With the new renovation to the building it looks really nice inside, some booths have USB charger which is convenient. Eating in, the food comes out nice and hot delivered straight to your table. Good customer service. Food made when you order. Thumbs up from me.
After a disastrous outing to the town Jack, I returned. I have to say I was satisfied all around. Food was made correctly and was consistent throughout the order. Service was impeccable. Order was correct and hot. Thank you for a great meal.
Fast food never really exceeds my expectations, but these guys did. Everyone was very friendly and then when they forgot to give us our kids meal we went back for it and they threw in some extra chicken tenders. Definitely stop here!
Jacks has become our go to when traveling between Arizona & California. We usually stop by in the morning and the fact that you can order breakfast or lunch at any time really makes it an easy choice. Breakfast Jack, ultimate cheeseburger, sourdough Jack, tacos, iced coffee at any time. Plus it’s right off the freeway, so you are back in the road in no time.
I usually hate dealing with fast food and not much good comes out of it if I'm leaving a review. This is quite the OPPOSITE! The workers are always kind and even at last minute they still are. I had ordered a few meals and at last minute after I pulled up to the window I had to change to orders because I saw an advertisement that looked yummy and I didn't want to miss out on it. Gladly they changed it out right at the window. I just wanted this particular establishment to know I am always grateful for there 5 star service! 😚
Can always count on good service. Pricey a bit, but very well made food. Quality service too I often get either the sourdough but lately, the fajita pita sandwich has been making me quite happy.

It's fast food. Nice and well maintained. Hard working staff. The old adage, If you got time to lean you got time to clean applies here. Note to management, I was there on a Thursday night, about 6pm. There where 5 employees present, at least what(who I could see). Everyone was working hard. First Fast Food establishment with super clean men room. Thanks to a great staff and obviously very motivated management.

Morning crew ROCKS! Me and mine picked up tacos @8am and the place was busy! That didn't stop the crew from making the best dang tacos I've ever gotten from Jack in the Box. 🥰 The lettuce was so fresh! The tacos that perfect crunch! And the service was 10 stars!

I'm one of the lucky ones that they make my order as I ordered it and having got one messed up yet :-) although most of my family and friends say they miss their order up every time. The staff is always been nice and friendly to me

Food was good and employees were friendly. The trash container door was left open and my husband ran into it and fell on his shoulder. Employees were right on it and gave us claim info and told us to see the doctor of our choice within 24 hours.
Fast service, okay food, it got the job done. On a road trip you can't expect much but honestly better than McDonalds.

We had a good experience at this busy location located near I-10. A recently upgraded Jack In The Box. The servers were efficient and friendly during our visit. One of the soda machines was having a software issue, but the other was working and was kept full & clean. Or orders came out accurately and we're brought to the table, a nice touch.
The place was very clean, including the bathrooms. We only stopped in here because we needed a clean one. They did require us to buy something, but the jalapeno poppers we got were pretty good
Some sketchy people hanging out at this Jack in the Box location in Blythe, especially the plastic face lady. The food came out solid and the curly fries were cooked on point! The Coke Zero tasted funny, though (from both dispenser machines). Just eat and be on your way.

Even though the restaurant was open, all doors were locked. Luckily Another patron let me in. When we told the cashier the doors were locked she didn't seem to care. After we ordered and got our food, the cashier followed us to the table and told us they gave us the wrong sandwich, and asked to have it back. I asked if someone else was waiting for it, or would they just throw it away? The cashier told me they would toss it. I asked if we could keep it and she said no her manager wanted to see it. I went there at night 🌉 and did drive thru and it took them for every to ask us what we wanted and then when we got there they told us to back up and then pool forwards BTW there where teenagers working that night but when we got are food it was ok but they coffe didn't tasted that good and it need more flavor
Food was quick and play area was open for my wild children during a road trip which was a positive. however we ordered three kids meals that did not come with a toy and when I asked if they had toys available they said they were out of everything and that's all they could do which disappointed them.

JitB is a hit or miss according to its location, this one was good but they messed up our order and we had to wait another 15 mins until they made whay we actually ordered. I wouldn't spend lots of bucks here, so come here when u need a quick bite
I went through the drive thru ordering a chicken sandwich for $2.99, the two tacos for $0.99, and a large Coke $2.99. The chicken sandwich wasn't anything special and probably won't order it again. The tacos were okay, but they're too greasy from being dunked in the deep fryer. I would prefer the shell deepfried then filled with the other ingredients. The diet Coke was fine, but a little pricey for a drive thru. I know it's fast food, but it still needs to be more than good even if it's cheaper.
I must have had bad luck when I visited! Service was friendly and food was fast and good. But they were out of many items! We came in for the crispy cluck and mini tacos... nope! So we ordered the typical Jumbo Jacks and regular tacos. Then we went to fill our drinks. No Coke! No Sprite! So my wife had to settle for cherry Coke... not her favorite. My son wanted Sprite, but he didn't mind picking another option. I wanted lemon tea.... and it ran out half way. So again... just had bad luck!
They are trying. One of the few places to eat while traveling. The employees are trying, but need more help. The staff looked defeated. If this is a franchise, the owner needs to be in the trenches and help his crew out, and if they are aware of this take action!
The absolutely worst service. There were two orders, us & another person. Then others followed. It took over 20 minutes to get our order. When my husband went up to see what was going on, the wait person rudely barked at him about the 3 bags/orders in her hand, asking if they were our order. They weren’t. We won’t be going back to this location again.
The hamburgerwas cold and the soda was terrible. But the fries where nice and hot. Also the place seemed like it needed a good cleaning.

The food was excellent and the staff was friendly. However, the trash cans were overflowing, and flies were all around. The floor needed to be swept and tables wiped down. The cleanest table I found still needed to be cleaned. Table service is not normal but the staff member brought our food out to us.
Morning crew are friendly and on the ball. Night crew are about as incompetent as they come. If you patronize this place in the evening, CHECK YOUR ORDERS FOR MISSING ITEMS. I must have had the same idiot that Kori had. She acted like she was doing me a favor by giving me my missing items. EDIT: Management contacted me and made it right. Thank you Larry.
The service was good. However, they were out of almost everything we tried to order. Self serve soda machines were empty, out of napkines and all condiments in seating area.

Food is good I can't diss on that but the service is so slow. I have been there three times in the last five years going back and forth to CA from AZ (mid-point stopping place) and every time it is at least a 20 min wait. One time my family went to carls jr next door, ordered their food, ate their food, used the restrooms, came over to get me...And I was STILL waiting for my food. I am not sure if they are focusing only on drive thru and ignoring the service to the people who come in or what. But if you are in a hurry avoid this one.
I've always love the classic Jack experience, but this time it was different. I wasn't to thrilled about the drinks being made completely incorrect, nor was I prepared for the unexpected language barrier. Everything I order was made entirely wrong. My items had everything I didn't want and nothing that I did. I am aware that some days things are just so hectic and fast food can be so chaotic. Everything can always use work and I'm sure Jack employees will make sure of it in the future, maybe let's not put expected drive thru times on them and rush them and maybe our orders will be right. Food takes time, we take it so hard when a burger isn't made in 3mins when realistically would it be ready that quick at home? No. Please treat workers more respectfully.
The chicken club was hard and cold. Th fries were hard and cold. After waiting in line for 15 mins. Foods usually much better than this. Tried to call several times but no answer.
I have always liked The Jack in the past, but like most things, places and especially food in Blythe, CA this Jack in the Box sucks. When you have to wait for 10 minutes when pulling up to the drive through to order EVERY time, with zero exaggeration one would think AND assume that your food would come fresh and at least warm. Nope, not here at the Jack in the box in Blythe, CA!!
The food and the employees was great. But there was only 4 employees at work! We was 3 guys who ordered at same time, 2 of us got the food after 5 minutes but the last one waited 25 minutes for his food, and there was already a guy waiting in the restaurant when we arrived who first got his food when the last of us did.
Hello 👋 my wife and I made a mobile order on 6/11 and a majority of the order was incorrect and when calling neither number that google provided helped me reach anyone to replace the order, is there anyway you can assist in replacing the order? I am more than willing to provide proof of purchase and any supporting documents it was just frustrating because it was the more expensive items that were incorrect, sorry to bother you and have a great evening. Btw we live in town and the staff is always friendly and polite
Waited 5 minutes to order.Tacos left out had to turn back around they said I hadn't ordered them and since I assumed my order would be right I said I didn't need my receipt.
It's a shame when you get a bag that's full of grease and your chicken nuggets been double dropped and are overcooked and tastes terrible. Service was better when it was getting $9 an hour.
Horrible experience . Asked for 2 orders of 2 tacos but they only gave us 1 order. They didn’t ask us if the order looked correct on the screen or repeated our order so we can confirm that that’s what we wanted. Never coming back and will be going to Taco Bell instead! I am currently now starving

I am astonished that you can confirm somebody’s order twice to them. Repeat it and still manage screw the entire order the lady working the register at 4am is a real winner.

Ordered a grilled chicken fajita. It was supposed to have all of these items in it: Warm pita bread, Flame grilled chicken, shredded cheddar cheese, iceberg lettuce, grilled onions, tomato, side of fire roasted salsa. What I got was a cold pita full of lettuce and about 8 small pieces of chicken. No salsa at all or any of the other items. They need to retrain their employees, but considering where this one is located and the people they have to choose from to hire, I'm not surprised the food was screwed up.
This location claims to be 24 hours. This is not true. We have gone thru the drive thru multiple times at varying times of night ranging from midnight to 4:30am. The last time was 4:30 after driving all night and starving. Waited a minute to no response, then someone walks up to my car and tells us they are updating system. They say this everytime we try to get food late at night, and that it will take 15-20 minutes. Jack in the box has let us down to many times. We refuse to take our business to them anymore. UPDATE: After months of not going there we tried them again and messed everything up. Sriracha burger didnt have sourdough and cold. went to get it fixed and got a hard time how its suppose to be like that cause they ran out of bread then had me waiting for my money as she took orders. We returned the rest of our slop of food it was cold and half orders wow didnt get what we paid for. The cashier was rude as hell. Treat me with some respect im already wasted my time and money on your rude service. I ask for my money cause im waiting and you snap how shes already doing it... as im listening to her take more orders in drive thru. Rude.. as... hell... save your time and money keep driving.
Shut this place down, fodder was cold and tasted nasty. Eggs tasted like rubber. Sods machines were filthy and 1 spit out grease and oil. The other gave us warm flat soda. Wasted my money here.
Stopped by here as nothing else is open, yet couldn’t get any service. Employees seemed to just be hanging out out front and never once greeted any cars in the drive thru and couldn’t care less that all had just left.
I usually write good reviews but this late night sunday visit was the worst experience i ever had. No smile, no greeting from our cashier. The rest of the staff was doing its job but the cashier was very rude. We waited about 15 mins for our to go order and my friend that ordered right after me waited 30 mins to get his food. No napkins and my peach tea was black 😳 I love jack in the box but this one definitely needs some work.
I wanted tacos with my dinner. They told me they were out because they were closing and I was in the drive thru. Never heard a jack in the box closing the drive thru. I THOUGHT all of them were 24 hours. They don't need my business. So disappointing!!
Made me pull forward brought me burnt poppers Tacos with no cheese or salsa and they were soggy. I dont mind waiting for food but seriosly it should at least be right. They fixed it but i had to go back to the store. The first they said "we made them fresh".

Disgusting wont ever eat there again food had flies cooked into it and the kids meal for my 2 yr old wasnt even cooked all the way it was still cold in the center of the chicken strips. the assistant manager was very polite but when we talked to the head manager she was rude and snobby. She gave us dirty looks and additude when we told her about the flies in our food so glad Jack in the box hires rude and lazy people to work for them so that tourist like us can see how unpleasant there places are and gladly take our money else where. Not even worth a rating only reason giving one star is because it doesnt post a review without one 👎👎👎
I got maybe half a spoon of chicken on a fajita pita for $8 !!!! Never ever returning. Big RIPOFF !!! I was desperate from a long drive and ventured out of my comfort zone. Huge disappointment.
Rude rude rude. Passing through on a family trip. Literally ordered 3 things, the cashier was rude and got them wrong. She then corrected the order and then proceeded to give me the wrong bag when it was done and when I let her know it was wrong was nonchalant about it and was like are you sure. Mind you I'm inside the store not the drive through so she seen me look in the bag At the fries and bowl I didn't order. And then when I pulled the bowl or salad out she was like oh ok I'll get you the right order. Then gave me the "correct order"

I opened the door and walked in, the lady told me "it's drive through only" I explained to her that my truck wouldn't fit in the drive through and told her the sign on the door said it was 24 hours. She repeated, " it'd drive through only". I walked out past the person who was seated in the dining room. What a garbage place.
They deserve no stars but I can’t write my review unless I mark a star but this is literally the worse place in Blythe but today was the day they pissed me all the way off first off as I’m placing my order I ask I noticed the breakfast platter has change can you tell me what’s in it? You get what you see it the same eggs pancakes sausage or bacon I said well this picture up there shows French toast soo Ain’t no (walk-in to the picture oh ig it is French toast when did we get French toast in the platter) Fast forward to my order being called 3 separate bags where place on the counter my order 315 was called i walked to the counter and simply ask all 3 bags are mine? It’s a courtesy thing I don’t want to walk off with someone else’s food Read your receipt does it say 315 you it will tell you what you ordered look in the bag n see where is your receipt And by this time she yellin at me over the customers that’s already in here face placing an order best believe I won’t be back and will even pass up a DoorDash that come from there bc they just always rude they need to close the inside down and just do drive Thur because that’s all they care about
Signs say open 24 hours for drive-thru and dining room. But then another sign says dining room, open 5am-10pm. Stopped to get breakfast at 5:55am, and all doors were locked. There was an employee just sitting down watching us from inside.
If you are looking for SAMPLES of SALMONELLA, THIS PLACE GIVES IT AWAY FOR FREE EVERY-SINGLE-DAY!! Just drive up to the drive through (05/26/23) and order a chicken fajita pita combo, then don't bother looking for the rest of your order as you will not get that either! Admittedly, my pita looked like it had been dropped and run over. Was kind of shocked but hungry, so I ate it... I regretted that decision for the first 3 days of my vacation. I did try and call the location and the corporate office, several times but never got a response. I guess they don't care??? I will be calling the health department next.

PLEASE READ TO THE END!!!!! Wow, was the rudest I have EVER been treated. Went in and waited in line was my turn and from the get go it was terrible. I just ended up saying never mind and left. To take the cake she was some sort of manager whether shift or whatever. My order would have been more than $50. That might not sound like much but the family eats out at least once a week not including several out of town trips a month. Oh well their loss. After my review I received a call from the District Manager. He was very apologetic and disturbed by my experience. We discussed the whole thing in detail. He PROMISED to go over the issues with the employees. I have gone back and was pleasantly surprised to see the courtesy and efficiency that met us. Thank you for addressing the issues.
Absolutely horrible walked in and stood in line (2nd in line) for over 10 minutes. The person in front had been waiting for who knows how long and didn't seem happy but her little wanted j box. After the cashier left again to deal with the drive through which seemed more of a priority than customers in line that could wait. I watched the workers yell at each other for food orders while mine was not taken. So not professional this place would do better with high school kids other than rude yelling spilling drinks on the ground incompetent dopes. I walked out with not even ordering due to the horrible employees and wait time. Never again!!!
The “KIDS” running the drive thru at this place are “ DISGUSTING!” I usually leave great reviews but this time it was a really bad experience to the point where they put a “HAIR!” On my curly fries . We waited 10 minutes on the drive thru and when i told them why they left us waiting for so long they said that i had just pulled in and that the sensor didn’t see me, when actually as soon as we pulled in a girl said “ one sec, we’ll be right with you” after 5 minutes we said “HELLO!” And after 10 minutes we called them again and they were all being rude and trying to tell me that i was a lier when they have cameras and can see the 5 cars behind us. On our way on the freeway we found a hair on our food. And i swear this is not a lie. They did it on purpose. “DISGUSTING”. This was on 09/01/23 at 9:20 pm.
This place sucks now. The service took a long time and the burgers are small for $13 some large combo. For that price I rather go to the Habit or Whataburger for better quality.
I been sitting at the drive through for 20 minutes just for 8 tacos. And I watched my bag just sit there while prepping other people food behind us. This isn’t waste my time 2024 I had that last year 😅 better service please do better! U can say it’s just food but it is my money.. Not fresh food at all!!!
Avoid this jack in the box at all costs. They serve you cold food and are rude as hell. You can tell no one there likes their job. You can tell who ever owns this jack in the box is a lousy owner who doesn't care about running a good buisness
Not coming back to Jack in the Box. Curly fries were ehh. Cashier was chit chatting to her friend at the window while I was standing directly across from her patiently waiting. I had to tell the staff 3 times the restroom was out of soap before they refilled it. The restroom faucet water pressure is insufficient and the sink is too small for adult hands to wash comfortably. There’s 2 air dryers but no paper towels.
Well been 2 weeks in a row no tacos. And your treated as if your bugging them at all times. Also manager does not have time to talk to customers about any complaints. All around poor service do not recommend.
The manager here should show a little more respect for the disabled, especially disabled veterans, instead off allowing their employee to use the handicap parking space continuously for their precious car as their personal parking space even though they are not disabled nor have any handicap tags or plates. At least I am a nice guy who doesn't call in to report it to get their well deserved fine!
Despite being during clearly posted business hours (3 pm on a non-holiday), the workers said the location was closed for the dinning room and drive-thru and only doing mobile orders. Ridiculous!
I've had many experiences at this Jack in the Box which is always something with the order something missed you request your food certain ways it does not come like that. The drive-thru you sit and wait and wait and then they take your order and they're not in a rush or not attentive to any of the customer's request. This is not the first time I place my order wanted my food made fresh the prices that were paying for. You get your food and it's cold or it's been sitting in the warmer.this morning I ordered a large combo got a small fry that was actually fresh my chicken wasn't let the gentleman know at the window. then he gives me a large fry what I ordered with a bunch of broken and crunchy fries.like the fries that you have after your cleaning out the fryer or something. I don't know what's wrong with that but that's unacceptable. This is the night crew. Lazy always out of something is what they say. And especially waiting for that long in the Drive-Thru which if you've been to Jack In The Box in Blythe and you still get your food cold old fries etc etc.
I visited the Jack in the Box at 190 South Lovekin Boulevard in Blythe, California, and had a really frustrating experience. After a long, two-and-a-half-hour drive from Riverside, I was starving and looking forward to my meal. I specifically asked for no sauce on my tacos and even confirmed it with the staff, but when I finally got my order after a 15-minute wait, I discovered there was sauce on them. This was really disappointing, especially since I was so hungry and had been looking forward to the meal. Overall, the experience was really frustrating.
Homeless people hanging out and drinking free drinks, very dirty and shirtless, owner I see from other reviews that you totally ignore this problem, good way to lose customers…
Horrible everything sold me a cold dry old burger i called immediately upon noticing talked to a manager she took my name and order and I specifically told her I do not live in town and it would be at least a week maybe 2 before I would be able to come back she assured me it was no problem I just went back a week and 1 day and was told they would not replace the order that they messed up on they always mess up on my food and the service is awful
The manager is unprofessional and rude, and it shows in her employees. She is extremely negative. We tried to order inside, and employee after employee, we were ignored, including her. Finally asked for the bathroom code, and a younger teens was able to provide it. We finished and attempted to place an order and ignored us once again. Our children were dead set on Jack in the box, so I mentioned perhaps that the drive-through would be faster. A quick order when you're ready was given. Luckily, we have a usual order. The manager, as I recognized by her voice, would cut us off before we could finish. We asked for sauces, and we're quickly interrupted and told to ask at the window. With such treatment and to avoid continued mistreatment, we left and went across the street to McDonlds, who the staff was courteous, attentive, happy, and funny too. The management needs more training on how to treat customers and uplift her staff.
I visited this Jack in the Box location at 190 S Lovekin Blvd in Blythe, CA on June 28, 2025, at 2:21 PM. My experience was extremely upsetting and unacceptable. First, I found hair in my food, which was disgusting and immediately made me lose my appetite. When I brought this to the attention of the cashier, not only was he rude and dismissive, but he showed no sense of professionalism or empathy. As someone undergoing cancer treatment, I kindly asked for a cup of water to take my medication, and I was met with attitude and disrespect. No one should be treated this way—especially not someone fighting for their life. The quality of the food was poor, the customer service was hostile, and the overall experience left me feeling humiliated and deeply disappointed. It’s disheartening to see a national chain show such a lack of basic human decency. I strongly advise others to avoid this location. I sincerely hope Jack in the Box corporate addresses this matter and ensures that no one else—especially vulnerable customers—is treated like this again
Absolutely disgusting experience. This Jack in the Box was FILTHY. Floors were sticky, tables were gross, and it smelled like old fryer grease. We waited forever for our food like 20+ minutes for a basic order and when we finally got it, it was wrong. No apology, no urgency, just confusion and attitude. On top of that, there were clearly homeless people camping inside, and no one on staff seemed to care or step in. Look, I get that people are down on their luck, but this was not a safe or clean environment. Everything about this place screamed neglect. Never going back. Ever. Save yourself the stomachache.
It's really just a nastiness of the establishment for me. The staff was friendly and fast, but the rest of the restaurant was nasty. All the windows are nasty, the soda machines look like something exploded inside of them. There's food all over the floor in the back where there cooking.
Only thing i can say is thanks i was looking forward to such excellent service especially when I've been on the road for 3months running on Schedule that changes every other day i enjoyed throwing it in garbage thanks for such good job u should get a raise hopefully u can take my order next time again 😇
