Ordered my whip from the Sand sport swamp meet in Costa Mesa on Saturday May 22, 2021... Paid in full and was told my whip would be shipped out the following week... Here we are after calling the company twice regarding my whip, I just today August 9, 2021 received my whip. The receptionist I spoke to wasn't super apologetic and even had to ask me again to confirm a few details of my whip they misplaced. Horrible customer service.

Bought some whips heard great reviews about warranty. They’re just the older style and some of the LEDs burnt out. Drove an hour out of my way to get them dropped off to get fixed. The owner said that it’s not covered because of impact damage there is no spices in the covers obviously just Old whips that have burnt out overtime and flicker impact damage would be completely different. Sad that companies nowadays always come up with an excuse when their products fell over time.

Don't buy these not worth it. Will not warranty offered me 30% off on new ones after only lookingat pics. I live rightdown the road from there shop thought that was an advantage.
