the one on marhshall is TONS better than the one on gilmer rd. on gilmer the cashier was on the phone, barely paid attention to us, and got our order completely wrong. half our food was dry and the gravy was gross. but on marshall ave its WAYYY better. our food was ready super fast and it was all fresh. the staff members were super kind and the gravy tastes exactly how it does in louisiana. perfect. it’s also extremely clean and i can hear people chatting in the back (it’s not busy at the moment) and everything is just so good

I came to visit Popeyes on hwy 80 today. I was greeted soon as I came in to a clean restaurant. I loved the customer service and my food was fresh and hot. I WISH THEY ALL WAS LIKE THIS.
The employees where warm and welcoming. Sweet and friendly! Helped me hold the door open while i pushed a friend in a wheelchair. This has became a new favorite place. You don't find employees that warm and welcoming. In a fast food restaurant!
Whitney was the first employee my friend, Shannon, and myself saw when we entered Popeyes. She was not only friendly but good at her job. She told us about the specials when we looked clueless and hooked us up! We we're so glad we changed our mind about the Oriental. This will be one of our new favorite spots..
A two is probably what this place deserves..Lady taking orders was obviously stressed. Rude .it was 11:30 am. She wasn't pleasant or friendly. I ordered 5chicken tenders combo. She gave me 3and no receipt. Chicken was small and taste less. Green beans as well .. WILL NOT BE EATING HERE AGAIN!! Well, fast forward 4yrs.. went thru Drive thru. Not sure of the reason. One car in front of me. Miscommunication, between me and the person taking order. Mac and Cheese, is Delicious!! Along with red beans and rice...
Went inside because nobody was inside and the drive through was packed. Got the order to go. The employees were nice, the place was clean and the food was hot and fresh. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars was because I ordered 3 chicken sandwich meals and spicy tenders. I don’t know if things have changed or what, but nothing about any of the order was spicy. The sandwich has some sauce, but none of the breading had any spice to it. Other than that all of the employees were about their business and the food was hot and fresh, so I can live with that.
Well I went here cause the power went out. The chicken was good the mac and cheese had alot of extra cheese.I paid for a 16 family meal didnt recieve one side and wasnt notified or offered a subsitute. The cole slaw was old and just strange. So I wasnt completely happy because I didnt get what I paid for.

The chicken tenders were pretty dry and didn't have a lot of flavor. I don't like fast food spicy chicken so I got the regular chicken strips but they just had no seasoning whatsoever. It seems like at this place it's either one extreme or the other, super bland or super spicy. It is possible to have seasoning and spiciness that is not hot pepper.
Can't tell how many times we come here to eat and the service is trash. Well if you ask why do I still eat here cause the food is good. This time I had to leave a review here's what had happened. We get to the drive thru and they say we can take your order when your ready but when I say something I'm not getting a response. Well I go to the wind cause I assumed something is wrong with the speaker. When the window open I was greeted with ugh what do you want. I stated that I was ordering my food and kept saying something and wasn't getting a response so I came to the window to...can I order here. The response I was giving was "oh I was busy go ahead" as soon I started she said no you can't hold on and closed the window. Lol yes I felt some type of way about that but I am tired of the attitude at this store it would be a lot better if there attitude would change
Placing orders in drive thru can be a bit nerve wrecking...arrived at 915p on Thursday nite..lights are not on outside ..the big marquee sign wasnt even on...guess they was getting ready to close at 10p.(early prep) lol...and about 6 cars in drive thru which barely was moving ...everyone "LOVES THAT CHICKEN FROM POPEYES" huh well it's their slogan n its true.
Good food but bad service. Every time I pull up to the intercom in the drive-through to order, they make me sit there and wait. Like just take my order! Big inconvenience is after all that waiting, they tell you that they don’t accept cards, they only except cash. Suspicious! Sounds like they are forcing everybody to pay in cash, so they can make as much money as they can and steal it.
Surly staff and no regard for customer convenience. Their delivery truck was allowed to shut down the entire drive-through, forcing customers to walk in the store. If you have a drive-through, it should be open during business hours. The truck could still make delivery without blocking the drive-through.
I love the chicken but it's not worth an 18 min wait & that's AFTER ordering with only 3 cars! And what's up with having no lights on outside, not even the lights in the order board? Cost cutting? Update - gave it another try. 1 car at the window & I still had to wait 5 mins for someone to answer on the box. Added a pix of my dried out pc. of rock hard chicken. Kept getting customer not available msg on phone. Just sad.
How can you be an open place that serves fried chicken and not have no chicken. I understand that you gotta clean up the kitchen, but if you stop cooking chicken at ten p m, maybe put out a sign super frustrated. I love popeyes.It's my go to when i'm on the road. Still would say go to this popeyes, not after ten.
I had to repeat my order 3 times to the cashier and she still asked questions. The order took 20 minutes and the employees moved so slow. The waiting line inside and drive thru was long but they didn’t care. The chef was working really hard to get the chicken cooked and he would tell them that an item was up and they just stood there. No going back!
Always like the food, service was shit. Ordered drive through, sat for 5 minutes then circled the building and sat another 5 minutes before someone came across the intercom. Person was rude and short when taking order and asked for my order a second time at the window.
Going through this drive through you'll be waiting 2 life times... It's horrible. They take forever to take anyone's order. I went today and there were only 3 cars in the drive through and I waited almost my whole lunch time and still didn't get to order my food because no one took orders. So I left without having a chance to get lunch. Something needs to change. I know the workers play around so much for the simple fact may 2 or 3 cars were parked in the lot and they came out with their food but still no one was taking care of the drive through. This has happened every single time I come to this popeyes. Hire new people or make them do better in that drive through. I have 2 stars for the drive through only
Owners need to really check out what employees are doing. Very unorganized. Continue to get orders wrong. Its like they really don’t care. Today, went through drive through, employee came out said I needed to come in to order. I went to door it was locked. Not really sure what’s going on with this Popeyes. But, it’s needs lots of improvements, far as customer service and management. Your loosing lots of money. FYI.
Waiting in drive through for 15 minutes I pulled around 4:13pm to the window a Lady said they were going through shift change at least she was nice about it asked her do I need to go somewhere else she told me to hold on thank you for your kindness good sweet Lady but I drove off and they was not busy Soo....
Marshall Rd has to be the worst Popeye's ever! They stop literally servicing customers way before the location closes, it could be 2-3 hours before store closes and they will not cook more chicken, they tell you this is all I have left. Worst Popeye's ever, the customer service is horrible! They lock the door hours before they close. Went there recently and they wouldn't even take orders through the intercom, I had to call the store to ask why, reply was we are short of staff, the line was long, had to go to Gilmer Rd!
Straight trash. Every experience is almost exactly the same. This time my husband went to bring me some lunch at work. He said he waited about 5 minutes just for them to give him fries and try to send him off without the chicken sandwich. He then had to wait another five minutes for what they completely left off. Just for the thinnest over crusted chicken sandwich I've ever had from there. Most times when I go, they don't make it spicy like I order every single time. And by far the rudest employees from anywhere I have EVER been to. If you don't want to work there, then don't apply. I can't believe some higher up has still not done something about this establishment your employees have made horrible.
It was my worst experience at a drive thru ever! I waited... I know more than 45 minutes before I got my food. I ordered my food after waiting at least 10 minutes and there was only one car in front of me. I pulled up to the window and paid. They asked me to pull up to the end of the drive and someone would bring my order out. I watched through my rear view mirror as at least 5 cars drove thru the pick up line and left with their food. Believing that they had forgotten about me, I reversed my car to the pick up window when no other cars were in line. They told me that someone was on the way to bring my food out to me yet it took them 5 minutes or more to go retrieve it. I let them know that I was upset with my service and that I would not be returning to their restaurant. The only positive thing that I can say is that the window persons were not rude even when I was letting them know how sorry their service was! My order should not have been difficult. I had 2 classic Blackened Chicken and 2 regular red beans and rice.
No idea how the food was.. I sat at the drive thru window for over 13 minutes as they ignored me. Rip off the reviews says it all didn't read bfor ordering through doordash was out nearby $40 with doordash tip and food only ordered four items and two items was not in the bag really at this point probably done on purpose...
Worst fast food joint in town. Go elsewhere. I tried again after a year to just go get dinner for my family. Had an almost $50 order, pulled up to the window where the lady was on her phone. She tried to swipe my card and then said “Our card reader is down.” I asked if I could pull around and pay elsewhere and she said “No, we cash only.” So I said that’d been nice to know before I ordered and pulled up. I left, again dissatisfied with this location. Y’all need help.
I just waited a very long time for my order due to poor management. The three employees were doing their best, but were two people short. The lady on the register had been there one day with no training. Each person waited over 30-50min after 15min at the register trying to be patient with the hard working employees. To sacrifice your employees to make better profit is the reason I will not support this business.
At this point both Popeyes need to be closed down! I literally went to both evening time. They don’t answer the speaker drive up to the window just to get looked at but never took the order.. It’s been horrible service for years and it’s sad because the food it good…
This place needs new management. I waited at the counter at least 6 minutes. The menu board wasn't working. No ketchup in condiment tray. The employees were dancing and singing. Very unprofessional. There were customers waiting in drive thru for over 30 minutes for orders. Some got out and came in to complain. Drive thru was backed up all the way to highway 80. Terrible management.

If I could give zero stars I would. Ordered $70 worth of food through the app. I get there, they act like they didn't see it at first then had me move up so they could make it. I was outside over 25min although I had been told previously the chicken was up and fresh. I go inside and my order is STILL not complete. I see them pull up fresh fries and at this point im like..if all my food not hot like those fries that just came out..I don't want it. I don't understand how ordering through the app took more time than if I had just came through the line and ordered. Bobby the manager said I had to cancel through the app so I brought my phone in so he could do it for me. Extremely disappointed in the service however Bobby did apologize and say it was shift change and they had 2 people training.
Sign says they close the dining room at 10pm yet staff wants to argue that they close at 9. Also whenever I pick up orders they will say they don't have it once getting there. Closing at 10 means they are ensuring the employees leave by 10. They are cleaning prior to and don't have any food to serve.
Workers smoking weed nobody in drive thru me and 3 other cars waiting until one of them walked off to tell us their not taking orders to just go to the window to order time was 6:10pm smoking right in front of the front entrance and then when they finally came to take my order they said they only taking cash that their machine is down
If I could give 0 stars I would placed a app order at 730pm arrived at 750pm just to sit in line for 15 minutes to be told they didn’t have any food and when I’ve requested a refund multiple times and they keep denying it
Waited 30 mins to get my order taken, and went up to the window. And the manger was so rude said we can’t order in the window but she lady was nice enough to do it for us. Then they proceeded to just throw the food into the bag the fries weren’t even in a bad just in the Togo bag. Worse experience and I will not be coming back. Very rude people
We've ordered from here multiple times over the last year and every single time we put in an order for a certain time we get there at the appropriate time and it's not ready. They're always understaffed nd our order is almost always wrong. Today we showed up on time and the gentleman at the window said he was alone in the restaurant but he would start making our order and it would be about 10 minutes. We received our order 45 minutes later after seeing multiple other vehicles show up and put in orders and still get their food before us. On top of that, we got home and there were multiple things wrong with the order. Absolutely atrocious. We'll never eat a Popeyes again. Fix your staffing issues and get your service game together! I don't understand why people still go here!
DO NOT go to this location, we ordered our food through the app with plenty of time passed to pick up our food. Pulled up to the drive through and the guy didn't even take our order on the intercom so we just pulled up behind the vehicle in front of us. Once we got to the window we informed the guy of our order we placed online, there was no "hey how can I help you" or "what would you like the order". He just looked at us with a blank stare and didn't say anything, we had to intiate the conversation and tell him our order. He just said ok and shut the drive thru window. It took them about 30-40mins to fulfill our order and once we received our order we were missing a drink and told the non chalant guy about it and once again just looked at us with a blank stare. Then asked us what would we like, we would like the drink we ordered and then he tell us they're not making any frozen drinks. So after we just ended up getting a different drink we proceeded to drive off and that's when we noticed that we are order had multiple issues missing chicken wings and one of the sandwiches were wrong. People mess up, understandable but when we went back in order to not go back to the drive thru again we parked and proceeded to go inside to get the order fixed. Suprise for us the door was locked, keep in mind it was only 6:40pm. Why are the doors locked if you have dine in available!? So we had to go back in the line once again and wait for another 20 mins to wait and get our order fixed. Once again the guy in the window with another blank look on his face with no customer service waiting for us to say something. We finally got our order fixed and was still wrong, at this point we said forget it and got some of it refunded through the app. Maybe they having a bad day but looking at the other reviews this seems to be common issue with the staff there having attitudes and no customer service. Regardless of the situation you still make an effort to provide customer service. We still gave them grace and didn't give them attitude even though they weren't deserving of our grace. Whoever owns this location really need to look at these reviews and have some tough conversations with the staff here. At the end of the day treating people with grace and showing kindness isn't difficult to do. Do better and Be better.
Rude, from the very start. I sat at the drive thru for 13 minutes and said hello several times, and no one answered. Pulled up to the window, and the lady acted as if I was putting her out. No hello, no smile, no nothing!!! Never even a thank you. This is by far the worst Popeyes I've ever been to. WILL NOT COME HERE AGAIN.
Worse experience ever at any restaurant let a lone a Popeyes. From the moment I walked in it was bad. Counter person took half our order and walked away for easy 5 mins plus, came back and apologized, then took the rest of my order. Went to sit down, they called me back up, had the wrong order on the counter, so I took half my order back to my seat. My dessert was frozen solid, fries were cold not even room temperature. And then my lady waited more the 30 minutes for her food and got tired of waiting and went back into the line, for 10 mins to cancel the order. And I never got our biscuit.
Food tasted older than I've ever had. No one wanted to talk to me and they had an issue with parking, but a custo.er nearly had to yell to get ketchup.
The popeyes in longview will all shut down at some point, you go through drive through and no response go to the window they ignore you. Like you could atleast let the person know the drive through is closed or short staffed anything. It's not just this location it's the one on gilmer rd too you can't get anything ordered at any location so I guess they don't want buisness anymore someone a dm or go needs to do something about this

It’s not Chick-Fil-A. But we all know that already. Ordered online, gave plenty of time for order to be fulfilled just to arrive and be told I have to go inside. Once inside they can’t find the order. Once the manager helps the girl at the counter find it, it takes 20 minutes to fulfill it, just to end up doing spicy chicken instead of mild like we ordered. It’s not the first disappointment with Popeyes. We gave it a few chances. But review time came and now it’s time to avoid that establishment.
I placed an order in the Popeyes app. I arrived in time for my order and the doors were locked. There was no sign on the door or anything. I go to the drive thru and someone answers and tells me they are closed, this is at 12:05 pm, and that they'd maybe open in 30 minutes. I asked about what to do about getting my money back on the app and they said to contact support.
The chicken was cold and hard. The service was only okay. We will not be going back.

My son and I attempted to dine here yesterday. When I reached the front of the line, two women who had not been in line ahead of me pushed in front of me and the cashier began taking their orders. When I objected, they accused me of cutting in line. They became loud and verbally aggressive. The cashier and the other staff ignored me and my predicament. Another woman, who had been in front of me in line, looked afraid. Finally, receiving no interest or concern from the staff and fearing that the verbal aggression might turn physical, my son and I left. Popeye's fried chicken is my favorite fried chicken, but I will never willingly enter this location again. For all concerned, I hope that they close soon and permanently.
When my husband was first ordering they just told him his total after the first thing he said he wanted and never asked if he wanted something else so they got off the drive thru speaker before he was even done with his order and my husband ordered blackened chicken tenders and they gave us regular tenders!
DO NOT GO HERE! Picking up doordash order with no one here. Had to wait 20+ minutes which made the food from another location cold to deliver to same place. Staff has terrible attitude about even being at work, like they have something better to do. When I showed up the one taking drive thru order was sitting out in the parking lot talking with other people in the parking lot. They do not care at all about customer service. Honestly surprised this place is still open.

I have been traveling from kilgore to a close location to this Popeyes every day. And for 9 straight days, all I have ordered is a spicy chicken sandwhich. And every day, I am told a different story. 1 day, they say, " All of the sandwhich patties are frozen. ". The next day, they say, " We ran out of sandwhich patties. " The next day, it's, " It is going to be a 20-30 minute wait for a sandwhich." And so on. Every time I stopped by the store to order it was always between 1pm and 2pm. I can only imagine the profit loss due to bad managing. And that does not just mean the STORE MANAGER.
If you run door dash or uber eats, you will be better off rejecting popeyes when the offer pops up. Super long wait in lobby or dive thru. If you're order calls for surf and turf then forget it. They don't ever have the items to fill this. This store is an abomination
The doors were locked during business hours. I placed an online order and waited over an hour in drive through. This Popeyes is very short staffed.
Literally sat in the drive through with only two other cars for 30 minutes before getting our order taken. Ridiculous. I love popeyes and their food but for a drive through that wait was just crazy.
I was there last weekend and the lady at the counter with the blonde hair was so rude and the soda machine needed attention no ice in it nor was the soda any good. The only thing that was halfway good was the actual food. I had popcorn shrimp that was delicious. I will not be returning to this location

I’ve been to this Popeyes twice in three weeks. I’ve come through the drive thru. I’m a manager at a restaurant and I always stress greeting the guest in drive promptly. I’ve come here and stayed in line for more than 5 minutes. This time, an employee came outside and I asked, are you guys open, and he replied yes. I’m so glad that I get to see the importance of that greeting at my restaurant because it’s sad that everyone doesn’t set that standard and sends me to Church’s. That store could be more profitable but they obviously don’t need it.

Went there today for lunch, writing this while I’m still here. Everyone was really freaking rude. The only reason it has even one star is because the food was decent. Will not be going back to this specific location. Lady with the blonde short hair was absolutely HORRIBLE.
This Popeyes is getting worse and worst. Sat in the drive through line with a car in front of me. It took them at least 10 minutes to tell the customer to come around to the window to place her order. Then I sat at the window for about 15 minutes. No one even came to the intercom. So I drove around to the window. Took another 5 or more minutes to acknowledge I was at the window. At least three cars left the lot without ordering. I don't know who owns this restaurant but something needs to be done. I'm reading these other reviews and they are complaining about the same thing.
Set there and drive through for over 10 minutes.Nobody would answer. So we drove up to the window and set there for 10 minutes.Tried calling.They purposely have the phone off the hook.And nobody would come to the window.Even though would repeatedly haunt they're no courtesy whatsoever. That is the most dysfunctional crew to work together. 3 team members were all making the same order. (It had already been made in front of me). No one knew because they were not communicating. There were already 2 managers on staff another came in and he seemed to be angry. Yelling how he would run drive-thru and counter by himself. But he didn't want anyone to touch his tills. Then he went into the back. There were customers waiting and cars in driveway. Other workers tired to get him to take orders (since he said he had it). Orders not getting taken and everything held still. He got mad cussing and yelling. After standing for 15 minutes on uber order. They finally made it. When I delivered it, I had got the wrong order. Most of the time they choose not to fill uber eats or doordash. That store needs a completely new crew that works TOGETHER!
Really awful!! From the “greeting” at the drive thru, to having to wait almost 1 hr for my online order… and then they “forgot” I was waiting!!! Seriously!? Then we had to wait another 16 mins for them to cook chicken- and the chicken was NOT even cooked all the way!! I had to cook it longer when we got home!! Absolutely ridiculous! There is no excuse for how poorly this place conducts business! **DO NOT GO HERE- YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED- YOU WILL ENCOUNTER- RUDE EMPLOYEES, UNDERCOOKED CHICKEN, & LONG LONG WAIT TIMES…AND YOU POSSIBLY WILL EVEN HAVE THEM FORGET YOUR WAITING!! Smdh- they even gave me my drink that was sitting on the counter for over an hour, with the ice completely melted down… NO STARS!!
The customer service in the drive thru was absolutely horrible tonight. As a food manager, I know when a restaurant has professional leadership because the staff will reflect it. The manager was extremely rude and the staff acted like slaves on master plantation. Whoever the district manager is should spend a week at this location undercover and remove the negative energy.
Worst place I have been too. They definitely discriminate because others were served first before a lot of other people. When we finally got our food after about a half hour and as my friend turned to leave the manager was smirking at her and laughing. The chicken was okay, at least it was cooked and crispy but it was bland. The coleslaw was horrible, fries were good and biscuits were okay. I will NEVER go to another Popeyes again, I don't care where it's located. Worst experience ever!! And don't bother "apologizing" wasted words since it's still happening according to all of the bad reviews. I used to work fast food and I treated people like they were my family and cared about doing my best. This place needs a whole new crew.
I ordered a number two combo which is ghost pepper Sandwich on inside or drink $10.81 My sandwich was supposed to come with bacon and cheese as well as a ghost pepper chicken patty. I did not get no bacon or cheese. It was just a regular sandwich with ghost pepper sauce smooshed down the weight was 25 minutes. Ridiculous Service ridiculous
If i'm not being ignored, they mess up on the order, or they don't have what is needed. I'm surprised this store is even still open. They really need to work on customer service.
I ordered in person and they messed it all up and didn’t even give me my receipt. Everyone had to drink hot soda bc they were out of ice and didn’t say anything.
Terrible food, missing food,wrong drinks, phone is off the hook, doors are locked and horrible service. Been a year since I last ate here and now I remember why. Tasted like my food was rubbed on the floor.
Mobile Order was incorrect, missing over half the chicken I ordered. Waited at drive thru for an unreasonably long time with no acknowledgement of being there. Went inside and picked up my order. Order was in a sealed bag with a receipt attached which correctly stated my order. Did not check it at the store. Got home…should have food for 3 people…ended up with food for 1. Called store to see what could be done. Dialed phone number listed on Google Maps for this location. All phone calls went directly to busy signal. Very sad.
Didn't get the food. After waiting for 38 minutes with absolutely no updates from the gentleman at the drive-through, I decided to leave and try the other Longview location. It's as if they totally forgot about us and all 3 vehicles drove off.
I made an order. It shows it's been canceled but yet I've had 3 door dash drivers call me to tell me they don't have the boneless wings. Rather than the restaurant just calling me, these poor door dash drivers keep going to pick up the order. The stores been a constant busy signal for almost an hour. Believe me they are not that busy that it's actual phone calls. I've been told by the door dash people that it is one of the worst Popeye's. There is not a way to speak to the corporate office. You have to do a text chain online.
They forgot part of my order, so I went back politely to ask about it. Instead of resolving the issue, I was told the item wasn’t available. When I reasonably asked why I wasn’t told that when I first ordered, the staff escalated the situation unnecessarily. Shockingly, they called the police and trespassed me from the property—over their own mistake. Even the responding officer acknowledged that the employee had blown the situation out of proportion. I was promised a refund, but the way this was handled was completely unprofessional and embarrassing. This was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had, and it reflects very poorly on the Popeyes brand.
I ordered this tonight, and they took $50 from me and cancelled my order and never gave me my money back. i don't recommend this place at all i wanted to give them one more try after what happened last time... ordered here, and they gave me a whole different order, and not right food at all. i dont know what else to do now that was my last $50. DONT GO HERE.
I'm not sure what happened to Popeye's customer service...or lack thereof. I waited 33 minutes for a 10 piece box of chicken. I backed up to the drivethru window when there were no cars to see if maybe the lady had forgotten I was waiting. She said: "Oh, oh...the chicken just came off. Getting yours ready right now, just pull back up and I'll bring it out."....13 minutes later, she comes out. A box of 9 pieces of chicken with no biscuits, no apology, and no thanks for waiting. Last time. What ever happened to common courtesy??
They don't care. When I pulled up I couldn't get anyone to answer on the speaker. I Waited bout 5 minutes, nothing. Drove around to the window in case the speaker wasn't working. I saw two people working. They knew I was there but did not acknowlege me. After a couple of minutes one person came said he was new and didn't know how to take our order. The others ignored me even though some more employees came back in after a few minutes. I Left with nothing after sitting there blocking their window for 10 minutes.
Had a very odd experience here. Part of my order was missing when I went through the drive-through. It was during a lunch rush hour so the drive-through line was pretty long. I decided to go inside to try to get the rest of my order. I explained the situation kindly to the cashier. She was very rude about it and threw her hand up towards the drive-through line. When I asked for clarity on what the gesture meant, she said it wasn’t her problem and to go back through the drive-through line. I asked why because it was a simple fix. She refused to help. When it was finally my turn in the drive-through line again, I explained that part of my order that was missing. The worker cut me off and asked very rudely if I was the customer who was just in the building. When I said “yes ma’am”, she told me to go back inside to have it fixed. When I got back inside, the manager was waiting with her hand on her hip and had an extremely rude attitude towards me for whatever reason. After looking me up and down, they finally fixed my order. Not sure what the attitude was about from both the cashier and the manager. Accidents to orders happen all the time so I wasn’t rude about it. Just seemed like they wanted somebody to be rude to. It was such a weird encounter.
I pulled up to the drive-thru hungry and hopeful. But like a ghost town at high noon & nothing. No greeting, no hold on one moment, not even static. Just silence. Fine. I parked and went inside, already bracing for disappointment. What I wasn’t prepared for was a $16 five-tender combo. Sixteen. Dollars. For five strips of chicken, a biscuit, and some fries. That’s not fast food. That’s a first-class airline meal without the legroom. But I was starving and desperate, so I tapped my card and sold a piece of my soul. Then, as I stood waiting for my golden treasure, I saw it. Right next to me. On the floor. A large cockroach on its back, legs still twitching like it was doing one last Harlem Shake before meeting its maker. At that moment, I realized the true cost wasn’t $16. It was my dignity. If you’re going to charge upscale steakhouse prices, maybe check the floors for live insect entertainment. Because millionaire chicken shouldn’t come with a side of roach roulette. Why is it that they are open but refuse to make food and serve customers i keep stopping at this location and doors are locked and people are inside not serving people (Old post) If I go inside they get my food wrong, can so no pickles it has it, can say strawberry lemonade and its regular, if I go in drive through every car is at the intercom for at least 5 most 10min because cars wre waiting so long to place there orders. I got here with 2 cars in found of me and have been still waiting to take my turn to order for 15min during lunch time people ain't gonna have time to eat there food because of a lot of these issues, took 27min for me to get my food felt bad for the line of cars to the road
This establishment needs HELP and has needed help for a long time! The quality of food that is handed out the drive thru is embarrassing!!! Upper management needs to be changed or stop and start taking time to train your employees properly. This is a chicken establishment and yet the chicken is not edible!?? The chicken was very dry and hard like it had been sitting all day!! The phone number listed for this Popeyes does not work which is a huge red flag!! Don’t waste your money eating here!!
