Perfect 10 across the board. The staff were friendly, attentive and knowledgeable. Highly recommend the chicken parm sub sandwich, it was to die for. If you're passing the area on a Tuesday or Wednesday, find Jessie. Wonderful server, made the entire experience worth while.

This little restaurant is an awesome find. They serve authentic Italian dishes and the owner is the sweetest and makes you feel welcome and at home. The food is amazing to say the least a true taste of Italy. My wife and I were looking for a place to eat on our way home so we were passing through Bridgeport and we picked Pronto’s. The restaurant is located out by itself but it is worth finding it. We have been back already and will be back again and again. I had the Saltimbocca the first time in and all I can say is wow. The flavors were well balanced and amazing. My wife is allergic to wheat and is hardly ever able to get pasta and here they have gluten free pasta. She was so very happy to be able to have pasta with her meal. The sauces are amazing and the house dressing is very tasty. When they bring the rolls out they bring the best tasting olive oil with mixed herbs to dip the bread in. I could literally just drink the oil it is so good. You must and I say must find this lil hidden gem you will not be disappointed. They also have great pizza according to the best in wise county votes.

My uncle Pete turned 80, so we all showed up, all 34. The staff was quick and attentive. The water never went dry! Bread baskets always had bread! They put garlic in the oil! That's a super nice touch! The owner was a super amazing lovely lady from Italy, the ones that could take it to her in Italian. It was such an incredible experience here in Texas! I believe we all tasted one of each off the menu! For appetizers, we had the calamari and the wings! Oh, the sauce for the calamari was terrific! Wings had fantastic spice and flavor! Cooked to perfection! The desert was succulent! Overall, it was a wonderful meal to celebrate a special occasion with loved ones. My uncle Pete was smiling, and it was a night to remember.

Dinner was excellent and plenty of it. I had the Eggplant Parmigana with Angel Hair Pasta. My hubby had Spaghetti and meatballs. Both were very good. Service was excellent. The price was great too. I highly.. highly recommend Prontos Italian Restaurant in Bridgeport.

This place is the best Italian restaurant in the county. The service is excellent and the food is even better. The Monty’s special was amazing and the good old fashioned spaghetti and sauce will always be a classic. We are regulars here and will continue to be.

I am from East Texas and come to Bridgeport a couple times a year and as soon as I know we are coming the first thing that comes to mind is Prontos The food is amazing the best there is and you can tell it's made with love, the atmosphere wonderful, service is always good. Not only is the food amazing the owner is the sweetest around, always makes you feel right at home I highly recommend this place, trust me you will wanna thank me The pictures are from every coarse from appetizers, main coarse and dessert..

If you ever find yourself in Bridgeport, TX and ever want delicious Italian food, Pronto's is your spot. Great food that was truly delicious and priced fairly. The service was fast, friendly and a true joy. They don't serve alcohol but you are free to BYOB which is a nice. There is a liquor store a half mile down the road. Great time was had by all.

We area almost ALWAYS happy with our meals here. Our last order was a pizza. (this review is not that). We are 20 min from the restaurant. We waited an additional 30 min for our pizza. ?? One woman (typically unfriendly person on staff) walked it out to us. She made a comment, she thought we had left. And our pizza had been waiting for us. HOWEVER, I was inside waiting, in her view at the front, and walked out (3 min.) to tell my husband I was still waiting. When we arrived home the pizza was cold; cheese had hardened, etc. You could tell she had missed it. Our pizza had been ready. Also, I had also asked her for our receipt. She said I gave it to you. I checked my pockets. No, I don't have it. Okay, she said. Then handed over her small trash can and said, "Here. You can look in here for it." So I began searching through the trash. After asking a young man to help me read the faded ink on the receipts, I found it. She only shrugged, like, oh, I guess I didn't give it to you. We are new to the area. I've not yet had a friendly experience with her.

Pronto's has really good Italian food! Prices are extremely reasonable, food portions large. Their service is friendly and fast. The best Italian food in Wise County Texas!

The food was surprisingly good I like how the food was baked crispy unlike many other Italian restaurants Some of the beef in the lasagna contained too much gristle for my liking but still had a good flavor Rolls were hot and fresh and same goes for our main meals Was given butter for the rolls however the butter tasted like it was freezer burnt or been in the fridge too long as it had an odd flavor Waitress was attentive and helpful I feel like the interior of the restaurant could use some upkeep as it looked outdated but that’s just me 😆 This place is BYOB by the way Located just off the highway in Bridgeport

The food was good. Our server was really nice and good. The lady that ran the register was Rude, when I asked if they did military discount she yes with disdain, like I was putting them out. On a $57.33 bill she said well that is $1.33, am I stupid it's $5.73. If you don't want to do military discount just say we do that, I can handle that. I won't go their again.

The food was ok. The sweet waitress was very kind and sweet . But the poor lady got abused by the owner when my husband and I asked for more bread and olive oil.The waitress Mary , was extremely kind but I met the owner.A total pinch pinch Mench. Wont be back because the owner is abusive
