Avis sur L'ora blu Bollate
My friends and I often meet here for an excellent aperitif, delicious and plentiful, combined with excellent service. They also serve other food, but I've never tried it before. The evenings are quiet and peaceful, and in the summer, they even have outdoor seating. Plenty of parking.
I'd never been there before and I highly recommend it. Friendly, smiling staff. TOP food. A platter of excellent quality cured meats and cheeses was delivered. The pizza was one of the best I've had in a while. Peaceful atmosphere. Well done!!!
Three of us arrived for lunch on Sunday without a reservation, and we needed to get there quickly due to upcoming commitments. Despite the busy tables, service was quick and punctual. The cheese platter was excellent, with gnocco fritto and fig and walnut jam. Everything was delicious and high-quality, and they were very attentive to any allergies. We'll definitely be back to try other dishes, including the pizza, which looked excellent.
A pleasant discovery. I never expected to eat so well. I had a buffalo burger and was very pleased with both the taste and the appearance. I think they should improve the pizza; it was very good, but a little too burnt and floury. The staff was friendly and professional. Overall, a well-deserved 5-star rating. I'll be happy to return.
Beautiful little place, with both indoor and outdoor dining options. I personally eat outside—it feels like I'm on vacation! The staff is very friendly, kind, and attentive. The lunch menu includes a first course, a second course, and water. Generous portions, great prices, and delicious! I've never been in the evening, but I know you can get pizza or gnocco fritto with various cold cuts. Anyone who wants can also take a dip in the outdoor pool! Definitely worth a try!
From the outside, you'd be forgiven for expecting the usual, unkempt pool bar where the hottest thing you could eat was a toastie. Then, upon entering, the mood changes: outdoor tables with a veranda and table football, while inside, a welcoming and refined atmosphere awaits, with a lunch menu featuring original and well-cooked dishes. Everything served quickly and courteously. Just the portions, perhaps a little more would be nice...
Finalmente un bar con tutti i tipi di latte per gli intolleranti al lattosio. Cappuccino buonissimo, cremoso e caldo al punto giusto. Titolare gentilissimo e disponibile.
All'Orablu ci si sente a casa! Personale simpatico e molto disponibile, cucina e pizzeria da 5 stelle! Ci torno presto!
Pizza fantastica con prodotti freschissimi e personale famigliare e cortese.Ambiente luminoso e parcheggio ampio.
A very welcoming place, both inside and out. The staff is very kind but above all unobtrusive, giving you time to choose your food, which for me is a real plus. The dishes are very good. I had a really creamy carbonara with a nice sauce. The pizza and appetizer platter are also worth trying. I recommend it for everything.
Unfortunately it has fallen a bit, and I'm very sorry about that because it was a lovely place, where you could eat quality dishes, few things but good ones. Now we had an aperitif for a platter, we waited 1 hour and 10 minutes. The platter consisted of frozen fried foods that, if they had been reheated better, would have been eaten more willingly. The only good thing was the chips. The yellowish mozzarella is sour in one part, a real shame because it was a nice place. I hope they can fix that. And maybe a little more smile and kindness would be appreciated.
Good place for a quick bite. Pizza quite tasty. Draft beer of high quality.
The welcome, service, and attention are just not good. The fact that they pass themselves off as a guardian of the law and don't issue a receipt is a serious matter. The prices aren't cheap, the food is decent.
We went last night for dinner and tried this place, having recently moved to the area. I'll start by saying we hadn't booked. Upon our arrival, we initially greeted the waitress, who then ignored us. After about five minutes of standing at the entrance, we were noticed by the manager, who I believe was coming out of the kitchen. He was willing to find us a table and instructed the waitress to set a table. But after another ten minutes of standing around, with the waitress never even giving us a glance, we decided to leave. She could have at least seated us and then calmly set the table; we certainly weren't in a hurry. It's a shame we didn't get to try your cuisine.
Unfortunately, I have to give a super negative review even though it's a nice place!!! We went last night to celebrate the class party and paid 20 euros each....we waited 1 hour and a half for platters for 4 people with 4 chicken nuggets, 4 small pieces of pizza and 4 small focaccia, 1 hamburger bun divided into 4 with a piece of sausage inside and 4 slices of melon with salami on top.....every 10 people had 1 bowl of rice and 1 of pasta on the table....the super scandalous thing was the celiac and vegan dishes.....20 euros for a plate with a spoonful of rice, 2 pieces of omelette and 3 slices of melon with salami (even for vegetarians) terrible, and that evening lost 20 potential customer families
I would not recommend this venue for children's birthday parties. The experience was disappointing in many ways. I'm not accustomed to leaving negative reviews, but if the owner would like to constructively discuss the reasons for my rating, he or she can contact me privately and I'll be happy to explain. *Update after the owner's response*: I'm sorry to read such a defensive response. My review simply reflects my experience. Reviews are for those who want to visit you, and your words unfortunately confirm that children are not particularly welcome. Obviously, I was not contacted for a discussion.
The bar doesn't have air conditioning, and the fans don't seem to be working properly, making the atmosphere quite hot and uncomfortable. I hope the bar can improve these aspects to offer a better customer experience.
I don't usually write reviews or complain about the cappuccinos I drink. As a barista, I know what it's like to stand behind the counter and receive complaints about the "cappuccino," but there's a limit to everything. I paid for the cappuccino anyway. The first one (which I don't have a photo of) was cold because the milk wasn't even heated, so I politely asked if they could reheat it. The second one (which I've attached a photo of) was even worse, boiling hot and not at all creamy. Not to mention the annoyed and unfriendly attitude of the girl and the way she started to HEAT the milk, I didn't make a scene or complain. My daughter had a toasted sandwich, and it was very good and nicely heated. The bar is very nice, shame about the cappuccino.
Assuming the order was taken badly, because if I ask you for three platters of cured meats and cheeses to share, you don't just bring me six platters between two of you without saying anything. But could it have been a misunderstanding? Fine. But then having to beg for a €50 receipt that I didn't notice at the time, having paid for other things because, according to them, "you had a receipt with 'deposit' written on it" - no way. Because it's one thing to write down a receipt for a deposit without even VAT (IT HAS NO TAX VALUE) and another to issue a real receipt. But apparently, either we like to be crafty or the cashier should take a proper course.
