By far the best Subway I've ever been to. The staff was amazing, and so was the food. Also I'd like to give a shout out to the guy who gave me a bunch of olives on my pizza sub.
My family and I dine here often. We always have a good experience, it's always clean, the staff is always nice. This is why we continue to dine here.

Sandwiches didn't look as full as their pics. When I asked for extra meat was told another 1.00. Nice preparer. Friendly. Very clean.
Gave them a coupon for carved turkey. Didn't have it warmed. When I ask them guy how come he taxed me I was told they turkey had to be cooked anyway. Won't be back!
Hardly anything on the bread. They don't sanitize the tables. Every table was dirty. The guy just brushed the crumbs on the floor with his hand and swept it up. Bring your own table wipes.

Very disappointed. Came here before work and as far as subways go, this one was fine. Employees are nice and did fine. My complaint is for the actual food by subway Corp. I guess I hadn't noticed just how much product you have taken away over the years. The sandwiches are really small. Used to be a 6" was a handful, now like 3 fingers. Now they have up a shield to cover the meat window so you can't see just how small amount of actual product they are giving you. So they are taking away so much and charging you more. Im seriously disappointed and sad to say, this will be my last visit to subway. Ill go to jersey Mikes, they still make a substantial sandwich. Message to subway corporate? SHAME ON YOU!

On June 29, 2021, I ordered a footlong BLT sandwich at this location. I was served by the manager. When I noticed he was putting too few strips of bacon on the sandwich--six instead of eight--I noted that the sandwich always comes with eight strips. (I've ordered the same sandwich at dozens of Subway outlets: the footlong always has eight strips of bacon.) The manager said the sandwich normally comes with only four strips and that he was "doing you a favor" by gratuitously adding two extra strips. I repeated that the sandwich is supposed to have eight strips, not six, but he refused to use eight strips. Although caught, the manager persisted in an outright lie. I have to conclude that at this location customers are cheated whenever he has the means to do so. (I have contacted Subway headquarters and have asked for its intervention. I said I didn't want a refund. I wanted to see each outlet have honest and competent personnel.)
The service was not great. I was about to say what I wanted but then they just dumped cheddar cheese on without asking and just went on. Everyone acted rude. Maybe if the music was turned down, we could actually hear eachother.
horrible restaurant to run away! the staff is not qualified! I ordered a sandwich with tuna I had the sandwich but he forgot the tuna! I have to go back to fix their mistake and they dare ask me for a fee. if you have the choice do not go!
Food was good but we where 9 people buying food and waned to use restroom for our kids they did not let us to use restroom they send us cross street to chevron gas station to use restroom.
The Bishop Subway serves lousy sandwiches. I’ve been to Jersey Mikes and ordered a tuna sandwich. THE TUNA WAS FALLING OUT OF THE SANDWICH I GOT SO MUCH TUNA. In my subway sandwich I was lucky to have tuna in the sandwich. Good luck in the future subway!
The owner seems to think it’s ok to act like a spoiled child and physically intimidate wait staff when he goes out. Embarrassing.
Usually I am very pleased with the service at this Subway Restaurant. However, this morning I wanted to place an online order for a work crew, pay for the order and send someone else over to pick it up. When I logged into my account on Subway.com at 9:45am, the website stated that this restaurant was closed and could not take online orders. The hours posted stated that they opened at 7:00am. I called the Restaurant to let them know, they just told me that something was wrong with my internet. I ended up having to order over the phone and not being able to use their online promotion of buy one footlong get one free. Then I had to clock out of work to drive over to the restaurant to pay for the order so it would be ready for the person picking it up. I also have a witness to this whole processes since I had to leave work to take care of it. It makes me think twice about giving them my business in the future.
I'm not a Shrubway fan at all. But this one takes the cake. The people that own this place also owned the Indian restaurant a couple doors away about where the new Salsa restaurant is now, and the service, and food wasn't any better. So yesterday we stopped in my friend got a sandwich with chips and drink. I gave the "manager" a 20. She argued with me and said I gave her a 10. She said well I'll give 10 because it's thanksgiving. I just looked at her like WTH. I don't really know if she was the manager or owner but my nephew worked there and he mentioned to me that she told him she loves pain killers. I plan on calling the corporate office and tell them about my experience.
Negative service. Didn't ask if I wanted it toasted ; I kept repeating what vegies I wanted; didn't bother to ask if I want chips or cookies and wrapped my subways if I asked for it to go! Oh and the souce I asked for was not spread through the subway. But I did noticed while I am eating they were very helpful with the local visitors. For the travelers I suggest don't bother to buy subway at this location! It was the same service with another couple travelers that came in while I was here!
We got to this place, the service was not really nice, the guy behind the counter was rude and didn’t seem like he wanted to help, the soups did not taste good at all and they were overheated, had to put 3 ice cubes in each (I tried both soups). The sandwich was good and the place was clean. he didn’t offer my partner the receipt and when I came back from the bathroom I asked for the receipt and he did not wanted to give it to us. His name was David. Won’t stop there again.

I live nearby and get a sandwich here every now and then, basically when enough time has gone by that I forget how bad it is. This time I ordered online. The size was wrong, meat was wrong, it wasn't toasted as requested, the bread was very old and chewy... I wonder if it's because I "only" tipped 15% or if this Subway is just terrible. The cookie was tasty though.
I order off the app in front of the store, the app thought i was in another state. I asked the manager for assistance, she laughed in my face. I asked if there was a phone number i could call for the app. She laughed again in my face. I felt belittled and it was unnecessary. Yes i made a mistake but i was just asking for help regarding it. There is no phone number for either the app of subway itself. Or i would complain there as well. Will never be spending any money with this company again.
