I moved a month ago and good Chinese take out is a must 4 me, the place is clean and like most Chinese restaurants you can see them prepare your meal, I tried a few others but this one is the one I liked the best, prices are reasonable

I've always enjoyed their food. BUT TODAY I ordered the Egg Foo Young for my Mom as always and the patties were "BURNT!!!!" .. When I called to complain I was told that they are always burnt. Not so, being that I've ordered this several times before. The man on the phone was VERY RUDE. I won't say at this time I won't order again... I guess I'll have to specify that I don't want my food BURNT!

No flavor at all on any thing. Fried Rice with color wheres the soy ... Chicken wings tooo big shrimp vegs was more like shrimp and broccoli. Never go there I'm from queens. Hempsted no can cook....

Prefer going in person then having to deal with the delivery guy.

Ordered food from here, food is amazing. Never had a problem up until after remodeling, the new delivery man is very disrespectful, also charged me more then what i am told over the phone and pushes me to give tip after not having good service and having to wait over an hour for my food. Prefer going in person then having to deal with the delivery guy.

This order was the worst , no chicken in this general tos chicken or pork fried rice ,no pork in but I’m sure they charged me top dollar , I’m never going to there again

I ordered from this place all the time the delivery driver is always rude. Does not even give you a chance to give a tip. I spent $43 first of all. I think they ripped me off because what I got did not seem to be $43 but anyway They messed up the order and had to bring me the right order. They took the food back that was here at my house that’s unsanitary. The driver had to come back with my food. He brought the food back all messed up. The food was mixed together like He shook it around in the container the owner workers over the phone seem to do not care. I would like to spend my money somewhere that they are a little more polite do not go here. The food is not all that. Also, I had to go up to the restaurant to take the food back that was all shook and all over the container and look not cooked all the way to get my money back horrible experience. I’m pissed. Please do not go here

I called today to place an order however on the website it doesn't allow you to pay with card so I had to actually call the incompetent people working at the store. when I got done placing my order and about to give the information with my card I told the idiot that I'm using 2 separate cards which I did before with no issue , he then starts being rude saying that I either pay with one card or pay with cash. After informing him that I don't have cash and its 2 separate orders he yells that its canceled so I hung up and called again. The man that answered already had such as nasty attitude and was very rude. I never dealt with such lazy people who had nasty attitudes. no wonder no body gives tips because the attitude is DISGUSTING. any time I order from them the food takes about a hour and 30 mins, the attitude from the delivery person and people who take order is disgusting. I would never recommend

When our food arrived the order was wrong, when we called and asked for a fix not a refund but for them to send the right food and take this he refused to fix it saying that the doesn't care, for us to take the food how it is and when we asked for the supervisor he refused to put them on the phone saying there is no supervisor, do whatever you want, he doesn't care. This was our first time ordering from here and this is how they treated us. Never ordering from here again and wouldn't suggest it to anyone, better choose another place cause this one's services are terrible and portions are small.

I looked at the reviews and every bad review is about one man with a horrible attitude. I tried my luck with the place and got to experience this nasty piece of work myself. Didn’t even get to order my food, I didn’t want it anymore. It’s been nearly 1 year since the first review on that man yet he is still completely miserable. Such a shame

Order food thru Uber for me and my Friend used a deal BUY 1 Get 1 free sesame chicken and couple of other Items. MY order arrived with no rice like how I’m I going TO EAT SESAME CHICKEN WITH NO RICE. Upon callin Angry man picked up saying rice only for 1 not for 2 ? Smh that’s not what it says online never ordering again and I tell people not to order from here thru UBER EATS OR ANY OTHER PLATFORMS Owner are very cheap could’ve contacted me and told me no rice

Worst restaurant in this area. I called and ask if I can place an order for delivery at 11:20pm because I know the close at midnight. The woman I spoke with said yes sure. Asked me for all my information and what I want to order. At 11:52 I got a call thinking that it's the delivery guy but it was the women calling me back staying we cant deliver your food. I asked if the food was ever made she stated no because I was willing to pick it up. The woman could have just told me that the about to close soon and can't deliver. Worst restaurant. I wont recommend this restaurant to no one.

They hung up while we were trying to place an order and I called 5x more and they didn’t pick up.. all I asked was if they can deliver to Mazda and they hung up. Why couldn’t they just say no ? Mazda is a 2 minute drive away. So I ordered by the Chinese restaurant down the block. While I was on my way to get my food from that restaurant, I decided to call this restaurant and WALKED in. As I was walking in, they had 1 customer who was waiting there for their food and my phone call was ringing and they ignored it while I was in the store. I confronted them and they didn’t know what to say. Ignorant people working here. They are in a busy part of Long Island and should not be in this area if they will treat customers like this…. Everyone, go to the Chinese down the block!!!!!!!!

I called to place an order and the gentleman who answered today at 2:30pm is the rudest person I ever spoke with on the phone. Customer service is horrible. When a customer asked for prices because they are spending their money, nasty remarks are not necessary. I will never order from here again.

I found a old guy hair on my food and they wasn’t trying to give me another plate. The fat cashier was disrespectful. Y’all should go to China garden that place is clean and very nice people. Except a fat driver, he has a nasty attitude when you don’t give him tips.
