady opened it up to take the pickles off for someone else. Then realized it was for me and put the pickles back on and wrap it back up. At this point I felt like the good was mishandled and I just wanted a refund. The initial guy at the drive thru didn't give me a receipt so she claimed she couldn't refund me. Then after about 20 min she said it will be back on my card she voided it. We will see!

Night crew is extremely rude & lazy. They will purposely have you standing on the speaker box in the drive thru for a long time & answer when they want to. the food is done so horribly & cold. Do not come when it’s slow.

I placed a order with Grub Hub for this Burger King and confirmed it with Grub Hub. I ordered the Crispy Onion Whopper Jr. One hamburger came completely as order but one came clearly wrong. I asked for a manager and first she lied to me and said they do not do the Crispy Onion Whopper Jr any more but we did get one. Second lie was that she could not find my order which I confirmed which Burger keep it came from and I was talking to the correct one. We also ordered a large halves and only got 4 Onion rings. I do not even know what hamburger it was because it was no way a Whopper Jr. All it had on it was 3 tiny pieces of old lettuce, onion and BBQ sauce which I said I did not want. I did not get tomatoes, Crispy onions and onion rings on my burger. I will never order from them again especially after they hung up on me when I called to get this fixed

One star is too much. This place has incompetent ppl working here. They don’t understand what no mayo, ketchup, and pickles means. Sometimes they keep it on and they remove the cheese & bacon. Sometimes they remove everything and you’re left with a plain cheeseburger. Even if you paid for a specialty burger. This use to be the best burger king. The panhandlers is the reason I stopped going to the one by the bank. Don’t go here if you’re not eating there. You’re likely to get the wrong order.
