I can’t say enough good things about this place. The staff is SO friendly, especially the sweet woman up front (I think her name is Alexis!?) and another gentleman there as well. We came from using 5150 whips and dealing with not the best customer service to Buggy Whip with exceptional customer service. Customer service goes SO far with me and the couple of times that I’ve had to deal with them, they’ve never let me down with efficiency, kindness, and knowledge. Thank YOU, Buggy Whip, for being exceptional and making me as a customer feel valued.

A+ service from these guys. Recently swapped out to the quick release bases and was thrilled with the way they handled the exchange. They were able to get them turned around quickly as well and get me back in the dunes. Great product!

I can’t say enough about the quality and workmanship that goes into the BuggyWhips that I’ve purchased. The custom engraved billet base and tip were true works of art. I’ve owned both a lighted 6’ white and a lighted 6’ green and they were by far brighter than anything else compared to the competition. I highly recommend BuggyWhip for all your lighted whip needs. Ordered my whip from the Sand sport swamp meet in Costa Mesa on Saturday May 22, 2021... Paid in full and was told my whip would be shipped out the following week... Here we are after calling the company twice regarding my whip, I just today August 9, 2021 received my whip. The receptionist I spoke to wasn't super apologetic and even had to ask me again to confirm a few details of my whip they misplaced. Horrible customer service.

Bought some whips heard great reviews about warranty. They’re just the older style and some of the LEDs burnt out. Drove an hour out of my way to get them dropped off to get fixed. The owner said that it’s not covered because of impact damage there is no spices in the covers obviously just Old whips that have burnt out overtime and flicker impact damage would be completely different. Sad that companies nowadays always come up with an excuse when their products fell over time.

Lousy customer service, lousy warranty, hard to get ahold of, too expensive, reps have attitudes. Go with 5150. They give lifetime warranty no questions asked, and NO attitudes.

Don't buy these not worth it. Will not warranty offered me 30% off on new ones after only lookingat pics. I live rightdown the road from there shop thought that was an advantage.
