There was a New York Rangers rally downtown Brooklyn @ Albee Square. My husband & I went to get lunch @ a Subway Sandwich Shop, but it was more of a take out as opposed to having tables & chairs. Otherwise, everything tasted good. By the way, this Subway takes the company coupons.

Okay, so... you can't go wrong with a subway sandwich, apart from that they get four stars due to there cleanliness and the location.

There's a nice lady here who isn't like the typical teenage male jerks found at too many other locations; she fixes your sandwich with fixings without attitude! Only reason this place isn't four stars is because they have no restroom s for customers.

Just keeps getting expensive

Been coming for a while Staff usually pleasant but today another story Veggies for sandwich topping looked like they have been refrigerated for a while. Lettuce was actually brown and watery

I have nothing good or bad to say. The food and restaurant is just like every other subways. Nothing particularly great stands out. The people serve the food, no conversations or being friendly which I dont mind. It's ok.

Small store with only a few tables. Staff looks very unhappy. They have a better store near the Union Turnpike subway station.

12/2021: They DO NOT accept ANY coupons. I feel they make up any excuse to not take them. From now on they will not get my business. Food is prepared okay (the bread is bigger than the actual ingredients inside) and the location is clean because people rarely stay to eat.

Worst Subway around. Preordered on the app. When I got home and checked the sandwich’s they were extremely light on filling. $8 for an empty 6” sub. Terrible. Avoid.

A lot of times they are out of certain vegetables. I always like spinach on my sandwich but half the time, they are out. Today I went in and wanted to get a cold cut sub, but they were also out of the cold cuts. It's pretty early when they have run out of items, around 4pm. I got the oven roasted chicken instead and got really sick. Never happened to me when ordering from another location, and I get the oven roasted chicken often. I go to this location because it's by my house, but never again. Today the sodas were also really warm because the fridge was turned off. Trying to save money by conserving energy, I guess.

This Subway location has been on the decline for some time now. The quality of the ingredients sucks, it’s pricey, and not worth your money for what you get. Please stop buying from here, y’all. Go to 7 Bagels & Deli or Green Valley Gourmet for your sandwich fix instead.

I’ve visited this Subway location multiple times, and unfortunately, my experience has been consistently disappointing. Almost every time I place an order, they seem to be out of basic ingredients, which makes it difficult to get what I actually want. On top of that, the overall quality and freshness of the food do not meet expectations. The portions also seem smaller than what is typically standard, which feels unfair for the price being charged. This location appears to have ongoing issues with inventory management and quality control. I believe it would benefit from a proper review or inspection by management or the appropriate department.

I ordered 3 sandwiches and all was not the right portion size its like they made a 6inch but streched it to fit in a foot long . I want a refund and there's no way to get in contact with anyone.

I wouldn’t recommend this location. They say they are not participating in any rewards, free sandwich offers, or promotions shown in the app. When we tried to order, the employee at the store was quite rude and cancelled the order, saying the manager instructed them to do so. It was a very confusing experience, especially since the offers appear in the app. Not a pleasant visit.

I am a regular customer but I think now it’s time to switch over because the Indian lady who works there during the afternoon is always busy on her fone and don’t listen your order properly and the second thing I want to bring to everybody’s attention is that they not using fresh vegetables,Please Improve your quality and staff behavior otherwise you will be loosing customers!!

The worst subway ever!!! I ordered delivery . The sandwich was cold and tasteless and also I ordered SunChips which I never received. I tried calling the restaurant and nobody answers the phone. Horrible customer service and pricey!!!!!

This subway is not right, they make alright sandwiches but to be honest their prices are higher than every other subway I’ve been too, and they have homeless people lying around everywhere.

Ordered my usual tuna footlong and it tasted super strange which is definitely not something you want with fish I had to throw it away to not risk food poisoning. Fish is not as well preserved as cold cuts and should always be tasted before serving it
