In our opinion, one of the best pizzas in Varese; I'd dare call it gourmet for the unconventional ingredients, the variety of doughs, and even the unmistakable shape. Light and delicious, even for takeout, which is rare. If I really had to find a flaw, it's on average smaller than competing pizzerias, but I consider that a plus, because it allows you to enjoy it from the first slice to the last. One of our absolute favorite pizzas in the entire province of Varese, served by extremely friendly people. Highly recommended!

An excellent experience that will become a permanent fixture. The crunchy and crumbly pizza is available in 9 doughs, all WITHOUT a surcharge!!!! I tried the buckwheat one and the cereal one, really good. The environment is quiet and well-kept. The owner was kind and helpful. The cover charge and drinks are slightly expensive compared to the prices of the pizzas, but this is normal in all restaurants and I don't consider it penalizing. Two people spend €30 on pizza, drinks and coffee, definitely within the norm. Congratulations indeed!

Top! The best pizzeria in the world, hands down. Exceptional pizzas, authentic ingredients, 10 different doughs, all delicious, with special flours, including stone-ground whole wheat, Senatore Cappelli, and hemp flour. Homemade desserts, and the cheesecake is a must-try. The atmosphere is informal and welcoming, very clean, well-maintained, and family-run, synonymous with great attention to detail and professionalism! Try it and believe it!

Buona pizza artigianale a pasta non troppo sottile ma veramente soffice e squisita ... si scioglie in bocca! Impasti con svariati tipi di farina, normale, integrale, nera al carbone vegetale ecc... Dolci ottimi fatti in casa. Prezzi ragionevoli qualità/prezzo. Per le pizze dai 7€ in su.

Pizza buona possibilità di scelte tra diverse farine io ho provato la farina integrale ed era ottima leggermente piu' piccola rispetto al tradizionale piatto da pizza (anche se devo dire che mi ha saziato lo stesso )...mentre chi l'ha presa con impasto farina 00 la grandezza era normale. Prezzi nella norma . Locale pulito .Personale cordiale

Vasta scelta di pizze con la possibilità di ordinare impasti di diverse farine, ingredienti di buona qualità. Ambiente pulito con un arredo funzionale e moderno, il personale è molto gentile, si è accolti con un cestino di bocconcini di pane di vario tipo. Prezzi medi: due pizze "gourmet", due birre 0,40 alla spina, un dolce e due caffè, 40 euro.

A restaurant/pizzeria where you can spend a pleasant evening in the company of friends. The quality of the food offered is decent (in my case, pizza), and above all, the variety of types of flour used to make the pizzas offered on the menu is excellent. The service is discreet and professional. Prices are normal.

Good pizza, with the option to choose your flour for an additional €1. The ingredients are good, as is the cooking. The place isn't very large, but it's neat and clean. The service is quick and friendly.

Honestly, I ate an excellent pizza: crispy, just the way I like it, with a balanced flavor. I can't say the same for my wife, who had the misfortune of "enjoying" a pizza with overly salty prosciutto. This pizzeria offers various types of dough, all at the same price as a regular pizza, meaning no extra charge. Overall, it's a good rating, although I would have to point out the €2 per person cover charge for a placemat and paper napkin. Elsewhere, I've paid €2 for cloth covers! But then... why is it that only in Italy do we have to pay a cover charge and can't change the price like everywhere else (not often, but even in Italy)? One small final note: a few smiles from the owner would add value to the place!

We happened to be here on a Sunday lunchtime, so I don't know the area and can't comment on the location. Inside, the atmosphere is average, so it's not bad but nothing exceptional. One nice thing is having the pizza preparation and oven visible from the dining room. The menu was varied, offering a choice of starters, main courses, and pizzas. The pizzas also had some interesting options. The whole wheat pizza I ordered was good. One negative was the friendliness of the staff; the lady was nice but "cold" with customers. Another negative was the fact that the men's restroom lacked soap and paper towels.

I don't know how you feel about pizza, but I don't like the toasted ones with water among the ingredients! I asked for a seafood pizza, and that won't happen again in places I don't know! But I never would have imagined a pizza topped with a seafood "condiriso" that mixes vinegar and mushrooms! I assure you, it's not very pleasant! That said, it's up to you to judge...
